This house needs a lot of work,, The plumbing is horrible we smelled a sewer smell the whole time, The commode , bathtub and shower backed up. No cold water in the King room. Wild cats, The furniture is old and nothing is coordinating. The picture must have been taken years ago or they were photoshopped. The house doesn’t need to be rented anyway until someone makes the correction. I do understand the house is historic, BUT it doesn’t have to smell or filthy

We brought a group of 12 family members down for our son's RASP graduation. We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed our own space, and plenty of large rooms where we could gather to hang out together. Location is convenient to everything you want to visit in Columbus with a great park within walking distance. Property manager is very responsive and responded quickly to any requests.

Plenty of room for a family of 5 and in a great location near the park. This was one of our favorite properties in Columbus (have been there for several graduations) and would look to return here again. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen. Thanks for having us!

We met in Columbus for a sibling and spouse weekend - great place to stay, beautiful historic neighborhood, close to everything. Home is bigger than we anticipated with lots of rooms and living space. We had no problems and check in was easy. Would stay again!
