Stayed at Norfolk Towers Serviced Apartments for 2 nights at the start of a3 week family trip to Kenya. The apartment was big so we had plenty of space and it was conveniently located near the University and part of the city. It served our needs but the rooms were quite tired in look and feel - this might get to you if staying for much longer. Swimming pool was close and a decent size. There are no other amenities on site so you need to walk/taxi to town to get provisions. The WiFi was also quite patchy. Reception were helpful with organising our airport pick up etc.

Property is located in a convenient location if you are in Nairobi for business since it's walkable to down town Nairobi & the free way to the International Airport is close by. The staff here is great, especially the security team. Rooms don't have air conditioning so it can get really hot in the summer seasons...they provide a fan upon request. Laundry room is far off from room, if you are staying for long. Not a lot of entertainment option to view on the in-room tv. There's a pool. Property is close to road so morning can get noisy if window is open due to matatu traffic. No dining options here so you have to order food or drive/walk to restaurants in Nairobi.
