Everything is fine except the noisy floors and the slamming doors because they don't close easily. The cards also get deactivated easily.

Excellent stay. Clean, well proportioned room with all that is needed, inclusive of functional TV, clean bathroom and shower, working AC unit. Prompt service, Nibbles, juices, tea, coffee available in the lobby. Nice gestures and surprises from the management. Very helpful staff. Whatever the problem they were always there to help. Good transport connections and a few places nearby to eat out that won't disappoint. Good value

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to Plateia Nerou, where the Release Athens festival was taking place. Check-in was at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 4:00 PM and the room was still not ready, but they handled it well and gave me a different room so I would not have to wait any longer. Even though this is a 2-star hotel, it felt more like a 3- or 4-star one. The staff offered a free cold bottle of water, along with some complimentary refreshments and snacks. The room was clean and included water, a kettle, and free tea and coffee. There was no refrigerator. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom design, as the shower, toilet, and sink were all in the same wet area. Unfortunately, I found cockroaches in the bathroom during my stay, including one large one and two smaller ones. I informed reception and they said they would take care of it. There was also some confusion about breakfast. At first I was told it was not included, but at checkout they said that was a mistake and refunded me immediately. The breakfast was very basic but ok overall but the coffee was bad. In general I would stay again here if the need arise.
