The place was good for the price. However, our experience left a lot to be desired. Check-in was not smooth. Staff was poorly trained and unprofessional. The room was very small. The A/C remote did not work. Swimming pool hours did not allow for swimming before 11 or after 6- the only times it was cool enough in the scorching summer. The worst issue was that coffee (in Turkey) was not included in the breakfast with a surcharge of €3 for a tiny cup of Nescafé. Service left a lot to be desired.

Hotellet ligger jättenära områdets centrum med massa affärer och restauranger. Det är super rent. Servicen jättebra. Dock finns ingen hiss, jobbigt att bära väskorna till rummet. Den stora nackdelen är frukosten och restaurangen. Frukosten var ganska dålig med lågt utbud, det fanns knappt något ätbart, trots att det stod ”komplett frukost” i hotellets beskrivning. Varje maträtt man beställde tog minst en timme att fixa och det mesta smakade inte bra.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything had a brand new feel to it. The pool, the layout of the rooms, etc. Just gorgeous. It’s about 2.5 km from the heart of Bodrum but if you’re a walker like me it’s no big deal. I discovered a historic site and interesting neighborhoods as I walked to town and back. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel molto carino a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Gumbet e da Bodrum Marina. La stanza era grande, molto confortevole. La colazione a buffet: abbondante. Il personale: molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non tutti parlano inglese abbiamo potuto comunicare bene. Non ho usufruito della piscina perché c'era sempre la musica ad alto volume, ma è una caratteristica di tutta la zona. Anche in spiaggia era molto difficile resistere per più di 2 ore a causa della musica a tutto volume. Un vero problema per chi vuole riposare o leggere un bel libro.

Hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier, es ist alles sehr sauber und neu/modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch wenn es manchmal Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation gibt. Der Pool ist schön groß um auch Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Man kann auch Abendessen a la carte bestellen, ebenfalls sehr lecker und meist günstiger als draußen. Ich komme gern wieder

Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants. On a passé 2 nuits dans ce très belle hôtel, tout a été parfait depuis notre entrée jusqu'à notre sortie. Les responsables de l hôtel sont très à l écoute des demandes qu on leur a faites. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres. Le petit déjeuner est juste parfait, très varié. La piscine est hyper propre avec des serviettes à disposition. L hôtel est très bien situé. Les responsables nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée et nous ont salués à notre départ, chose qui nous a vraiment touché. Si on revient dans le coin , nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés.

За такую цену — отличное место для отдыха. Пляж находится примерно в 30 минутах ходьбы, рядом также есть бары и магазины. В номере есть телевизор с HDMI-входом, интернет работает хорошо. В целом впечатления положительные. Рекомендации для улучшения: 1. Хотелось бы увеличить количество столов, особенно рассчитанных на двоих. Иногда приходится ждать 8–10 минут, пока освободится столик, или садиться за столик под прямым солнцем — что, конечно, не очень приятно. 2. Во время завтрака мы заказали турецкий кофе. Нас не предупредили, что он платный. Об этом стало известно только при выезде, когда на счёте увидели этот кофе. Считаю, что при заказе любой платной услуги гость должен быть заранее уведомлён, а услуга должна предоставляться только после согласия и подписи на чеке. Сотрудники извинились, и я, в свою очередь, отнёсся с пониманием — оплатил, хотя и остался без подписи на чеке. Ничего страшного, бывает. Отдельное спасибо официанту — очень старается, вежливый и доброжелательный. Видно, что работает на совесть. Жаль, что некоторые гости ведут себя грубо и с недовольными лицами. Он этого не заслуживает. Итог: мы остались очень довольны! Провели 2 ночи и 3 дня с комфортом и удовольствием. Спасибо персоналу!

El hotel esta genial, super bonito y con una piscina estupenda. Pero.... Varios fallos que hemos visto. Primero, la ubicación NO es como dicen de que se encuentra en el centro. Te hace falta el coche, si o si. Ya que esta apartado del centro unos 25 min andando y con una cuesta..... De mas de 1 km con un desnivel tranquilamente del 12%, nosotros fuimos una vez andando y ya.... Nos llego (taxi es la mejor opción 3€ te llevan) Segundo, NO nos hicieron la habitación en ningun momento, no es que mi importe mucho (fueron dos dias) el cambio de toallas pero.... Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, y no lo repusieron (me parece un gran fallo) Tercero el desayuno, muy basico, sinceramente fue el peor que hemos tenido en 15 dias por Turquía. El trato fue muy bueno por parte de los empleados (gente joven y agradable)

Everyone is super nice, the place is clean, the pool is great. The food they make in the restaurant is awesome. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna have a great time in Gumbet. It’s very near to bodrum center as well.

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi konum gümbet merkez yürüme mesafesi bitez ve bodrum merkeze araçla 5 dk. Bizim bu 4. Konaklamamız odalar gayet temiz çalışın arkadaşlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı olarak gayet yeterli.

Otelde bir gün kaldım. Niye hotels.com'dan rezervasyon yaptınız komisyon kesiyor deyip uzatma günlerim için hotels.com'dan daha yüksek fiyat verdiler... Böyle acemilik yok. Oda oldukça pisti. Yatak sigara yanığı doluydu. Otel kilidi çalışıyordu. Asıl problem gece boyunca saat 2-3-e kadar evet bizzat otel çalışanlarının bağırarak uyumanıza engel olması sonraki gün belirttiğimde sessiz oda istiyorsanız para vereceksiniz demeleriydi. Oldukça kötü bir deneyimdi. Ucuz atlatıp sadece bir gün kalmakla kendimi zor dışarı attım. Sakın tercih edilmemesi gereken bir mekân. Yarı fiyatına çok daha güzel mekanlar mevcut.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything had a brand new feel to it. The pool, the layout of the rooms, etc. Just gorgeous. It’s about 2.5 km from the heart of Bodrum but if you’re a walker like me it’s no big deal. I discovered a historic site and interesting neighborhoods as I walked to town and back. I would definitely stay there again.

Das Personal der Unterkunft war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, man hatte nicht so viel Platz. Für einen Kurztrip lohnt sich der Aufenthalt aber auf jeden Fall, weil das Frühstück und das Essen generell sehr lecker waren.

Hotel molto carino a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Gumbet e da Bodrum Marina. La stanza era grande, molto confortevole. La colazione a buffet: abbondante. Il personale: molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non tutti parlano inglese abbiamo potuto comunicare bene. Non ho usufruito della piscina perché c'era sempre la musica ad alto volume, ma è una caratteristica di tutta la zona. Anche in spiaggia era molto difficile resistere per più di 2 ore a causa della musica a tutto volume. Un vero problema per chi vuole riposare o leggere un bel libro.

El hotel esta genial, super bonito y con una piscina estupenda. Pero.... Varios fallos que hemos visto. Primero, la ubicación NO es como dicen de que se encuentra en el centro. Te hace falta el coche, si o si. Ya que esta apartado del centro unos 25 min andando y con una cuesta..... De mas de 1 km con un desnivel tranquilamente del 12%, nosotros fuimos una vez andando y ya.... Nos llego (taxi es la mejor opción 3€ te llevan) Segundo, NO nos hicieron la habitación en ningun momento, no es que mi importe mucho (fueron dos dias) el cambio de toallas pero.... Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, y no lo repusieron (me parece un gran fallo) Tercero el desayuno, muy basico, sinceramente fue el peor que hemos tenido en 15 dias por Turquía. El trato fue muy bueno por parte de los empleados (gente joven y agradable)

Our plans for staying in Bodrum went sideways and I had to suddenly find something else--- I read all the reviews of this place and booked it! It was such a wonderful little spot-- so clean, friendly staff and perfect for my son who loves to swim. We were lucky enough to be there when the owner's family was visiting, and it was just filled with a family-oriented vibe. I think it probably always is like this--- it is not in the heart of Bodrum, but only a 100 TK ride away which is such a bargain! So glad we stayed, and we ended up making some new friends, as well!

El hotel esta genial, super bonito y con una piscina estupenda. Pero.... Varios fallos que hemos visto. Primero, la ubicación NO es como dicen de que se encuentra en el centro. Te hace falta el coche, si o si. Ya que esta apartado del centro unos 25 min andando y con una cuesta..... De mas de 1 km con un desnivel tranquilamente del 12%, nosotros fuimos una vez andando y ya.... Nos llego (taxi es la mejor opción 3€ te llevan) Segundo, NO nos hicieron la habitación en ningun momento, no es que mi importe mucho (fueron dos dias) el cambio de toallas pero.... Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, y no lo repusieron (me parece un gran fallo) Tercero el desayuno, muy basico, sinceramente fue el peor que hemos tenido en 15 dias por Turquía. El trato fue muy bueno por parte de los empleados (gente joven y agradable)

The place was good for the price. However, our experience left a lot to be desired. Check-in was not smooth. Staff was poorly trained and unprofessional. The room was very small. The A/C remote did not work. Swimming pool hours did not allow for swimming before 11 or after 6- the only times it was cool enough in the scorching summer. The worst issue was that coffee (in Turkey) was not included in the breakfast with a surcharge of €3 for a tiny cup of Nescafé. Service left a lot to be desired.

That hotel is the best place ever Ive been in Bodrum. Because the staff is very smiling and the food they do in the restaurant is awesome. If you have any problem, you can directly talk about it with the receptionist and they help you. They are very understanding and they make you feel comfortable. Plus the pool is great. I’ve stayed in this hotel every time I came to Bodrum this summer and never been disappointed.

Hotellet ligger jättenära områdets centrum med massa affärer och restauranger. Det är super rent. Servicen jättebra. Dock finns ingen hiss, jobbigt att bära väskorna till rummet. Den stora nackdelen är frukosten och restaurangen. Frukosten var ganska dålig med lågt utbud, det fanns knappt något ätbart, trots att det stod ”komplett frukost” i hotellets beskrivning. Varje maträtt man beställde tog minst en timme att fixa och det mesta smakade inte bra.

Das Personal der Unterkunft war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, man hatte nicht so viel Platz. Für einen Kurztrip lohnt sich der Aufenthalt aber auf jeden Fall, weil das Frühstück und das Essen generell sehr lecker waren.

Hotel molto carino a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Gumbet e da Bodrum Marina. La stanza era grande, molto confortevole. La colazione a buffet: abbondante. Il personale: molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non tutti parlano inglese abbiamo potuto comunicare bene. Non ho usufruito della piscina perché c'era sempre la musica ad alto volume, ma è una caratteristica di tutta la zona. Anche in spiaggia era molto difficile resistere per più di 2 ore a causa della musica a tutto volume. Un vero problema per chi vuole riposare o leggere un bel libro.

Hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier, es ist alles sehr sauber und neu/modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch wenn es manchmal Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation gibt. Der Pool ist schön groß um auch Bahnen zu schwimmen. Toilet lid wouldn’t stay up. Kept hitting you as you tried to potty. The shower water got scalding hot unsafe with children. Air conditioning was poor. Wouldn’t recommend. Stay somewhere else.
