This hotel is magical. The mix of dorm room / work hub they have built with conf rooms, game rooms, pool table, chill staff and the great Italian restaurant, it’s freaking perfect!

Noli hosts beautiful, clean, chic properties. They have a wonderful facilities which starts with the self check-in on ipad, the beautiful bar / restaurant at entrance. Once past the residents only area, is spacious seating areas, kitchen, gym, sauna and locker storage area. Very safe building as you need your key to get to your floor. Beautiful clean rooms with all the practical things supplied: spacious closet, kitchen, fridge, working desk, comfortable bed. The walls seem soundproof as you cant hear much outside of your room. They have a concierge you can message via whatsapp that is responsive. There are regular activities such as yoga classes. I would highly recommend staying at Noli!

Superservice, fantastisk rum med allt, kyl, frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, spis mm mm Gym i toppklass i lokalen, samt flertalet samlingsrum med olika relaxinredningar för jobb eller en fika eller bara spel etc Italiensk restaurang i toppklass i direkt anslutning! P-hus i fräscht skick med hiss till alla våningar. Bara positivt inkl kaffe/te på rummet och i välstrukturerat allmänt kök vid entréplan/workspace. Jag är otroligt nöjd med allt och kommer återkomma!

We've traveled for 3 days to Helsinki and had a 3 bed room. The room is very spacious and well arranged with small kitchen and area to relax. The 2 bedrooms are seperated. Check in is very simple and self creating key carts. You've a lot off extra in the hotel, like extra kitchen, places to work, playstation area, restaurant etc.. Everything is well organized by friendly and helpful staff.

Was very easy to check in, and the room was very spacious! Enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe nearby, although we also had a kitchen if we wished to cook. The amenities and common areas were amazing, the rooftop terrace has a great view, would stay there again given the opportunity!

A wonderful Aparthotel with everything you could need. The gym was so comprehensive, parking easy for €26 a day and the rooms had everything we needed (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven and washing machine). The sauna was amazing (and hot and the spa very relaxing)! Highly recommended!

Clean, modern room and hotel. Close to the tram, pub, shop ,(to buy breakfast stuff) and restaurants. We where upgrated to level 7 with balcony, thanks. Unfortunately the lock of the balcony door was a little bit broken. It should take several days to fix it... A little bit trixi to check in nonpersonal. Would stay here again because of the location and the good standard of the hotel

A used SYRINGE tip was in our room on the floor. Our 20 month old son put it in his mouth. We don’t know if it pierced his skin. We had to take him to emergency for blood testing and will have to have blood tests for 6 months. Absolutely disgusting. Never been more disgusted or ashamed in my life.

The whole place was clean and modern. It’s very much a self service kind of hotel where you can check in and out with yourself. Great location also since the train is next to the building which is accessible to the whole city center in immediate minutes. Overall great hotel especially for someone new visiting in Helsinki. Thank you.

Excellent location, great size apartments and the common areas (lounge/rooftop terrace etc) were great. Comfortable beds. My only feedback would be the floors in the rooms needed a proper clean with a mop and some odour eliminator in the fridge may be useful!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great location - easily walkable to everything. The sauna and jacuzzi were great and a real bonus. Good WiFi.

We stayed for two nights in one of the top floor apartments. It was absolutely incredible and was so much more than we expected The apartment came with a private balcony that offered a outstanding view of Helsinki harbour area The room was wonderfully comfortable with a stove top, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, which allowed us some independence when it came to meals. There was also a washing machine and clothes aired which was so handy for us as people who a travelling for many weeks The location is incredibly central. Just a short walk to all the attractions Check-in and out was so simple - did I mention how very reasonable the price was! So good!! The experience was so terrific that we were so sad to leave - Noli has set the bar high for the remainder of our travels If you get the chance..make sure you stay here

Bed is on raised platform, two steps up and down- made me nervous going up and down at night. Bed comfortable. Great location by Market Square!

The building and room were great, the bed and bathroom were a little small for 2 people (standard studio) but it was absolutely fine for a few days. All of the facilities were very good, in and out of the room, especially considering the price. The sauna and steam area, the baggage storage lockers, the staff member on site, and the easy self check-in to name a few. Walking distance to city centre and all transport. Would absolutely recommend and stay again :)

Sengen var meget lille, og dynen var en lille dobbeltdyne, så hvis man er to voksne mennesker, skal man helst være et nyforelsket par. Derudover var vores seng placeret på en forhøjning, som vi begge formåede at falde ned fra - det var ikke i orden. Værelset ligner heller ikke 100% billederne. Jeg var lidt skuffet, da det ikke levede op til mine forventninger. Hvis I kommer før check-in starter, er der et fint område, man kan sidde i, men der er ikke mulighed for at komme til før, som på visse andre hoteller. Det skal man være obs på, så man ikke spilder tiden. Men ellers rigtig fin lokation og hyggeligt “hotel”.

Check-in wasn't smooth. It was outside their regular check-in hours so I had to check in on the tablet. For some reason the tablet asks which channel you booked through. However, my choice of channel did not work with the booking reference. After a few frustrating minutes of trying and failing to check in, I called the number on the sticker on the tablet. A lady answered the phone but then the line got disconnected. I called again. She told me to select "noli studios" on the tablet even though I did not book through Noli studios. It was the worst check in experience I've had so far. The studio was fine. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was quite small and didn’t comfortably fit 2 (small) people. There were no electricity outlets next to the bed. There was an extension box on the radiator near the foot end of the bed. I strongly recommend installing some electricity outlets next to the head end of the bed.

This was a beautiful place. The apartment had a washer and almost a full kitchen (no microwave) but there was a shared kitchen if one needed one so no problem :) bed was comfy and clean. My only complaint would be TVs arent standard in every room tho you could rent one. Great area very safe! Would def stay here again! Oh and the rooftop terrace was too notch!

Rummet var rent, funktionellt och trivsamt, förutom avsatsen upp till sängen. En väntade olycka. Personalen svarade snabbt på mail och kom upp direkt med en spjälsäng. Ett minus var den automatiska incheckningen som var alldeles för krånglig och tog väldigt lång tid. Frukosten på det andra hotellet var helt ok även om den inte var traditionell utan colombiansk. Spaet var väldigt trevligt!

Our overall stay at Noli was excellent. Check-in was seamless. The room was clean and modern, amenities were on-point for a short-term vacation stay, breakfast at the nearby restaurant was great, location was close to the city, and most importantly for us is that we get to store our luggage safely and conveniently at no cost while killing time before our flight out of Helsinki.

Great location with modern facilities that caters for everyone. The tram stop is located just a short minute walk from the studios and the port and loads of attractions are only a short walk away! You won't be disappointed!!

Top-Lage für eine Reise nach Helsinki. Gleich um die Ecke hält die Straßenbahn. Innenstadt, Universität und Bahnhof sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumige Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit. 2 Minuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Gerne wieder :-)

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, nur rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Sauna, das moderne Fitnessstudio und die praktischen Coworking-Spaces – perfekt, wenn man unterwegs arbeiten möchte. Das Frühstück war okay, könnte aber etwas vielfältiger sein. Insgesamt dennoch ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

Ikke andet end en stor anbefaling herfra. Hotellet var pænt, rent og vi havde alt det, vi skulle bruge i vores studio. Beliggenheden var i top, hvor vi kunne gå til havnen og markedspladsen. Morgenmaden var et frisk pust til det ellers almindelige hotelmad.

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo. Bairro muito charmoso, assim como o prédio. Muito limpo, decoração bonita, ótimas amenidades. O meu quarto era muito espaçoso e tinha uma vista linda para o mar. Fiquei muito satisfeita mesmo. A única observação que tenho é quanto ao café da manhã. É importante avisar que só tem uma opção. Quem nao gosta de comida mexicana fica sem opções. O pessoal é muito gentil, mas no sábado foi muito demorado .

Die Unterkunft ist gut und sauber, allerdings gibt es kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft, sondern man erhält Gutscheine für ein nahegelegenes Café. Dort hat man nocht viel Auswahl. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig.

Alles in allem tolle Unterkunft: zentral, sauber, und mit Sauna und Gaming-Room auch etwas für den Nachwuchs. Lediglich die Frühstücksmöglichkeit in dem südamerikanischen Café konnte aufgrund des merkwürdigen Speiseangebots nicht so ganz überzeugen.

One of the best hotels we’ve (2 people) been to! Stayed there 3 nights and loved the studio, gym, rooftop terrace and the bikes (Pelago) that we could use for free. Only the breakfast was a dissapointment (too much heavy food and too few ”fresh” and lighter food, also a small variation of everything) we wouldn’t buy it again. There’s a quality kitchen in the studio, so easy to cook and store food there.
