For the price, the hotel itself, is really nice. The staff are great and the breakfast has a nice assortment of food. There are a few NEGATIVE things, however, that simply couldn't be overlooked: 1. THE ELEVATOR!!! This alone would prevent me from giving the hotel a 5. Even if it was free! Every time it stops on a floor there is a high-pitched tone, that just goes on for 5-10 seconds. It literally left me with a ringing on my ears! WHY? Just fix it. It can't be that hard! Rip out the speaker if you have to! I would literally walk up to the third floor, just so that i didn't have to hear it! 2. Location - Sadly despite the hotel having a nice appearance - white marble, modern aesthetician - the buildings and Ashley's all around are... sketchy. I didn't run into any issues, but I'm 6' and nearly 200lbs. Even then, I had moments where I felt concerned. Yes, there a police station next door, literally. However, that doesn't help much one you go around a corner or two of some shady alley. The bathroom is a mixed bag. The shower is wonderful. Moreover, I sincerely appreciated the true separation of the bathroom and the sleeping space. Unfortunately, that comes at the cost of a sink and counter that can hardly fit a toothbrush! And I was in the "superior room." The sink in the standard room must be the size of a teacup! Finally, there is no fridge. It is literally only so enough to fit soda cans and water bottles.

Excellent staff and fabulous included breakfast buffet. I was onthe 8th floor and the two elevators worked great. Easy to Uber/Taxi to/from front of hotel. Area is a bit seedy feeling with graffiti with police station adjacent to hotel. I would stay here again though. Very quiet rooms and wonderful amenities. Fast wifi. Recommend walk down to Acropolis in morning and Uber up at night.

Check in was not good as I need to keep following up if my room is ready. Also. No option if you did not bring your own plug to be able to charge your phone. They recommend you to buy a plug converter. It would be nice if they have a plug converter or at least have a usb port to charge. The good thing is their breakfast is great and the staff in the eating area are very accomodating. I suggest that many who are booked in hotels leave early so I recommend at least to make the breakfast available at least 630am instead of 7.
Check in was not good as I need to keep following up if my room is ready. Also. No option if you did not bring your own plug to be able to charge your phone. They recommend you to buy a plug converter. It would be nice if they have a plug converter or at least have a usb port to charge. The good thing is their breakfast is great and the staff in the eating area are very accomodating. I suggest that many who are booked in hotels leave early so I recommend at least to make the breakfast available at least 630am instead of 7.

This property is totally worth the money. The rooms are quite well appointed and the location is conveniently next to a police station which is good because our driver from airport was like “there are prostitutes and drug users nearby”. We walked around and felt totally safe. The hotel itself feels new and rooms are very comfortable. The staff were all amazingly nice! From Marianna & George at the checkin to the breakfast and bar crew, everyone has been kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in Athens!

Really helpful staff, the hotel is spotlessly clean. Nice modern rooms. Very well located for visiting the sites. Hop on off bus stops just 5 minutes walk. Excellent breakfast. Thanks for a great stay !. Would very much recommend

Very nice and clean room. Not very generous as space but they are cosy. The soft drinks and water from mini bar was for free. On top, o bottle of good red wine was also in the room for free. Quite impresive their generosity!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city, walking distance to everything, plenty of restaurants, fast food options and grocery stores. The area is not the most beautiful one (not very clean, a lot of homeless people) but that’s just how it is with many big cities. The hotel itself is cozy and clean, the room was a little small but you have everything you need there, even a mini fridge, a kettle with cups and a complimentary bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The staff was friendly and responsive and we loved breakfast.

The staff is AMAZING!!!!! Tina at the front desk ROCKED!!!!!! You can purchase city tour tickets with them. The balcony room is a MUST because the views are amazing ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT!!!!! The location is great, you can actually walk a lot of places. There is a bakery on the corner, that sells HEAVENLY gelato. The Black Forest gelato knocked my boots off with deliciousness.

Receptionist was very rude and annoyed while welcoming guest so first impression is awful! Rooms are not bad but too small. Wine was having given is so pretty but it is not delicious one. Hotels environment is worst part, we could not reached via navigation. While searching the hotel, we saw homeless peoples everywhere!!! It is frightening. We saw police’s near the hotel but they ignored others and chatting. Breakfast is the only good one, and all breakfast stuff is really helpful :) After all, the hotel is the worst hotel, I have ever experienced!!! I don’t recommend.

It’s beautiful! We love our night and breakfast at this hôtel. Near to « Place Omonia » accessible with Métro. The people who work there are very kind, polite and helpful. Thank you very much !!

One block in one direction can be really unsafe. The hotel looks like it should not belong on that street. It is directly next to a police station so maybe that would make you feel safer. The train is a 5 min walk and it’s totally worth it. The hotel itself was very nice and spacious and clean! Breakfast included was pretty good too!

Excellent staff and fabulous included breakfast buffet. I was onthe 8th floor and the two elevators worked great. Easy to Uber/Taxi to/from front of hotel. Area is a bit seedy feeling with graffiti with police station adjacent to hotel. I would stay here again though. Very quiet rooms and wonderful amenities. Fast wifi. Recommend walk down to Acropolis in morning and Uber up at night.

Proximity to Omania Square , easy access to the metro , which is clean and gets you anywhere. Lovely Cafe Apollonian across the street for breakfast , lunch even dinner and “ Stani “ best coffee and pastry in the side street.

C'est important de signaler que hôtel est situé dans un quartier des toxicomanes et très dangereux surtout les nuits . On ne le savait pas, ce sont des habitants qui nous ont dit vu qu'on était deux femmes seules. Sinon, les personnels sont très respectueux. L'hôtel est situa à deux pas de métro et à 25 minutes du quatruier le plus animé de la ville Monastirak. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.

Dit is een goed middenklasse hotel, met ontzettend vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ze proberen je echt op weg te helpen en ze doen echt moeite iets voor je uit te zoeken. Het is redelijk eenvoudig en op zich niet van topkwaliteit, maar voor paar dagen prima. Doucheputje stonk wel verschrikkelijk en ik moest steeds shampoo in het putje gooien om niet steeds de stank te ruiken. Omgeving van het hotel is wel super slecht. Er lopen junkies en illegale migranten rond wat gezinnen een onveilig gevoel kan geven. Dichtbij het metrostation.

Zorlu bir gece geçirdikten sonra sabah 6 civarı otele varış yaptım. Normalde check in 15:00’da olmasına rağmen check in yapabildim ve rahatlığın keyfini çıkarabildim. Normalde kahvaltı hakkım olmamasına rağmen kahvaltı yapabileceğimin belirtilmesi bile günümü güzelleştirdi. Kahvaltı’da çeşit boldu. Belki tek eksik filtre kahve olmamasıdır. Makina kahvesi vardı ancak filtre kahve olsa çok daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Bunun haricinde güzel bir otel tekrar Atina’ya gittiğimde mutlaka kalabileceğim bir otel.

Check in was not good as I need to keep following up if my room is ready. Also. No option if you did not bring your own plug to be able to charge your phone. They recommend you to buy a plug converter. It would be nice if they have a plug converter or at least have a usb port to charge. The good thing is their breakfast is great and the staff in the eating area are very accomodating. I suggest that many who are booked in hotels leave early so I recommend at least to make the breakfast available at least 630am instead of 7.

Le buffet déjeuner est dégarni, offre peu de choix, pas de fruits frais sauf pommes vertes et prunes et pas de grille-pain, Les deux ascenseurs sont très petits et TRÈS LENTS. Impossible à utiliser la plupart du temps car il y a 9 étages et 10 chambres par étage!!!!

Overall the hotel was well located. Near Omonia metro and 15 minute walk to Monastriaki. Breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of food options. Room cleanliness was overall ok. Staff did help us obtain a doctor to come to the hotel for one of our party who was ill.
