Was pleasantly surprised by how nice and even luxurious this hotel was! Room was extremely nice with huge closet and mini kitchen (not expected). Great gym facilities and breakfast (both of what I always search for and use when I travel). EV charging stations worked well. Staff very friendly and professional! All of this was at a great price!

The hotel is nice and in good condition. Late check in was easy, night staff were great. The room appeared clean and comfortable on arrival but that all changed when we found dog poop on the floor next to the bed. I called to advise staff of the discovery but nobody came to clean it up. In addition, the manager never called after the morning front desk staff offered to have them call me. Completely grossed out and wondering how often they vacuum or clean the floors.

We came from out of town about a doctor's appointment. The staff was very friendly and nice. The first thing I noticed was that the furniture all over the hotel was filthy. From our room, to the lobby, to the eating areas, the upholstered furniture was yuck. Our king size bed had such a soft mattress that my husband and I slept in the middle in the valley of the mattress, and got little to no sleep. I was so hopeful this would be a great place to stay.

I have stayed here before, and it was great. On this last trip, the room I stayed in had previously hosted a pet, which I think was a cat because there was a smell like rotten fish that lingered even after leaving the window open for a while, and there was pet hair on the bed skirt and couch. I had also pre-paid for my stay via Hotels.com, but the hotel charged me again. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they would remove the charge but did not. Now I have to call and make the request again. They do have decent coffee for a hotel with real half and half.

Good location, rooms clean public spaces where dirty. All floors needed to be vacuumed. Nice little gym but seems like no one touches it up. Gym equipment was spread everywhere. Breakfast was not ready by 6a and for a HWY hotel I personally feel this isn’t acceptable. Room was everything to be expected and again very clean. Was comfortable.

We liked that the location was close to everything. The helper at the breakfast area was nice and offered to help if we needed anything else, but we were disappointed that the dishwasher had no toiletries and some dirty silverware. The room was not clean enough, and the towels were worn out.

Everything was wonderful, new and modern property with lots of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, close to restaurants and shopping, easy in and off the freeway, and have a full kitchen in the room was amazing. Breakfast was included and was delicious as well. There are only two things that could be improved upon- the bed was not supportive and my back was sore the next day, the shower water pressure was too low, and they did not have a rollaway bed available.

Everything was great. Only “complaint” would be the shower…which was larger and would have been perfect except that it was enclosed with just half glass and no door or curtain across where you step in. There was also no way to effectively adjust the shower head so it did not spray out the opening…..needless to say taking a shower resulted in a fairly flooded bathroom floor.

Great stay! Comfortable bed and very nice room. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. They had great breakfast. I also liked that our room was like a mini apartment. The only thing i did not like was the shower set up. No sliding door so water sprayed out onto bath room floor had to put down towels but they got super soaked still.

It was ok, strange lighting in the room, no real overhead lights. The tv is mounted on the wall next to the bed so it’s not easy to watch from the bed, it is on a mount but does not move enough to turn it much. Zero water pressure, and the metal plate on the drain makes noise long after from residual water drips, the floor gets really wet from the shower because there’s only half a door. I was at the end of the hall but heard a lot of noise from people just walking in the hall, and lots of outside noise could be heard inside. Pillows were very flat, bed wasn’t the most comfy. Wouldn’t book here again.

This hotel stay and room were beyond my expectations! My room was very large! I was able to check in early thanks the desk clerk, he was amazingly kind. Breakfast today before leaving had great choices. My stay was fabulous!

We asked twice for an ice bucket and never received one. Also, the television was not connected to the system. We called and the service came up to determine what was wrong. He couldn’t figure it out. While he was getting a replacement controller, I figured where the HDMI needed to be connected.

TownePlace Suites in Twin Falls is amazing. Check in was a breeze and Kaleb, who checked us in, was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all listed amenities. While it is close to a main road, the room was quiet and the area felt safe. Breakfast was included and they had a very good range on offer. Highly recommended!

We like to provide a comfortable place for our techs to stay after they have worked hard on the road. Desk staff was very rude and refused our company card for "incidentals" also would not let me provide a credit card either, even though I have the card that purchased the room. This made the end of the day stressful not restful for our employee. They were very unreasonable. We use Hotels in this area often, we won't be using this one again.

Most of the suite experience was good, but shower head sprayed water past the glass and watered floor. The water pressure was weak too. When trying to get breakfast we arrived at the lounge at 7:15am to find no coffee cups, no coffee in either dispenser, empty hot entrees. We gave up and checked out and got coffee at starbucks.
