This was a great property! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again for future trips. The only semi-negative thing was that this hotel doesn’t do the Happy Hour that most Staybridge Suites do, but the facilities and staff were worth missing it. The pool area was nice and I appreciated the washer/dryer area that was free to use. Wonderful trip!

Very nice hotel. Lots of close shops and stuff but not pedestrian friendly. Pool was small and crowded but everything else was very nice, clean and modern.

Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. We came in very tired and we rested so well. We also loved the free breakfast. They had great choices and it was delicious. My only complaint would be that the indoor pool was ice cold. We couldn’t stand to stay in and swim.

Went out of our way to stay here for the second time in a month! Very cordial check in agent, abundant parking, wonderful lobby, terrific room, snack bar, and EV CHARGING!!!!

The hotel is fine, in need of a little updating but nothing serious. I do need to shout out the front desk and maintenance staff. They noticed before I did that the EV charger was smoking and turned the power off before it could damage my vehicle.

This was a great choice. Very close to the airport. The gym was sufficient, breakfast was adequate hotel breakfast food, close to all types of shopping and centralized between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Overall our stay was nice. The room was spacious enough and having a kitchen was very useful. The hotel was clean but it could use some more attention to detail on the deep cleaning (hair around the base of the toilet and a lot of dust on top of the fridge.) The beds were quite comfy and although the hotel is on a flight path, the planes stopped by 10pm. The pool area was very clean, but the chlorine was very high; leaving both kids with very sore eyes and a rash on my son. Breakfast was also well kept and clean, but the food was mostly carbs and sugar.

Large section of the gutter was missing and it did not look safe and the rain water soaked us trying to get in the rear entrance I have video it was an easy fix yet it looked like it was this way for some time.

What an amazing find! We were driving from Cleveland to Georgia and needed a place south of Cincinnati. This property is tremendous. Easy access from I-71, lovely lobby, phenomenal check-in and check-out staff, incredibly generous rooms with kitchen and living room areas. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I wish there was a tub, but the shower and all the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were abundant. Soft towels. Full-sized coffee maker! And...the crowning achievement is free EV charging stations!!! Breakfast had a wide variety and hit the spot.

In the amenities it said it had a bar and restaurant which was not the case. It did have a breakfast area with breakfast both mornings so that was good. This Staybridge needed some work. We had a piece of molding off in our room and the elevator floor had a big crack in the tiles. Our room was not clean upon arrival with things on the floors and lint in the corner of the shower. Also a used towel hanging on the hook behind the bathroom door. Very basic amenities.

Staff was friendly and room was big. Our shower was not clean, lots of “stray” hairs and it didn’t look clean. We asked to move rooms and they were more than accommodating. Would stay again but just need to double check cleanliness.

The hotel was very aware I was disabled and traveling with my family for our annual family getaway before we checked in and at check in as well. The advertised grills the property offered were nasty and definitely had not been cleaned. My room was filthy with 14 issues reported to staff. Staff took a photo of my list of issues as there were so many. Management had all my contact information, they knew I was very upset about the issues but no one from management contacted me to apologize or make it right or anything. It's been a full week now. My annual family getaway was ruined from my stay at Staybridge Suites in Florence Kentucky. I spent the following 24 hours after my stay learning to label and send over 20 photos of the filth to the management of the hotel. I did not get to enjoy the rest of my annual family getaway as I should have. I have been having to deal with my frustration and anger over the issue for a week straight now with no resolve offered by management or anyone. I asked for a full refund for my trip and have been ignored for a week straight. I expected better when I booked with a big name brand property as opposed to budget brand hotels. I paid with taxes and all over $180 a night per room. Had there just been one or two issues I would have let staff know and overlooked it. More than a couple issues is too much to overlook when you spend that type of money per night per room. I tried multiple times to upload photos to this and it won't allow me too.

Very clean and comfortable community within the hotel. Organized check-in. I think you’ll love it just as I had. There was a chipped part on our stove top and the refrigerator was scratched in so I reported because I didn’t want to be blamed for it. Outside of that everything else was pretty on point.

As someone who has frequented a wide range of hotels and price tiers, I can honestly say that this is one of the best overall experiences I've had at any level/star-rated hotel. It is, by far, the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. On several occasions, we saw their top-notch cleaning crew hard at work in halls, the pool, common area, etc. We never noticed any dirty or unsightly areas anywhere. The rooms were equally clean with very comfortable, plush bedding and modern fixtures. Bedside area had ample USB charging outlets and the TV was a painless process for streaming shows, both from the television and the phones. The complimentary breakfast provides a wide range of choices that fully satisfies any appetite in the morning. No need to venture out and wait in line for breakfast. The food was tasty, well-prepared and fresh. As with the rest of the hotel, the indoor pool was spotless. A poolside towel rack is provided with ample clean towels, eliminating the need to tote room towels back and forth. The water temperature was perfectly comfortable as well. From check-in to check-out, all encounters with the staff at Staybridge were very courteous and proactively helpful in nature. This was a very pleasant and restful stay--one that has convinced us that we'll be checking availability at Staybridge FIRST, from here-on-out ,with not only this location but all others as well. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love that everything in my room looks new. The bed very comfortable and spacious. Conveniently the airport is less than minutes from the hotel. Conversely it can be very loudly at night. Although it offers breakfast the menu seems to be the same. But if over looking those two negative is a very nice place to stay.

Overall clean facility. Great breakfast. Kids loved the pool and it was clean. Only complaint would be the thermostat in the room. We couldn’t sleep because it got so hot in the room 77 degrees! We called maintenance at 2am and they said not much they could do because the thermostat detects when it’s cold outside. That seemed pretty inaccurate since my husband is a platinum elite member and has stayed in ihg hotels for work every other day. Usually you can turn the heat or ac on. We could do neither and it was too hot and stuffy to sleep. If it weren’t for that I would have given all five stars. The lack of help with the issue left us feeling poorly about the facility and tired the next day.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels and as a 4 children family it's really hard to find somewhere to stay that has room for everyone. This hotel was so roomy! We only stayed one night so we didn't use the cooktop or dishwasher but having a full size refrigerator with an ice maker was so handy! My kids loved the pool and the courtyard, they cannot wait to come back.
We've stayed at a lot of hotels and as a 4 children family it's really hard to find somewhere to stay that has room for everyone. This hotel was so roomy! This was overall a very nice hotel and my only complaint is that these rooms are labeled as a suite, and they do have everything that a typical suite would have, however it was still all one room, when we've stayed in "suites"in the past, usually the couch/pullout bed is in a different separate section of the room. In addition to that the bathroom is split up so the shower is in a separate room, it was tiny and there was no fan, in addition to that the sink and mirror part of the bathroom were within sight of the rest of the room. So there was basically nowhere to change clothes if someone was in the shower or on the toilet. I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again due to the inconvenience of that.
This was overall a very nice hotel and my only complaint is that these rooms are labeled as a suite, and they do have everything that a typical suite would have, however it was still all one room, when we've stayed in "suites"in the past, usually the couch/pullout bed is in a different separate section of the room. In addition to that the bathroom is split up so the shower is in a separate room, it was tiny and there was no fan, in addition to that the sink and mirror part of the bathroom were within sight of the rest of the room. So there was basically nowhere to change clothes if someone was in the shower or on the toilet. So my 16-year-old son had to turn around or leave the room in order for me to change while my daughter was in the shower. I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again due to the inconvenience of that.

Didn't know there was an international airport right by with planes flying over VERY loudly...but other than that, check in was great, service was great, property is clean. Pool was a little small for the amount of possible swimmers on the premises. Off the beaten path just enough to be quiet (other than the planes) but close enough for a quick drive to the local shops or diners.

This was a great choice. Very close to the airport. The gym was sufficient, breakfast was adequate hotel breakfast food, close to all types of shopping and centralized between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

I love that everything in my room looks new. The bed very comfortable and spacious. Conveniently the airport is less than minutes from the hotel. Conversely it can be very loudly at night. Although it offers breakfast the menu seems to be the same. But if over looking those two negative is a very nice place to stay.

Can't say enough good about StayBridge in Florence, Ky. The facility is incredibly clean and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful in a most genuine way. We lingered for quite some time over coffee at breakfast, which was nicely done. Thank you for a great get away!

Overall our stay was nice. The room was spacious enough and having a kitchen was very useful. The hotel was clean but it could use some more attention to detail on the deep cleaning (hair around the base of the toilet and a lot of dust on top of the fridge.) The beds were quite comfy and although the hotel is on a flight path, the planes stopped by 10pm. The pool area was very clean, but the chlorine was very high; leaving both kids with very sore eyes and a rash on my son. Breakfast was also well kept and clean, but the food was mostly carbs and sugar.

This was a super nice hotel and our suite was huge. The hotel staff were all very kind and welcoming. There doesn't look like a lot of parking at first, but there is a large parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, hot eggs, home fries, sausage, waffles, pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, soda, coffee, juice, and other stuff. The bed was very comfy, water was always hot with great pressure and it was mostly quiet at night. The only downfall was the pool wasn't heated and there wasn't a hot tub, but it was still nice. I'm a sound sleeper so I wake up when I hear the smallest noises and even though I did wake up some, it wasn't a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
