Lindo lugar, se recomienda realizar mantenimiento en el área del fregadero y su conexiones de plomería, en mi caso personal agradecería una escoba. Por lo demás excelente servicio buena ubicación y lo mejor es que cuenta con estacionamiento.

The hotel was beautiful with unbelievable views of the ocean, mountains and towns. The pool was stunning and was a pleasant place to spend time. The staff were friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Thank you, we will stay again next time we are visiting Zipolite.

The property was well kept and well planned. The pool was fantastic. We decided that we would not stay at a property that did not offer a pool after enjoying this pool. Our room was possibly the only one on the site that did not have a balcony, which was a pity! The breakfast is simple and very tasty. Overall this property was great, and we would absolutely come again.

We picked the ideal place for our weeklong stay. A beautiful property with the most amazing pool. Convenient location, incredible views, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. And we loved the continental breakfast. Thanks for everything!

I stayed in this hotel in Jan 2022 with my friend in their Exec. Studio Suite. It was absolutely my worst hotel experience. (I am frequent traveler). Everything was abysmal and outrageous, including the utter and complete disrespect shown to us by the owner (who lives on site) and her staff, the nonexistent services which were advertised on this site (the wifi could not be accessed from the room), dilapidated furniture (see attached pictures), trash below the room which could be seen from the balcony, towels which felt like sandpaper on my face, and no replenishment of toiletries. I requested an extra bed and agreed to pay extra but they provided the absolute worst mattress for the extra bed (basically a sponge mattress which is the cheapest that they could find). When we complained the following morning after my friend basically had no sleep the prior night, the owner took our complaints personally and rather than making things right as any professional in the hospitality industry would have done, she and her staff actively sought to make us feel unwelcome. At breakfast, they rudely refused to give me an extra cup of coffee even though they advertised on this site that breakfast was free, and even argued that breakfast was a "courtesy" which could be taken away. The owner then said that we could leave if were not happy. I could not believe how offensive they were! Stay away or they may try to ruin your vacation! These people know absolutely nothing about customer service.

El servicio de Sara es muy bueno, atenta en todo momento. Sólo si recomendamos que se vea más limpio y recogido ya que puede haber personas que esperan algo totalmente distinto Pero a nosotros nos encanto.

La encargada súper amable el principal problema fue que mi primer día el hotel me dió una habitación con hormigas y chinches ya al segundo día me cambiaron de ahí túbe problemas ya que el pago de la terminal no pasaba y la dueña si me hizo sentir muy incómodo al decirme que está viviendo gratis en su casa cuando el pago ya se había reflejado como consejo está muy lejos de la playa y no hay ni desayunos ni restaurantes en el hotel como lo prometen tienes que bajar al restaurante más cercano (orégano) que la comida es muy buena

Muy bonito el hotel, súper limpio, una vista maravillosa y una alberca increíble. Personal atento y amable. El único pero es que se ubica en un cerrito y caminando puede resultar pesado el bajar a la calle principal o ir a la playa.

Lucia is the best thing about this property. She deals with issues as best she can. Our shower was not working and our sink was leaking. Lucia made sure both got fixed immediately. The water dispenser was broken and Lucia got it repaired asap. The view is lovely and the air conditioning worked well. This place is a gem under construction. Lots of work is needed to bring it up to it’s full glory. The owner of the property is an absentee owner. If she would pour more time and money into the place, she would have a wonderful boutique hotel. In it’s current state you have to accept a place in need of construction, repair and cleaning. Our room was nice but came with issues. I would stay here again but would want a better daily rate given the needs of the hotel. Thank you Lucia for your hard work.

La verdad el lugar está increíble, hermoso súper relajante, ideal si van en pareja o de negocios, en familia también pero está increíble para no escuchar gritos de niños, instalaciones limpias, aire acondicionado, wifi y estacionamiento. Es un poco complicado subir al lugar ya que es una subidita y es de terracería a por lo que es un poco complicado subir el auto. La atención de Sara, buenísima… En verdad les recomiendo el lugar si lo que buscan es descansar relajarse y olvidarse de todo

La verdad el lugar está increíble, hermoso súper relajante, ideal si van en pareja o de negocios, en familia también pero está increíble para no escuchar gritos de niños, instalaciones limpias, aire acondicionado, wifi y estacionamiento. Es un poco complicado subir al lugar ya que es una subidita y es de terracería a por lo que es un poco complicado subir el auto. The view was beautiful, location was high up in the hill a good work out to get up there. Didnt have wifi and i feel that it was lacking some night life everthing was quiet by 8pm. If you want to relax this is the place.

I stayed in this hotel in Jan 2022 with my friend in their Exec. Studio Suite. It was absolutely my worst hotel experience. (I am frequent traveler). Everything was abysmal and outrageous, including the utter and complete disrespect shown to us by the owner (who lives on site) and her staff, the nonexistent services which were advertised on this site (the wifi could not be accessed from the room), dilapidated furniture (see attached pictures), trash below the room which could be seen from the balcony, towels which felt like sandpaper on my face, and no replenishment of toiletries. I requested an extra bed and agreed to pay extra but they provided the absolute worst mattress for the extra bed (basically a sponge mattress which is the cheapest that they could find). When we complained the following morning after my friend basically had no sleep the prior night, the owner took our complaints personally and rather than making things right as any professional in the hospitality industry would have done, she and her staff actively sought to make us feel unwelcome. At breakfast, they rudely refused to give me an extra cup of coffee even though they advertised on this site that breakfast was free, and even argued that breakfast was a "courtesy" which could be taken away. The owner then said that we could leave if were not happy. I could not believe how offensive they were! Stay away or they may try to ruin your vacation! These people know absolutely nothing about customer service.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Biulu for several nights over NYE weekend. We couldn't have had a better experience. The property is a short walk (a couple of minutes) to the center of Playa Zipolite, the views from the pool are incredible, and the rooftop bar is a fantastic experience. The owner of the property Federica was responsive via WhatsApp. She helped arrange travel arrangements from Huatulco airport and organized a NYE party on the rooftop. When we return to Playa Zipolite, we will definitely be returning to Casa Biulu.

La encargada súper amable el principal problema fue que mi primer día el hotel me dió una habitación con hormigas y chinches ya al segundo día me cambiaron de ahí túbe problemas ya que el pago de la terminal no pasaba y la dueña si me hizo sentir muy incómodo al decirme que está viviendo gratis en su casa cuando el pago ya se había reflejado como consejo está muy lejos de la playa y no hay ni desayunos ni restaurantes en el hotel como lo prometen tienes que bajar al restaurante más cercano (orégano) que la comida es muy buena

Lucia is the best thing about this property. She deals with issues as best she can. Our shower was not working and our sink was leaking. Lucia made sure both got fixed immediately. The water dispenser was broken and Lucia got it repaired asap. The view is lovely and the air conditioning worked well. This place is a gem under construction. Lots of work is needed to bring it up to it’s full glory. The owner of the property is an absentee owner. If she would pour more time and money into the place, she would have a wonderful boutique hotel. In it’s current state you have to accept a place in need of construction, repair and cleaning. Our room was nice but came with issues. I would stay here again but would want a better daily rate given the needs of the hotel. Thank you Lucia for your hard work.

Casa Biulu has a perfect location with one of the most outstanding views in town. The architecture is lovely, and the fact of being a eco friendly hotel makes it even more interesting, we really loved our stay.

This is a wonderful property up away from the street yet only a short distance and has with a great view. If you’re not fit or accustom to walking this may not be the best option, although you can always rent a quad or scooter to get up and down the short hill. Overall would recommend to friends and family:)

Muy bonito el hotel, súper limpio, una vista maravillosa y una alberca increíble. Personal atento y amable. El único pero es que se ubica en un cerrito y caminando puede resultar pesado el bajar a la calle principal o ir a la playa.

The property was well kept and well planned. The pool was fantastic. We decided that we would not stay at a property that did not offer a pool after enjoying this pool. Our room was possibly the only one on the site that did not have a balcony, which was a pity! The breakfast is simple and very tasty. Overall this property was great, and we would absolutely come again.

This was a great place to stay in Zipolite. It was nice and quiet but still a short walk from town. Lucy the woman working there was very kind, patient and helpful. Lucy was also great at communicating through What’s App. The breakfasts were delicious and well made. My partner and I also got a massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. The room was clean, organized and well air conditioned. It’s also all together a gorgeous property with an incredible view that makes you feel like you’re having an authentic cultural experience. Also cherry on top, there were adorable cats and a dog to say hi too.I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Zipolite!
