It was a nice Hotel. A bit pricey for us, but it was a birthday weekend so no problem. Food good - semi pricey. Adult beverages were good - not cheap. Great shower. TV had a nice picture. Odd, but the elevator was really slow.

Everything was classy. The breakfast was awesome, free and unexpected. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food is rated well, at their restaurants. The view is amazing and town is so historical and cool. I highly recommend this hotel. It is not cheap, however.

It looks like the city is trying to revitalize the area and this new Hotel delivers. You're taking a trip back in time with current amenities in a clean environment with easy walking distance to the river, parks, and main street. It has a full breakfast buffet of sorts served till 10 am although would be nice to have till 11 for us older lazy folks. On main street had an Italian restaurant that served up a good meal. Stayed in the Kings suite with awesome views of the river. Price per night was around $220 for the weekend rates but still way cheaper than similar California hotels where I live. Had a lively wedding party gathering downstairs which was good to see and still quit on the 2nd floor where I stayed. Overall, a great get away place to stay, just remember to put the voice on for your google maps as the roads, while they look easy, can wind around, especially going thru Salam back to Portland airport.
