Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Parkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden, dafür stand das Auto sicher im Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel (25 € pro Nacht). Einziger Punktabzug: wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht und wurden dann vor Ort auf 2 Einzelbetten umgebucht, welche ständig auseinander rutschten. . Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist. Tolle Zimmerausstattung. Küche mit allem drin. Sehr empfehlenswert. Bus und Bahn fussläufig erreichbar.

The hotel itself is fine. But the parking situation is difficult. Street parking is very limited (you'll be lucky to find a spot) and from 8 am to 6 pm the meter must be fed every two hours. The hotel offers off-street parking, but at the outrageously expensive price of €25. Because parking at this hotel is so complicated / expensive, do think twice about booking here if you are coming by car.

Good room for a good price. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped apartment kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing extraordinary. The only downside was that the air conditioner made a loud rumbling noise every 2 minutes (room 109). We parked easily at the P+R Belval a short walk away.

Parkplatz in der Garage rechtzeitig reservieren (25€ p. Nacht) oder im Aldi-Parkhaus möglich (für Kurzzeit zu empfehlen).

Really clean and comfy place. Staff is really nice and helpful. We only miss a tv where we could connect out Netflix account directly or via a Chromecast. Also the breakfast was really good for french expectations, but it was missing hot dishes for more international people. Overall a really nice place to stay to enjoy a rockhal concert.

I just stayed for a Night for a Concert. First of all its really close to the Trainstation "University" and Rockhall (ca. 5Minutes). Though it was a little tricky at first to find the Hotel due to lack of Street Signs it was worth the Way. You will notice how the Second you enter the Hotel all Outside Noises are canceld (which is amazing considering there was a huge Construction Site right across the Street). The Check In was done in a Minute and the next Suprise was just behind the Hotelroomdoor. The Room was indeed an Apartement with fully furbished Kitchencorner (Heatplates, Microwave, even a Dishwasher besides Dishes, Pots etc.) I have to say this was one of the greatest Hotels I visited yet.

Die Zimmer sind schön gross und modern. Es ist ruhig. Peronal ist nett aber das Frühstück hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Es gab bis 10.30 Uhr Frühstück, wir waren um 9 Uhr da und es gab kein Rührei mehr. Angeblich war es schon leer und das um die Uhrzeit. Wir hatten vorab glutenfreies Frühstück angefragt und erhielten die Aussage, dass es Brot gäbe. In Wahrheit lag nur trockener Zwieback am Buffet und das nicht einmal extra verpackt sondern offen vor dem glutenhaltigen Müsli. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Vorräte dabei. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit der Miniküche gut ausgestattet. Schöne große saubere Dusche. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ok, aber recht übersichtlich. Gibt zwei, drei Müslisorten, einen Wurstteller mit drei Sorten, zwei verschiedene Käse. Das war es dann schon fast. Eierspeisen, Würstchen oder irgendwas warmes gibt es nicht. „Rührei“ kann man bestellen, das ist aber eher eine Frechheit als Rührei. Das ist irgendeine Aufgeschäumte Ei(-Pulver?) Masse auf einem Teller gekippt und in der Mikrowelle stocken lassen. Der Preis von 15€ ist dafür zu hoch. 25€ für die Tiefgarage finde ich auch Zuviel. Der Zimmerpreis geht aber voll in Ordnung. Und alles in allem war es da trotzdem schön und ich würde es grundsätzlich auch wieder buchen.

Ramiz at Reception was welcoming & professional. He informed me about the area and a little about the history. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. Restaurants & grocery store witin walking distance. Free local transport - train, bus trams to city centre - though a little far from city centre. The University of Luxembourg is known for its departments of life sciences medicine & tech. A number of start ups in the area - a young city, well-planned for the future.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung, ich hatte große Probleme mit dem Hotel Manager. Die guten Erfahrungen war der Grund der Buchung, aber leider wird hier mit den Gästen nicht gut umgegangen. Ich hatte mich im Nachhinein mehrmals Beschwert und um Korrektur gehofft, leider möchte man einem nicht weiterhelfen, aber Geld kassieren geht und ist schnell erledigt. Kulanz gibt es hier nicht und es werden falsche Hoffnungen gemacht, das Personal am Empfang hatte noch versucht Fehler zu knorrigen aber der Manager hat sich nicht gekümmert!

Great location if you don’t need Luxembourg City centre. 30 min drive to city. Lux university here with lots of generalised shops, two supermarkets and lots of food options incl poke bowl Asian options. Value for money in this area.

Angenehme Apartment-Style Unterkunft im neuen Stadtentwicklungsgebiet von Esch s/ Alzette im Süden von Luxemburg. Ausstattung der Küche der Studios könnte besser sein, es fehlt ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Sofa und Beistelltisch sind für eine richtige Mahlzeit ungeeignet. Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch und eher schlecht Englisch, ist aber bemüht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber keine 17€ wert. Insgesamt aber ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Hôtel confortable et propre. Comme ont l"a connue tout au début et avant La Covid. Par contre le petit déjeuner a beaucoup change en moins bien c.est dommage. Avant il y avait des œufs à la coque. Les fruits frais étaient belles et frais. La Salade de fruits dans le récipient avait un aspect douteux et un goût un peu aigre. Beaucoup plus de choix aussi vraiment dommage À 17€ le petit déjeuner un peu limite.
