Check-in/check-out was easy, great breakfast options, and the front desk associates were very helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure our room preferences were met. This was the second year we’ve stayed during Thanksgiving, and it’s our favorite!! Pool is always open and there’s always hot coffee!! :)

Staff here are amazing and kind. The pool and gym was a big thing for us not to mention the awesome breakfast they serve in the mornings. Lots of food options nearby if you DoorDash, easy parking, and room was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I plan to return for a 4th next time I come back to Spokane. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is in great condition. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a downtown view which was a nice bonus. The pool and hot tub area are very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was supposed to be daily, but we didn’t receive it day 2 of our stay, and day 1 we had asked not to have it. By day 3 we really needed supplies. The pool is small, so it’s more for a dip, less for a swim. There’s not an easy area for dogs, while they are allowed here.

This hotel surprised me. It seems like it should have at least another half star on it's rating. The bed was nice. The water pressure was good. I haven't had such good customer service from a hotel staff in a very long time. The complimentary breakfast bar had good fruit. Everything was clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was totally modern and clean. I think the view of the city is very nice, especially at night with all the lights. We will stay here again.

Our family stayed in the King Corner Suite and I found the room was great. It was really spacious, had flexible amenities (central table area that could be for seating and/or eating), it had a couch with a pull out bed plus a comfortable lounging chair. I liked the separate sink/fridge/counter area and the shelving options in the bathroom and bedroom area. If we had been staying longer it would have allowed for keeping the room tidy and storing personal items. The breakfast was delicious and had a big selection of hot and cold items. The pool and hot tub were just enough for some fun for the kids and a soak for us adults. The only downfall was that it is a bit farther from downtown shopping/Riverfront Park than I envisioned. Would stay again.

Other than thins walls and ceiling, we had a pleasant stay. There was the heavy footed occupant above pacing even at 3:00 am. Also, the slamming of doors and sirens in the middle of the night. The friendly and helpful staff made up for the distractions.

Two main issues: 1) Two handicapped persons parking spaces on the top level? 2) can’t cool the room below 65 degrees? In the winter? We are from Alaska, 65 is a hot day where we are from. You can’t open a window and you can’t get the room to a comfortable temperature. We asked if they could get an engineer to lower it to even 62. They said that he said no. Too bad, I really like this hotel, but why would we stay in a room that’s too hot to sleep in? To be fair, they loaned us a small fan that helped dry the sweat. I visited Spokane 4 times last year, so it’s something to decide not to stay there again.

I have never (& I mean it!) stayed at a hotel with such helpful and friendly staff. From the front office, the breakfast staff, and housekeeping....everyone was friendly and helpful. Always quick to say hello. This kind of service is rare. I stay in a lot of hotels. We'll be back!

Generally excellent. If you’re staying there to visit a hospital guest, be sure to cross the road BEFORE coming to the busy intersection…it’s busy with a blind corner. The facilities, stay and staff were wonderful. If you’re a coffee person, be prepared…I was surprised that the coffee was so terrible. One coffee setup, even at breakfast, and it was truly some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. That said, I would absolutely stay there again, I would just buy my coffee elsewhere😊

The stay was great. They had a very good breakfast, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the staff was excellent. Sebation was great at check-in and Sunny was a delight at breakfast. I would stay there again anytime.
