We checked in tonight. From the beginning very friendly helpful place. They noticed my husband’s shortness of breath and understood he was ok but has difficulty after exertion. They asked and offered a room with floor shower vs tub shower thinking it would be easier for him. We didn’t need it but appreciated his trying to accommodate my husband’s needs. The whole places feel and is clean and the room was good size and very comfortable. After we settled in our room I enjoyed working out in the clean gym with plenty of great available machines. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Very much to like and appreciate! Thanks

We had a 3 night stay, with a room in which the air didn’t work. I asked several times to switch rooms, but they were “overbooked” and other times to get a maintenance man to see why the air wouldn’t drop below 73. I was just told he went and checked while we were gone and said everything was working fine. That I was not able to drop it below 73-75 or it would Freeze. I ended up buying a stand fan to make it through our stay, but we unfortunately will have to choose a different location on our next trip. 😔

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, it is a very nice clean hotel. King bed was very comfortable, room is spacious and clean, breakfast was hot and fresh 😋. I was really happy I read the reviews and booked here. After driving 12 hours just what i needed thank you to the front desk staff and breakfast prep worker's. Would stay here again.

Reserved two rooms for 5 adults for a business meeting nearby. When I checked in I was informed there was only one room and for one night stay it was $350. I was confused and asked if our reservation was booked for two rooms because I was pretty sure it was. Staff informed me it was just the one. So 5 adults had to bunk up in one room with one of us sleeping on the floor. When I got home I double checked the email and it was for two rooms. Thanks staff for a terrible night sleep

I initially had concerns about this property. I spoke with Kelly, one of their managers, about my concerns. She was very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to listen and worked with her staff to address my concerns. The other staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would gladly stay at this location again. They were lovely!

Will never know. Tried to cancel room was told it had to go through your app. Paid extra fee in case i needed to cancel. Was told i couldnt cancel . Hadnt even been 2hrs since i reserved it. Never made it to room.
