Both the hotel and room were clean. It is a modern hotel with an OK breakfast. For business travelers, it should be perfect. What significantly lowered my rating was that the AC in my room did not work and based on previous reviews, this is either a recurring issue or something that has never been fixed. I contacted the reception who claimed that a technician would come the next day and that all rooms were affected. This was a lie, as two colleagues who were also staying at the hotel had fully functioning AC in their rooms. Worst night of my business life due to the insane heat in the room.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The only minus from all the stay was, the bistro only had 2 types of pizzas available from all the menu. Which was frustrating... the rest was fantastic.
