Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities, and enjoyed 24 hour availability of coffee. Good location with seven 11, Family Mart and restaurants within a few minutes walk, not to mention Don Quixote Store in same building. Quiet area.

Would recommend. Especially if staying for a while. No bells and whistles but a solid and cozy choice. Parking is available in attached garage but not solely dedicated to hotel. The only issue we had with it was one night during a huge annual festival in the neighborhood, ended up having to park elsewhere until the crowds calmed down. But otherwise, pretty accessible and the Donki below is clutch! Thanks for a great stay.

タイトルの通り、洗濯乾燥機、キッチン、電子レンジ、屋根付駐車場が快適ステイをさらに快適にします。雨降りの時も、屋根付駐車場なら乗り降り気にしなくて済むし、濡れても洗える。キッチンがあるから、部屋食も暖かいものが食べられる、そんな具合です。スタッフの皆さんは、常に笑顔で応対してくれますし、朝食もバリエーション豊富で美味しい。些細なことですが、唯一のマイナスポイントは、朝食の刺身が無くなったこと。仕方無し。沖縄本島滞在時は、是非泊まりたいと思う施設です。

The condition is new being a 4 year old hotel. Having a Donki besides and near to a monorail station makes it a super convenient. Kokusai Dori is 15min walk away and 900yen taxi ride. Having a washer-dryer within the family room is a great but though the washer dryer cycle takes slightly more than 2 hr. The room also comes with a small kichenette sink with microwave oven for heating up convenience store food. The breakfast is delicious though not much variety, most dishes are the same daily for 3 days I stayed. There’s a free coffee vending machine. The only pity is no water is provided. I did boil my own water and got ice from the dispenser to cool it. I will choose the same hotel if I come to Okinawa in future.

The overall environment is clean and cozy. Free coffee (both black and white) chocolate drinks provided till 10pm. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent location to everywhere and walking distance to main shopping area and public transportation station. I have nothing to complain about my stay during 21 to 27 Dec 2024.

I have stayed here 1.5 years ago. Comparing to my last visit, I found the room cleanness has dropped. Could it be due to holiday peak season? I found hair on the new towels and pillow which isn’t acceptable. During daily limited house keeping, dirty towels are not collected and left inside the room.

玄関が下水道の臭いが凄かったので初めから、ここは大丈夫なのか不安になりました。カウンターは外国の方々でしたが対応は問題なくキチンとされていました。お客様も外国の方が多いのと、横のドンキの前はバイクの溜まり場になっていた。部屋は綺麗で清潔で静かだったので良く眠れました。 10階だったので眺めが良かったです。ドライヤーも最新のリファです。少しだけ香水？の匂いが残ってたので窓を開けて換気をしました。

I love how the room has been thoughtfully planned out such that the space usage is maximized. Very spacious room & bathroom & even has a washer/dryer. Good parking at 1500yen a day & there’s a Donki downstairs. A bit far from the Kokusai-dori area though.

Room is spacious enough, love the bathroom with both shower and bathtub separate area. Washing machine in room very handy with clear instructions. Amenities provided free to refill. Downstairs is DONKI a great plus. Carpark easily accessible with many spaces. Short distance from airport and car rental. Most staff friendly although cannot communicate in English, except one female with no smile who kept saying no without being helpful.

Upon check-in, we were initially informed that, as VIPs, we could check out at 1:00 PM. However, on the day of check-out, we were suddenly notified at 11:15 AM that we needed to check out by 12:00 PM or face additional charges. For a hotel built 6 years ago, the condition could be better. We saw peeling wall paper in the lift lobby and the room. Apparently the staff are not supposed to help hotel guests make reservations for restaurants or book taxis.

支配人らしき眼鏡の男性の態度がとても感じが悪く愛想もない。「ありがとうございました」「少々お待ちください」「恐れ入りますが」などの発言も一切なく、接客業で人前に立つならばお客様の前でそういう態度は百歩譲って機嫌が悪かろうが最低な態度です。それ以外はとっても良いホテルでした！連泊していたので洗濯機はとても便利でしたし、アメニティの歯ブラシや飲み物のサービスも充実していましたし、朝食もどれも最高に美味しかったです。広い駐車場で駐車しやすく、ホテルまでの動線も良くスムーズに出入り出来ました。

This location is close to the monorail. Don Quijote store is on the lower floors of the hotel and the park is across the street. We were able to see the Fireworks from the festival from our hotel window! Looks like the ballpark is within walking distance as well. We enjoyed the hot breakfast.

We only stayed here one night. Chosen 5 min walk to Yui rail to catch early morning airplane (Sometimes taxi has a problem. Yui rail stops right at airport, so we could have close estimate how long did it take to airport. It was 18 min rides. Enough estimated time was 25 minutes total including walking up stairs at the station) It was very clean and modern hotel. Staff were nice.

ホームページのトップを見て、朝食の海鮮丼を楽しみに予約しました。朝食リニューアルとなっていてそこには海鮮丼は載っていなかったが、トップに載っていたのであるだろうと思い予約しましたが、実際はありませんでした。すごく残念でした。また、果物もなく、子ども料金の設定もなかったので、料金と内容がいまいちだなぁと感じました。ファミリールームのバンクベッドタイプの部屋に宿泊しましたが、階段の側を通る度に階段のライトがセンサーで反応して点灯してくれるのはいいが、光量がどこで調節できるのか分からず、誰かが近くを通る度に光るので寝ていても眩しく起きてしまいました。バス、トイレ別で洗面スペースが広くて良かったのですが、風呂場の扉は透明ガラスタイプで外から丸見えで、洗面スペースの扉は鍵がなかったので、不便でした。鍵をつけていただきたいです。

총 4일 머물렀는데 조식 메뉴는 이틀에 한번씩 같더라구요. 조금 지루한 감이 있었습니다. 빵 코너를 좀 더 보강해주면 좋겠어요. 로비에 있는 free drink의 코코아가 맛있었던 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 전체적인 룸 컨디션, 룸에서 세탁 및 건조가 가능한 점은 좋았으나 침구류, 바닥 카펫 등에 먼지가 많아서 환기를 잘 해야했습니다.

It’s very close to the Tsubogawa stop on the monorail (Yui rail) from the airport, and a short ride. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel is spotless. The breakfast area is huge, with great views of the river, and the breakfast buffet choices are outstanding! We loved them. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. To top it off, the rooms have a washer-dryer combo that works well. Detergent is supplied free of charge. It’s easy to get to know anywhere in Naha on the monorail as well, and there are several restaurants nearby. There’s a high end department store two stops away at the Prefecture station, with good dining options. We ate dinner in an excellent restaurant in their basement level on our last night in Naha .We really enjoyed our stay here!

A fantastic budget option for Naha. The room was clean and had everything we needed including laundry facilities which were incredibly useful. We appreciated the complementary hot drinks in the reception area and the friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful and surpassed expectations for the price we paid. We walked to the top end of Kokusai Street comfortably. Access to the monorail and local shops was great. Thank you for a top stay.

Nos encantó este hotel. El baño y la lavadora es un plus plus para nuestra estancia. El servicio y la limpieza (aunque es “limited cleaning”) también es impecable. El único problema es el desayuno porque nos alojamos cinco días y el desayuno es lo mismo para siempre parece. Y como yo soy vegetariana, tengo aún menos opciones para una comida tan importante durante el día.
