Booked this for a one night stay enroute to IL because if the great reviews. Property did not disappoint. Very nice, updated, great atmosphere in common area and the friendliest staff. Evening bar was a nice surprise. Highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. We stayed overnight Christmas Eve to Christmas Day and they left christmas stockings on every guest's door overnight, which was a nice touch. Only negatives: 1. Bathroom in the room had a sliding barn-style door that was ridiculously difficult to open and close. Like, I think there are plenty of people who literally would not have been able to do so. 2. Advertised as having electric vehicle charging stations, which is technically true, but they're specifically Tesla stations. That means you can't use them in any non-Tesla car without an adapter, which I'd guess that most EV/PHEV owners don't have. It should either be made clearer what sort of charging station it is, or adaptors should be provided for guests.

Arrived around midnight due to delay because of weather. Quick check in and out. Several different items for free breakfast, including pastries, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, potatoes, pre-made cheese omelets, yogurt, fruit, and make your own waffles. Only stayed one night but area seemed safe and free parking is a plus. Room was clean, included small fridge and microwave, in-room small coffee maker, and usual items in bathroom like soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, and hairdryer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Travel to St Louis for sporting event. An overnight stop to break up drive. The reviews are very high for this property and have always had stays at Hampton Inns. This room has two beds and one of the beds had hair clumps on it. Assuming it was dog hair. The front desk brought a clean blanket up to our room very quickly.

Everything was great till when I was gathering up my stuff to check out. I looked under the beds. To make sure I got every thing. There was a small pile of dog poop under the bed closes to the bath room. It looked old. I was in room 212.

Plenty of pillows and they weren’t little squares - good size. Comfortable beds. Room coffee was ok. If your room is facing the highway it is noisy. The AC still wasn’t very cool when set on 68. Everything was clean. Only one tissue in the box, sadly lol. The blinds are motorized, which is nice. Just use the electronic pad beside the window to raise and lower.

Hotel is new and very clean, showers were roomy and good pressure. Breakfast was very good. Unhappy with the Wi-Fi. In order to use it they require you to put in your personal information like name, home address, phone number and email and then make you check in agreement that your information will be shared. If you do not give them that information then you get no Wi-Fi. I thought that was outrageous. I had absolutely no signal in my room to use my own phone data but the minute I walked out of my room I would have a full signal so I suspect some signal blocking in order to get you to use the Wi-Fi. Although I like just about everything else about this hotel, I thought the Wi-Fi setup was outrageous. I get enough spam email and calls as it is why would I want to open myself up to more? Maybe other hotels are doing the same thing., this is my first hotel stay in about a year, so I am not sure but whether it’s just this hotel or all of them, I think that is deceptive and ridiculous

Check in was fast and easy. The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had several options and the food was good. Plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby. A small amount of noise could be heard from other rooms, particularly the room above. The fresh cookies at the desk in the evening were a wonderful treat! Only issue was at check out. We needed a receipt, but were told, quite rudely, that since we booked it through a third party (Hotels.com), they would not give us a receipt and we should get it from the third party. We paid at the hotel, so, according to the app, getting from the third party was not an option and we had to get it from the hotel. We were surprised at the such curt behavior over a receipt request.

Once again, great service. This hotel Is clean and very well appointed as far as snack and beverage options. It’s conveniently located near highway and dining options. My only complaint is that it’s very noisy. You can hear any and all movement of others near your room.

The property is only 3 years old. The chair in my room has two nasty stains. The refrigerator rocks back and forth and is not cold. It seems like the property is not being kept up well. I love my room. My all time favorite hotel room. This is the most warm. Welcoming and homey room. Device charging stations in several places in the room. Nice walk-in shower.

Check-in was pretty rocky. Tried to charge me for room (it was prepaid), charged me for amenities (none were used and it was not refunded). Front desk clerk was friendly, but seemed to have no idea what to do. Other than the front desk issues, the hotel was great, clean, comfortable (as are all Hampton Inns).

We had prepaid our room. When we arrived there wasn't s clean room for us. The clerk called the cook to come watch the desk while she cleaned s room for us. We arrived late after l9ng day of travel at 200 am. Tited and ready to sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!!! They all deserve a raise!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Late night check-in for just one overnight stay. VERY nice hotel for the price. Night mgr was great! Texted me about 15 minutes after our midnight arrival to make sure everything in our room was A-OK; it was. Breakfast was good. Nice comfortable and spacious lobby.

The lady at the desk was completely rude and put out at the fact that I used a third party booking and it was messed up. I was confused, so when I asked questions to clarify she was very rude in her responses. After traveling 8 hours with kids and it being 11:30pm, that was the last thing I needed from someone who is supposed to greet you with kindness.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here on different road trips. We enjoy it because it’s not in a super big city but close to drive to Nashville. There’s nice food options in the area. Staff and building are very nice.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very courteous staff & extremely clean hotel. Nice little area with gas stations, fast food, a little grocery store & a great restaurant/bar called Sidelines. We stayed here 2 times, once on our way down to FLA & also on our way home. I would even consider staying here to visit Nashville as it is only about 20 minutes or so away. Nice quiet area. Would highly recommend!!

Nice new clean hotel on our stop traveling down to FL. Friendly staff! Comfy beds. The breakfast was wonderful. Cannot remember last time I had real bacon for a free hotel breakfast! It’s usually processed sausage patties or some other gross food. We will be stopping here again on our travels home!
