Good stay on the back side of the hotel. Slept great! Heard complaints from customers sleeping on the front side due to hearing traffic on the road all night. Breakfast and the pool were good. Laundry facilities were down during our stay, but laundromat was nearby.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good with enough options for everyone. Good orange juice, not watered down. The guy restocking the buffet, I think his name was Chad, was really hustling to keep everyone happy. Front desk help was pleasant and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Could be a little warmer. We would stay here again in the future. Price for the weekend was better than others in the area.

Overall nice and convenient for an overnight stay during a road trip. Picked the hotel for indoor pool access however the cold weather caused damage to property and pipes. Pool closed. Staff friendly and tried to accommodate accordingly. Nothing much around the area. Quiet and clean, except for light dust on furniture. Good night's rest. Comfortable bedding. Great bathroom.

Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were good but bathtub could have been cleaner. Food area pretty unclean, a coffee stained floor was there 2 days before sort of cleaning it up. I reserved a second room for my daughter and she had a hair clump on her fitted sheet.

Nice check in but our bed had a clump of hair and several long strands on the fitted sheet. Told the front desk who were very apologetic. They offered us another room and one of the two beds in that room had small hairs all over the fitted sheet. Bathroom tub was not the cleanest either.

Room was almost in excellent condition other than dirty and stained carpets. This was important to mention beacuse we had a 1 year old and his legs pjs & socks were so dirty after walking and crawling on the carpet. The pool i went to use at about 8ish and went to the front desk to get help to turn light on & he was so kind and helpful but after a few steps in the pool holding the baby a questionable poop like object in 2 places in the pool immediately left to our room and i washed up, thankfully. Yah disappointed about not checking on the pool ever so often for cleanliness and lots of wrt towels all over on chairs and racks

Door to the room and the bathroom was swollen and hard to open and close. Bathroom door was almost impossible to close fully for privacy. Bathtub did not drain enough to keep up with the shower water. You stood in your own dirty body wash while showering. One of the beds when covers pulled back felt like it had sand in the bed. This was not the cleanest, best kept place to stay.

The entire property had a strange odor and the room was very damp. The tub drain was extremely slow. There was not much selection at breakfast. The front desk staff upon arrival was not friendly at all. No one was at the desk at time of checkout.

I brought my daughters to the Lancaster area for their fall break. Our usual hotel was booked, as were most hotels in that area for that weekend, so we stayed at the Comfort Inn. The price was reasonable and the hotel was quiet, but I wouldn't stay here again. The rugs felt dirty, the room felt wet for some reason, and the comforter had giant, dark stains on it. The only plus was the A/C made the room really cold. I have to say that all three of us had stomach issues BOTH DAYS from the breakfast at the hotel and the only thing we had in common was a waffle. I will say that the front desk girl on Friday night and the dark haired lady who ran the breakfast buffet were very nice and friendly.

Great stay. Only thing is, i hope you can sleep while trucks are barreling down Rt 30 in the middle of the night. Mostly you sleep through it because your brain gets used to it. You could request a room on the opposite of the highway also. But really a great motel.

Handicap room 115 not handicap. A walk-in shower is not handicap. A seat that doesn’t fit properly is not handicap a shower without bars and no handheld showerhead is not handicap accessible, and to state that it is to your staff is misleading to not only your staff, but to those that book rooms there Too your pool is not heated. The water was ice cold. That was quite the shocker when I got in and I got right out, the breakfast was OK we shot that there wasn’t more fruit apples and only one juice not everybody can drink apple juice or orange juice. It would’ve been nice to have seen apple juice. I run with changed to a more accessible run that was larger, which is actually the room that I saw online that I thought I was getting in the first place, so giving me what I thought I was getting after aggravating me really doesn’t justify the expense and I feel compensation is necessary in some manner. I was not in the mood to speak with your desk agent today because we needed to get on the road and it was my is my birthday and I didn’t want to make it a bad day. When we checked into our room there was a lamp with no light bulb in it and at least two bulbs out in the light fixture above the sink. The worst part of all was that there was no shower head in the shower! The room obviously was not inspected or taken care of prior to our check in. We were moved to a different room on the 2nd floor from the first floor at around 9-9:30 in the evening. Terrible

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and popcorn. There was no soap or body wash in the bathroom. The fitness center was incredibly hot and humid. And the worst part was the lack of a smart TV. What tv in 2025 doesn’t give streaming capabilities?

Overall positive experience. However, our first room was by the vending machines and the hum coming through the wall kept us from sleeping well one night. We asked to be moved and were accomodated. Bathrooms need two things for better safety. The bottom of the tub is slippery and there are no grab bars or handles anchored to the wall to steady oneself. Toilet paper roll could be better located, quite a backhanded reach as is and roll falls off the holder.

I love this hotel. It’s my choice whenever I’m in the area, and that is often. The only issue I ever have is that you cannot draw the curtains for a dark room. I drive 14 hours to get to the location to visit my friend and often I’m up for 22+ before I arrive and my unconsciousness is all I seek. Obviously this is my own fault, but it’s literally the only problem I have with the location.

I travel all over the country. I usually stay at another chain and this hotel was the closet to the DR appt my daughter had. Convenience was the priority. Checkin took 30 min because front desk staff was no where to be found. She was smoking outside on the side. A bedside lampshade had VISUAL fuzzy mold growing on it that my adult daughter brought it to the front desk before I arrived, knowing my allergies. The entire onen side of the hotel room had no power in the outlets and lamps etc. It was too late at 10pm checkin to complain. But reported it at checkout. Will never stay again when in town for this doctor.

I was in town for a funeral, The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. The beds were amazing. Only thing is they didn’t notify you at check inn that they only clean room at your request only. Also the front desk lady with blonde hair gave our room number out to a family member. He knew we stay at that hotel but we never gave him our room number, when he came knocking on our door we were shocked and asked how did he know which room we were in? He said the blonde headed lady gave him our room number. This was so upsetting to me as I also work in the hotel office and I know that policy states that they are not to give out room numbers to anyone. Also your not even aloud to tell them if your even staying in that hotel. I was very disappointed and shocked that this was aloud to happen and the manager acted as if I was wrong for being upset. I guess he doesn’t understand how dangerous this is!

I was given a room that was not handicapped which I had booked. Then after being there an hour a person walked into my room saying she was given a key for the room I was in. Because of this my room keys no longer worked. The next day I returned to the hotel after being out for only a few hours and my room keys again did not work. I was then a bit paranoid for the rest of my stay because the end of the hallway that I was on was quite noisy which made my door rattle quite a bit.

Checked out after one night. The 1st night bathroom was dark due to light bulb sockets bad. Was moved to another room and the bathtub was clogged. We were told there was no maintenance person on site. Our checkout was problematic, etc. Our bill was $313. No one was there with authority to correct our bill.

The room was clean the breakfast was good. But our room was broken into while we were at breakfast our last day there. We went and reported it and supposedly there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t even look on the camera to see who went into our room. Them magically our belonging showed up on our bed after we took all of our stuff to our vehicle. We went back to double check and magically it was back. They said because it was returned we couldn’t look at the cameras. So it had to be an employee or the person I talked to.

The check in desk person Vernon was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and overall just a great guy! Also, desk agent Toni was amazing as well. Had a great visit! Property was immaculate and great breakfast. All the staff there was so nice. You have a great bunch of people working there! Keep up the good work. Hopefully we'll visit there again in the future! This hotel is convenient, clean and the staff very attentive. It’s not the most touristy or luxurious spot but is conveniently located near the intersection of 30 and 41. This is my second stay,both stays were consistently nice and I plan to stay here again.

The staff, especially the front desk staff, were very nice and worked hard setting up the complimentary breakfast and performing other duties. The breakfasts were delicious and included make your own waffles. Yummy! They were short staffed, so housekeeping was available upon request The room was thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival and smelled like bleach. I'm happy for the disinfection. The location is very noisy. Semi trucks coming down Route 41 brake loudly all day/night. I lost sleep. The roar was nothing like I've ever heard and I live on a busy road

Room was fine: simple, very clean. Several times there was no one at reception, no sign, with office wide open. Waited and gave up. This happened when different people were on duty. There is a bare bones feeling to this place. The breakfasts were really awful: no oatmeal, no boiled eggs, cheap cold cereals, cheap little muffins, make-your-own waffles. The eggs were small bright yellow semicircles of something with bright orange cheese, swimming in fluid. Sausage looked like cardboard and tasted about the same, again floating in something. It made my stomach turn, so I didn't eat much. Others were similarly disgusted.

Made reservation months before trip, requested room farthest away from street noise, got room closest to street and stoplight on a hill with semi traffic. Jake brakes late into the night. Hotel seems to be not well maintained for such a new place. Luke warm at best stale dirty dishwater tasting coffee. When I booked hotel advertised Salt water indoor pool, not so. Not up to par with most Comfort Inn locations. Corporate should make a surprise visit.

They change the breakfast time from 6 AM to 7AM and we were not informed verbally about it. Also very noisey and people are rude come here.
