You are only able to have device hooked up to there wifi and it is terrible. The entire Hotel has no Ice machine. No coffee pot in room. You have to take your own trash out it says. This Hotel is over priced! Will not stay again!

The elevators were not working, we were directed to a stairwell outside to climb the stairs w/our luggage. Only, the door we were directed to was not functional to enter either. When I asked how to access the room we rented i got a goofy grin/laugh just nodding his head. I asked at least 3 more times how to access the room before I got an actual response. To receive clean towels, you need to take your towels to the front desk, where they are counted, so that you can exchange for the same number of towels you are returning. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

This place doesn't tell you until after you book a room that the kitchen area is empty. No cookware, no paper towels, no silverware, nothing. You can rent some. $25. If you want a fresh towel you need to pay $2. They expect you to bring your trash to a dumpster in the back. There are no coffee machines in the room but you can rent one. There are no ice vending machines anywhere. It is listed as a no smoking hotel but marijuana smells are prevalent throughout the hallways and when you walk outside. The furniture is beat up and the bathroom mirror frame is rusted. The shower glass has not been cleaned. The tv worked. The a/c would not shut off unless you turned the whole unit off and it was excessively loud. Lastly instead of putting a $100 hold on your credit card they actually charge you.( it is posted not pending) Now I have to wait for them to issue a credit.

The good: Nice looking property. Recently built. Nice location (for me). Check-in and out very easy. Room is nice. Small kitchen included with full size appliances. Nice laundry facilities. The not-so-good: No ice. No housekeeping. No garbage collection. Daily fresh linens are charged extra. Bathroom supplies have to be procured at the counter. Elevator was broken and had to take my luggage all they to the 4th floor through the stairs and that was very frustrating... Also personnel in front desk was not too cordial and room doesn't include pods, pans and kitchen utensils so what's the purpose of having a kitchen. Other than that rooms are comfortable, hotel is practically new and fairly clean.

I found this property as an average…Elevator is not working and we have been given 2nd floor room..I had too many luggage bags and I have to carry all the way on the 2nd floor from stairs..Room provided with kitchen but no utensils available in the room..Room cleanliness was average as I could see small cockroaches in bathroom.. Was impressed by the full-size refrigerator and microwave. It helped as they do not serve breakfast. There is a Publix just behind the hotel itself, so it was very convenient to go get food to bring in to have in the room.

Easy check in friendly staff. Hotel room adequate, until I awoke and discovered several dead cockroaches throughout countertops and flooring. The thought of roaches crawling over my bed was a negative experience. I will appreciate some compensation by asking the hotel and expedia to resolve this issue before any future reservations. I travel to many destinations, this is my first time with WoodSprings, and unfortunately my last. I will share my experience with my dance event coordinators who book reservations all over Florida.

The light in the bathroom doesn’t work and The pieces of leather from the sofa are falling off; it's in very bad condition. The room number is 220. The floor is very nasty sticky. You can see the dirty in the floor. The only positive is the hot water.

I didnt like anything about this property. The hallways and room smelled bad. The elevator smelled and had a torn up rug. The room was infeated with roaches everwhere. I told the girl at front desk about the roaches and she didn't look surprised. All she said was didnt have another room available. So i asked for a refund and left.

The room was DEFENSE NOT CLEANED Hair all in sink, bathtub, And Toilet The floor was Dirty also Very unhappy with experience However Nychele the nightime front desk was Sincerely apologetic & reported it in systm. I spoke the GM in the morning she said to contact you & that you would contact her I would like a reply please & will also try to call to report this - i did take pictures as well

There was not one thing I liked about this property. Our first room had bugs; they were on the walls, bed and in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk and they did not seem surprised about the issue. We were put in another room on the first floor. First, the room had a horrible smell of a severe, heavy duty chemical cleaner. The smell did not dissipate during the 3 days we stayed. Secondly, the room materials were beat up; fridge had dents all over it, mirror in the bathroom was rusted, cover on the AC kept disconnecting and when we went to adjust the shades in the room, the top plastic covering fell off and could not be reattached. Lastly, the place was filthy. When water got on the floor of the bathroom, I used the face cloth to dry it off and it was completely black with dirt from the floor. The entire room had hard floors, so it was pretty apparent that they rarely, if ever, cleaned the floors between stays. I spoke to the General Manager about the various issues and he offered to provide a refund for one of our night's stay. Due to my booking through Expedia they couldn't give me the refund; rather I had to go to Expedia and have Expedia go to them for the refund and then I could be reimbursed. Expedia has reached out to the hotel several times and have yet to receive approval for the refund. So much for customer service for a horrible stay. If you want a clean room DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

The staff were friendly, however the room was disgusting. I had to check out early due to their being roaches inside of our room. There wasn’t just one or two there were about 5-6 that we saw running around the room and even on the bed as well as in the bathroom. When we checked in the room felt moist and the air was shut off for some reason. Even with the ac turned on in the room when we were there for the only night that we stayed the room was still very stuffy. There’s a lot of questionable people walking in the building and the elevator smelled like marijuana. Our hallway smelled like fish. The surrounding area of the hotel is nice, but for some reason this hotel missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here if you can help it.

Don’t let the picture of this suite trick you! Overall the suite itself is fairly new, but the disappointing issues was on the following: there’s no door knob for the restroom door to shut the door we were told that WiFi was only for 1 device, we had to pay additional $10 WiFi service. It was noted from Expedia that it was free WiFi but didn’t specifically in detail that it was for only 1 device the walls of the room & ceiling are thin as a cardboard that anything can be heard. The room from above us kept on pounding on their floor after midnight to 3am. Then rooms on both sides were also pounding their beds and tapping on the walls in the middle of the night the only one elevator for the suite was out of order so we had to use the creepy stairs going up for 3rd floor Also they charge for everything just like the WiFi, changing out their towels (which I didn’t use), hair dryer and pots and pan also a fee. Housekeeping is every 14 days, which we didn’t qualified for that because we were there only for 10 nights We came back one night late from Disney and luckily we find 1 last parking There are long term residents that also living in the suites At least there’s no bed bugs or other crawling creatures seen in our room during our stay We didn’t want to report because we were just there for our Orlando/Disney trip to shower and stay for night. Overall, I definitely will NOT return to this or any WoodSpring suite after this horrible experience.

The room was clean, but the chair and ottoman was really worn out, and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not stocked with anything, not even a coffee pot. Overall the room was ok, some upgrades are needed.

You know, this wasn't too bad at all. It was nice to see someone at the front desk all the time. There was a gentleman who also checked in at the front desk and helped out the ladies at the front from time to time, always asked how our room was. I liked the space in the room, even the small sofa although it was worn and in patches. My husband didn't care for the shower as there wasn't any real water pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable and so much better than the Pop Century bed we've stayed in before. This hotel was superbly located near a Publix and right of I-27 and very close to 192, so it was near everything that we needed on our trip. I didn't like the internet restrictions - only one device? And you have to pay for the other devices? I don't like that at all. I'm very used to the other hotels we have stayed at where the internet was available on all our devices as guests. And paying for a coffee maker? When the one at Walmart, same one, was $10, this place was charging $25? I'm glad we didn't need to as the people we visited had one. Other than that, we slept well and it was a very quiet stay. Lots of dogs in the hotel, and my husband and I thought there was a competition of some sort going on which is why the place was full. I would recommend this place with caution for those that depend on internet access and have a lot of personal devices. Otherwise, This was just a very pleasant stay and I'm happy for it.

The staff was nice. The key card machine was down so I never received a key to the room. I had to be escorted to my room by the staff. The furniture in the room had scratches all over it. Not sure why but looked like a cat had a really bad stay there.

We had an issue with our TV not working, but they had a new one in the next day. There was another issue that they took care of. The manager Carlos was very accommodating and comped us one night stay. The front desk staff, Tiffany and Desiree were great and very accommodating. There was another woman there whose name I didn’t get was great.

I found this property to be odd. The facility itself was fine, with updated LVP flooring and new paint, but the room had a kitchenette without any kitchenette supplies. That is, a two burner stove, but no pots/pans. No dishes or cutlery or utensils. No coffee pot. Although these things could be rented from the office for prices ranging from $20-$25. There was no ice machine in the building and also no ice cube trays in the full-size refrigerator. There was soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo. Shampoo was in the list of things you could request from the front desk, but it was not in the room. Two towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The list of rules included being terminated for police activity and no fire-arms even if you have a conceal carry permit. It made me wonder at their usual clientele to have these type of rules. I come here every month due to husband medical treatment in the area. Love this place! So clean! Very comfortable beds. Treated with Great Respect! Could not ask for anything more!!! Location is ideal with lots of stores and all kinds of places where you can eat! Thank You Woodspring Suites :-)

You are only able to have device hooked up to there wifi and it is terrible. The entire Hotel has no Ice machine. No coffee pot in room. You have to take your own trash out it says. This Hotel is over priced! Will not stay again!

Friendly front desk staff. Close to so many things. BUT this place is more for people who are planning to stay for an extended time. Though fresh, hot coffee is offered downstairs, there is no coffee maker in the room. Nor is there a blowdryer or shampoo,conditioner, lotion. There is a kitchen and the vending machines are very affordable. These was perfect for a one night stay but if I ever come here again I now know to bring my own coffee maker, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, blow dryer and a thermos to put the coffee in.

It all started the minute I checked in. The elevator wasn't working and I was traveling with someone who had mobility issues. We took a chance on walking the stairs which wasn't pleasant. We notice as we walked down the hall how filthy the carpet was. When we reached the room and opened the door the first thing seen was a leaking a/c unit with towels underneath. Then OMG! the furniture was worn and torn. I went back to the desk and requested another room however climbing another flight of stairs was not optional. Now I will say the kitchenette and bathroom appeared to be fairly clean. I have never seen one bar of soap and set of towels for two people. Even some of the cheapest motels give more soap/towels and most provide a body wash and shampoo. FYI if you have towels that have some type of stain on them please don't put in the customer's room. I was so disappointed however I will say they discounted the room but I probably will never use the facilty again.
