Vi brukte hotellet som base for å utforske Malta. Enkelt med parkering og trygt og godt med tanke på at det er vis a vis en politistasjon. Veldig bra frokost og imøtekommende resepsjon. Jacuzzi på taket ved solnedgang og fyrverkeri om kvelden var en fin avslutning på dagen (må bestilles).

Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect to get to anywhere on malta island, as the bus stop is nearby. I used the pool once, it was a bit small and cold but a nice option to have. I dodnt use the jacuzzi as it closes at 8pm and I wasn't ever back in time - note, there is a 10 euro charge for 45 mins use.

Very clean room. Hotel is very conveniently located - 5 minutes walk to Valletta - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff very courteous and helpful. Plunge pool was nice. Would recommend, and would have no hesitation in returning.

The hotel is well presented and provided free tea and coffee 24/7 which was a nice touch. Rooms well appointed with gowns, slippers and new towels daily. Jeffrey and Caroline on reception very friendly and helpful. A few niggles, patio doors wouldn’t close fully and so a little more noise from road below, The room door was sticking on floor - so noisy for neighbouring rooms. Water in indoor pool very cold and it’s really just a plunge pool. We did view another room further up but that definitely had a problem with damp or drains smell in en-suite.

Wonderfully located just outside the walled city. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from said area. The price point was very interesting and the property itself is well maintained, with warm, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK, recommend getting bfast in the city, more romantic :) The rooftop terrace needs improvement, as the experience leaves to be desired, the truly only drawback from this wonderful hotel.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage in der Nähe von Valletta sowie kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee an der Rezeption. Leider hatte unser Zimmer jedoch mehrere Mängel: Die Klimaanlage war defekt und tropfte, wodurch Tür und Boden nass waren; an der Wand zeigten sich bereits Schimmelflecken. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation konnte uns aufgrund von Ausbuchung kein anderes Zimmer angeboten werden – es wurde lediglich ein Reparaturversuch unternommen. Weitere Punkte: sehr quietschendes Bett, TV ohne Internetzugang (daher kaum Sender verfügbar), lockere Befestigung im Badezimmer, fehlende Klobürste. Außerdem liegt der Pool zusammen mit dem Fitnessraum im Keller, wo es sehr feucht war und unangenehm roch. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher enttäuschend und entsprach nicht dem erwarteten Standard.

This hotel is modern and nicely decorated and my room was large and clean with everything I needed. The staff were just lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good, and all-day access to coffee and water was a nice perk. The location is very close to Valletta city gate and numerous bus stops, which made it very easy to get around. My only complaint is that my room smelled very musty, and the smell permeated my hair and my clothes.

Everything is very sweet, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The main issue is the pervasive smell of drains from the bathroom. I suspect this is an issue across Valletta. As we were only staying 4 nights, we tolerated it with the aircon on in the bathroom all night. A shame, as everything else is very sweet.

In the first room the shower panel was missing and taking a shower flooded the entire bathroom. I also saw a roach on the desk crawling along. Then the gave me a second room wit a nice bathroom and great water pressure. However one evening I saw a huge roach crawl across the floor. It's a shame because the place looks and seems very clean. Maybe they just have to get an exterminator. The hotel has great potential for the quality and location.

Good size room and decent location right outside the gates of Valletta. It’s a small hotel with minimal staff interaction (they seemed ambivalent to our existence if I can be honest). The biggest knock was how shabby the room was, especially the bathroom/shower and unswept floors in the room. Overall what I should have expected from a 3-star, but it could have been a nicer experience with a bit more care and attention to cleanliness.

Great location: only a 10-minute or less walk to Valletta’s old city entrance. Beautiful promenade to walk through as well that is lit up at night so safe to stroll through. The hotel is quiet at night. The lobby is stylish and has a tea/coffee/water machine. The room with twin beds has outlets by the side of the bed. Clean quarters. Now the bad: inconsistent Wifi (kept getting logged in and out), room missing coffee and some tea packets, also a towel. Definitely not worth the stars given. Lack of communication among staff on an included breakfast for our early-morning breakfast. Also upon checking in, the blonde woman at the front was pretty reserved. I mean, why are you even in tourism?!

It was ok. Only stayed one night. Young man at desk was awesime. Room was small. Thin walls. Blow dryer issues. No refrigerator. No drinking water in room. But it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased with the room, staff and location. We had room 41 which is the only one on the top floor and had a very large balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs and overlooks Valletta whilst getting sun nearly all day. Also it is next to the free jacuzzi. Bedroom is large, clean and modern with a huge bed and the bathroom is very big too. Area is quiet and there are a couple of small stores and a snack bar within 50 yards to get water, beer, pastries etc. It is about 300 yards to the bus station and the entrance to the city of Valletta. Would go again and highly recommend. Didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that.

It was a beautiful room with wonderful equipment. Also the bathroom. Really fashionable. Breakfast was okay. Very close to the centre. Very clean. Air condition. BUT the room and the bathroom had the window only to a high shaft. Outside were a machine which made noise. It was dark in the room. You needed always lights!!! I didn't know if it was day or night outside. It was for me horrible. Too tight. The front desk didn't have a solution. That's normal with standard room, so their answer. Could be, but then they had to note this in the discription! I won't book there again.
It was a beautiful room with wonderful equipment. Also the bathroom. Really fashionable. Breakfast was okay. Very close to the centre. Very clean. Air condition. BUT the room and the bathroom had the window only to a high shaft. Outside were a machine which made noise. It was dark in the room. You needed always lights!!! I didn't know if it was day or night outside. It was for me horrible. Too tight. The front desk didn't have a solution. That's normal with standard room, so their answer. Could be, but then they had to note this in the discription! I won't book there again.

Wir wurden zunächst in zwei feuchten Keller Räumlichkeiten untergebracht. Am nächsten Tag sollten wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, aber angeblich hatten wir unsere Sachen nicht rechtzeitig gepackt und deshalb mussten wir noch eine Nacht in den minderwertigen Räumlichkeiten verbringen. Von fünf Nächten haben wir also 2 in den minderwertigen, lauten, minderwertigen Räumlichkeiten verbracht. Am dritten Tag durften wir dann hochziehen und das Personal gab sich fortan recht freundlich. Die Umgebung ist zwar nicht schick, aber lediglich circa 1 km fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt.

I called the hotel because I lost my belongings at the hotel, but the person who answered the phone did not understand me and told me to email them. Again nobody answered me even though I sent email through the official site, again, nobody answered me. I had to call them through the phone again. Then they told me to contact them by SMS. The person in charge said they would contact me within the next day, but still no one has contacted me, and I have not received any response to my confirmation SMS again. I remember that I took the lost item with me as I used it at the hotel, so I am wondering why I cannot get a response at all. And I feel that being ignored is the same as being disrespected, which I find very offensive and very sad. Did they think that because I am an Asian woman that it was okay for them to behave this way? Would they have responded differently if I were a scarier man with more authority? The receptionist and staffs seemed very kind, I am very disappointed that I had to go through this.

The staff are super, friendly and helpful. Some of the actual property still needs some work - see previous reviews. The breakfast is wonderful. Great there is tea/coffee on hand 24/7. If something wasn't working right, it is corrected within 24 hours. We had a great stay at this lovely little hotel and would love to go again. Thank you

The staff was excellent! They were all very friendly, professional, and caring. They went far and beyond doing their job. It is a great location, and I loved the hot tub: an incredible city view!

Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased with the room, staff and location. We had room 41 which is the only one on the top floor and had a very large balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs and overlooks Valletta whilst getting sun nearly all day. Also it is next to the free jacuzzi. Bedroom is large, clean and modern with a huge bed and the bathroom is very big too. Area is quiet and there are a couple of small stores and a snack bar within 50 yards to get water, beer, pastries etc. It is about 300 yards to the bus station and the entrance to the city of Valletta. Would go again and highly recommend. Didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that.

Lovely boutique hotel a nice walking distance from Valleys main gate and bus station. We had a cute little balcony and a beautiful room. The welcome was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was very poor indeed. What limited hot food there was had been allowed to go stone cold on a buffet heated with tea light candles! There was no toaster!! One other point of note is the awful smell emanating from the shower drain, which we cured by leaving a wet towel over.

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la posizione e l’arredo delle camere e spazi comuni: tutto nuovo e di grande gusto moderno. Letto comodo , bagno funzionale e ottima pulizia. Solo la colazione non era molto varia ma tutto buono.

The price point was very interesting and the property itself is well maintained, with warm, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK, recommend getting bfast in the city, more romantic :) The rooftop terrace needs improvement, as the experience leaves to be desired, the truly only drawback from this wonderful hotel.

Great hotel, just outside the city but easlier everything you need is in walking distance. Room was clean in good condition. Free breakfast was nice butnthere is also lots of bakeries and cafes nearby so I recommend you explore.

Everything is very sweet, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The main issue is the pervasive smell of drains from the bathroom. I suspect this is an issue across Valletta. As we were only staying 4 nights, we tolerated it with the aircon on in the bathroom all night. A shame, as everything else is very sweet.

Läget när busstorget och stadskärnan är toppen! Frukost helt ok, men en väldigt liten buffé, som dock innehöll det som behövs för att jag skall bli mätt. Location was great, a short walk to the centre but with restaurants close by. Room was very clean, as were the communal areas. Breakfast was decent for the money, although the coffee produced by the machine was pretty dire. Lovely views over the city as well as sunset vistas. We had some issues, such as getting stuck in the lift, and the shower head breaking; the later of which was fixed very quickly. The bathroom was large and nicely decorated, however there were issues at a granular level. These including a towel rail that was poorly fixed to the wall, a rusting bin, plus one door had the vinyl peeling off due to bathroom moisture and scrapping against the floor, and the front door rubbing against the floor due to poor fitting. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not a boutique hotel. Check in was uncomfortable due to an angry and eccentric staff member. AC cooled the room but made strange noises all night. Poor amenities. Bed squeaked all night and we discovered it was built on plywood boards. Toilet paper forgotten during housekeeping. Pool is a murky hole in the ground. Positives - great location, clean.
