Gym was perfect, breakfast was great. Staff was amazing and extremely attentive. The only complaint we have about our stay is that there is no filtered water at all to drink. So it does have a "dirt taste" to it at breakfast and I'm guessing any glass of water you would order would've been the same.

Overall a good hotel and would stay again. The parking was a mess. However the valet drivers are amazing but just so many people/cars in a small area. The elevators were incredibly slow. 30 minutes to get ice one time. Then my daughter took the steps and couldn’t get back in. Checking out was a horrible wait at elevators to. Not sure what was going on. The beds were ok, a little soft for us! The Aquarium and Coca Cola museum are literally across the street! Super convenient to lots of attractions; Olympic park, sky wheel and Falcons stadium all easily walkable.

Staff is wonderful just parking is strange to us you must valet park your car at 60.00 a night and no self parking options…. Weird limited parking all around the hotel area so by renting a car and saving on uber or share rides you still have to eat the cost of valet only parking at 60.00 a night

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, large tv. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Thank God for booking the rooms prior to them charging $11.00 for breakfast. One elevator was not working so it made wait times quite long trying to get downstairs for checkout

Really like the property, we booked it as we were going to the aquarium the next day and the staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean rooms. And hotel was nice on the inside. Good options to walk and eat somewhere.

The property charged an extra $150 of charges, $120 of that for just parking 2 nights. The bathroom needed some attention in our room (toilet roll holder was loose, shower curtain hooks were missing). Also the pool was dirty from construction next door. The towels were piled up after people used them at the pool, and obviously no one took care of them. The hallway smelled mildewy. Overall, would not stay here again, especially for the amount we had to pay...

The property met our needs as far as location and being close to the places we needed to go. The rooms are good size and so was the bathroom. The down side was the cleaning the rooms. We had our baby with us so when we left for the day and came back the rooms weren’t cleans and the towels wasn’t changed. This was at 4pm in the even when most places would already have the room cleaned by then. Due to the construction next door the pool had debris in it.

I could not relax in a hotel that had so many roaches outside. Although, I did not see any inside, it was still very uncomfortable for me; as I am scared of them. I was so paranoid that we would bring some home in our luggage. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom sink had a slow drain; and the carpet had multiple stains. The only highlight of our stay was, the extremely friendly front desk staff; especially the overnight young lady- Dinah.

This place is a bit of a disappointment, for the paid price. It almost felt like I bothered the person at checkin. Other than the fact room that the room was big, furniture was dated, walls had some stains, carpet was coming off in places and there were no slippers or at least a complimentary bottle of water offered. I’ll give some credit to them because they tried making up for this offering drink vouchers and a cookie. But still no water in the room. Breakfast is well below average, with very limited options, no cold cuts, no vegetables. Everything would pass as acceptable for a hostel or a student dorm, not for a $500 before taxes hotel.

It was a very nice place to stay. Close to our destination and friendly staff. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the shower was not working properly. Also, the parking was a little bit of a pain. They need to update that somehow. The elevators were terribly slow. The breakfast bar was fantastic and the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was very riendly and helpful. Overall great stay!

poor experience during check in We had driven 10+ hours and we checked in around 12:45 AM. I had my 10 year old with me and we didn't get checked in till 1:30 AM If I was the person on the counter, given the situation, I would have given the following for the hassles: Late check out Free overnight parking Free breakfast Poor handling of the situation, which was a "slow system"

Jason and Veronica were fantastic with everything. Upon checking in, I had a mishap I only needed 2 rooms. Not 3. Expedia would not refund. Hyatt, could. But I had to get Expedia to do it. Expedia was awful about doing it and took several hours to get it done. They would purposely time out to not finish it. They would even harass the Hyatt front desk. Our rooms were clean, comfortable. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices from yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, French toast, toast, bagels, tea, coffee and beastie fish tank. Parking was great. This Hyatt was 2 min from Atlanta aquarium. Coca Cola,, centennial park. Highly recommend this Hyatt and thankful for great staff.

Location, location, location: it was close to many things on the city pass and reasonable for the ones that I had to take a cab to on the city pass. Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly, no matter whom you spoke to. Free breakfast was very good!
