The suite was large; the furniture clean (the floor in the room was a bit sticky.) The rest of the place looked quite good. I needed a cart upon check-in, and there wasn't one available. No front desk person seemed concerned about it, even though I came back 3x over 20 mins trying to locate one.

We stayed a week as our RV had warranty work done. We loved the hotel and area. The grill was fun to use. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We felt bad for the staff for all the messes other guests left around the pool, courtyard and breakfast areas.

We were excited to get away from Fredericksburg for the night. The pool was supposed to be a "warm 85 degrees". It was 85 degrees but warm? No! Lol. We enjoyed our stay. Very warm and welcoming. We will return.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful when it came to accommodations for our room and assisting us during breakfast when we were getting our twins in the high chair. We did not get to enjoy all the amenities but the fire pit and pool were pretty cool. They also have a basketball court which is not common at any hotel. A+ Experience

The location was perfect for events I was attending in the Richmond area. Close to nice restaurants and shopping with very easy parking. Staff was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped and I enjoyed the little bar in the lobby. The included breakfast was quite decent with lots of options. The only negative was that the large well positioned TV did not receive any TV channels for more than a few minutes without going to pixelate. I could stream from my Netflix account, but a first rate accommodation should have functioning TV. I though I was doing something wrong with the TV, but other guests said they were having the same issue.

Nice property, good location near food options. Clean and welcomes pets. Only issue was we waited for front desk staff to show up for nearly 15 minutes. She was helping a guest on one of the floors. Only had one staff on that evening when checking in.

I chose this property for my daughters birthday so that she could go swimming with family and friends. Suite 514 had a random shirt on the floor, and the bed had stains on the sheets. We called down to get new ones and had to go get them ourselves from the front desk at 11:24 pm. We also walked down to the pool just to find out it was closed and wouldn’t reopen until the next day (which was checkout for us). We were all extremely disappointed in the service. That was my first time at this hotel, and expected much more than I received.

Decent place to stay. At first glance it does give off fresh new energy until you’re actually in your room. The place reminded me of one of those hotels that get removed and they just decided to not go finish in certain areas. Few things I pointed out: 1. Bathroom is not super clean. There were areas in the showers that you can tell was not touched. 2. Bedding was semi-clean. On the second night there i just so happen to look at the blanket and there were green streaks on the inside about damn near freaked out. 3. Breakfast was okay. Potatoes were cold and not a whole lot of options. But decent. 4. Service Desk stated they were available 24 hours. And they were not. The person who was suppose to be there was unreachable for hours. Overall decent stay. Not a bunch of HUGE complaints. But just enough to actually write a review this time. Which I normally don’t do.

The staff was super nice but the hotel has really gotten run down in just a few months. The room was clean but the shower backed up. The halls and stairways need a good vacuuming too. The elevators smelled really bad so we took the stairs. We are grateful for a place to stay with our lab but definitely sad that it went down hill so quickly.

Great hotel, only complaint is the pullout sofa mattress was like paper thin. My dog wouldn’t even sit on it. It was very very tin and felt like I slept on metal.

The room was great. Windows opened, which was nice. There was a party of some sort going on until about midnight, Erich we could hear from inside the room, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Just a couple miles from Short Pump Town Center. Less than 20 minutes from University of Richmond, and the convention center. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Duncan and Tiffany were very welcoming and quick to answer questions and address needs. Slight road traffic noise in rooms at the back of the property may bother some who are light sleepers so let staff know at check-in. Nice complimentary breakfast.

The property and staff were great. We did 5 nights and the problem is that we used Expedia to book it. Sure we should have known better, but we did. There are 4 rooms in this hotel in which the only window in the room faces a brick wall, with absolutely no view of the outdoors. It was like living in jail. Absolutely insane, and the management could not change it for us because it was booked through Expedia. Of course, Expedia will not do anything either. Don't ever use them. The hotel was great though, just make sure you don't get the brick window!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Check-in was at 3, however we got there at 1 and the staff was able to let me check-in early. Everything was exactly how the pictures looked online. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Virginia. I was extremely happy with my decision to stay at this hotel.

Family and I had a late check-in confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel a hotel staff member was not available to check us in. The front door was open, but we waited for 30min and could not locate nor contact a hotel staff member. Terrible service. We had to book a last minute reservation at another hotel.

Stay was good but this time we did not receive the room we had booked. We were arriving late and called in advance to let the staff know and we were promised that our room would be held for us. We booked a 2 queen bed room and when we checked in we received a room with one queen bed. The room was less than ideal. It was the last room left in the hotel. We were told that at check in. Clearly they did not hold the room for us that we had booked.

The location was perfect for events I was attending in the Richmond area. Close to nice restaurants and shopping with very easy parking. Staff was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped and I enjoyed the little bar in the lobby. The included breakfast was quite decent with lots of options. The only negative was that the large well positioned TV did not receive any TV channels for more than a few minutes without going to pixelate. I could stream from my Netflix account, but a first rate accommodation should have functioning TV. I though I was doing something wrong with the TV, but other guests said they were having the same issue.

What a fantastic hotel and staff. We had plenty of space. My family said, "Wow!" multiple times as they walked through the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were so impressed with the surrounding area. What a nice place to stay. We highly recommend. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was outstanding!! We will plan on stopping again as we travel south from NY.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful when it came to accommodations for our room and assisting us during breakfast when we were getting our twins in the high chair. We did not get to enjoy all the amenities but the fire pit and pool were pretty cool. They also have a basketball court which is not common at any hotel. A+ Experience

Decent place to stay. At first glance it does give off fresh new energy until you’re actually in your room. The place reminded me of one of those hotels that get removed and they just decided to not go finish in certain areas. Few things I pointed out: 1. Bathroom is not super clean. There were areas in the showers that you can tell was not touched. 2. Bedding was semi-clean. On the second night there i just so happen to look at the blanket and there were green streaks on the inside about damn near freaked out. 3. Breakfast was okay. Potatoes were cold and not a whole lot of options. But decent. 4. Service Desk stated they were available 24 hours. And they were not. The person who was suppose to be there was unreachable for hours. Overall decent stay. Not a bunch of HUGE complaints. But just enough to actually write a review this time. Which I normally don’t do.

Well this was an amazing location to stay for two nights with my girlfriend.I was able to cook a whole meal for us that she l said was excellent.The kitchen and bathroom we're 5 star.Had very comfortable bed and plenty of entertainment on the tv.I would definitely recommend staying at spot it made our experience simply amazing we will be back soon.

Great spacious room-very clean. Staff was very friendly. The pool was awesome and warm! Breakfast was great although a second waffle maker for busy mornings would be beneficial. Great location, 35min from the Metro Zoo, great proximity to food and shopping.
