BiBo Suites Gran Vía

Check-in was confusing. We arrived to the address listed in the booking, only to find out that our room was in a different building a few blocks away. Further, we didn’t receive the building code or room code after completing our online check-in, so had to call the reception desk multiple times to access our room. Once we got in, the room was very clean and comfortable but we were surprised that it was an apartment rather than a hotel room with its own reception area.

Our stay with Bibo Suites couldn't have been nicer. The people were warm and welcoming. There was a misunderstanding on our part about the availability of cutlery items. We misinterpreted the labeling. When the issue was addressed via text/email, the staff was quick to make SURE that we had what we needed. Our location was right next to the cathedral. It was PERFECT for us so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Bibo Suites!

We were right in the centre of the city so occasionally it was noisy at night but we had a ringside seat for a couple of marches and if there was a festival on it would be amazing. Publuc transport and taxis are nearby, plentiful and cheap. You are close to great dining options, bars, markets and attractions. If you like walking you could wander all day but are close enough to pop back to the flat for a siesta. If, like me, you have limited mobility, the lift, the closeness to major sites and availability of transport options make this a really accessible city. There was great communication with the management team and we had a wee visit from Marta to top up supplies of coffee capsules. Every message was responded to quickly and helpfully. Marta at reception was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, properly air condition, and had a balcony. It was an unexpected surprise.
