Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Man kann sogar einen Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten. Was ich nicht verstanden habe, war Check-in-Zeit. Wir hatten Glück, dass jemand noch am Schalter war und uns gesehen hat, obwohl die Eingangstür schon gesperrt war. Anscheinend sollte ich alles für Self-Check-in per WhatsApp bekommen haben, aber ich hatte nichrs bekommen.

The view here is unbeatable and we really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so convenient to order breakfast at the cafe downstairs and have it brought to us on the patio or their beautiful dining area. Some things we wished were different—we were here in mid August and it was so hot and there is no AC. I read another review that someone asked for a fan so we didn’t do that until the third night. Since we had to open the windows for any air flow, a lot of bugs flew in. It was a bit loud due to the open windows, we were on the street side and sometimes you can hear people walking by and talking loudly. It seemed like whoever was staying above us were chatting on their balcony til late in the night. We would probably stay again but wished we had asked for a fan sooner but if they had AC, it would make a world of difference since we could then close windows and not be woken by the outside noise.

I was disappointed in this hotel. The staff was grumpy and forgot a couple of requests. I booked 3 days, but the room very hot without air conditioning even with the windows open. It was very small and loud so I ended up changing hotels midway through my stay. For some, if you need an inexpensive option for a night, this might be fine, but I wasn't really impressed personally.

I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it was delicious since I was thirsty. There is also a bottle of filtered drinking water in the room. Moreover, there is a shared kettle and espresso machine in the hallway. It is nice to be able to drink coffee or tea freely. The room is spacious and the bed is large. There is also a shared terrace where you can eat and drink what you bring with you. The rooms are not air-conditioned, so it is a little difficult to sleep on hot days. If you sleep with the windows open, insects will enter the room, and security is also a concern. However, enjoying the inconveniences of travel should also be part of the experience. As for the daytime, opening the windows allows a breeze to come in, keeping the room cool. The large windows that can open are a pleasant feature. One disappointment regarding room cleaning was that the drain in the shower room was not adequately cleaned, so the next day the water drain was clogged and the water did not drain. At checkout, they gave us bottles of drink water. Overall, it was a hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly and kind staff. The front desk staff were approachable.

We stayed four nights here and loved every minute. It is a short walk downhill from the train station, located just off the main street of the town, so it's lovely and quiet. It's close to Migros and Coop as well as restaurants. We were warmly welcomed upon check in, our room was ready early, but we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy our complimentary local wine. The rooms are well appointed, no air con though, and a coffee maker, kettle and bar fridge are on each floor for your use. The rear of the hotel has spectacular views to Lake Thun and the castle. Breakfast is amazing: Berry smoothie or apple juice, yoghurt with fresh fruit, granola and mixed berries, lovely fresh breads or croissants with jamon and a different cheese each day, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The snacks and lunch menus are quite innovative too. It is truly a delightful place and the staff is amazing. Very highly recommended.

The hotel itself was excellent. It gave us amazing scenary from the hotel, within walking distance to the lake. The only but big problem was when checking in. I arrived shortly after 6pm, and the reception, entrance door was closed. The note at the door sent they have sent a password to me by email, to unlock the entrance door. However, I have not received it and needed to call the number indicated in the note to get a guidance on how to unlock. It was stressful and as I am from outside EU, it cost me not a cheap amount as it was an international telephone call.

There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean.

This was a very lovely, clean and safe hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The cafe and meals were delicious. The view was breathtaking. The hotel was close to the train station, restaurants, shops, and not far from the bay where you could take boat rides. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a nice time in Spiez. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. We did have a few issues: on checkin we were told we could decide in the morning about opting in to the hotel guest breakfast package or ordering a la carte, but in the morning we were told that was not an option. We had no soap in either shower even after asking. There were no dark curtains or shades so the rooms were incredible bright very early. One of the beds didn’t have pillows or duvet but we worked it out by moving them from another bed. We had an issue with a bathroom door that didn’t work properly and had a key so my son got locked in for a bit which was unsettling but he figured it out. Overall the staff did not make us feel valued or important, but we appreciated the space and the location.

Great location for the property with the train station connecting to Interlaken, Bern and Thun. The town of Spiez is incredibly beautiful too. Ferry port just a few minutes walk away as well with a picturesque cruise over lake Thun. As for the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with advice on sights to experience in the area. Very nice clean rooms too, also love that the bottles of water at the end of the hall was free to people staying. Price for this time of year considering the location was reasonable too, I would definitely recommend to anybody think to stay here

Very nice design boutique hotel with nice breakfast, walking distance to the train station. My only dislike is the sound proofing as the customer above my floor was walking about all the way till 1am and again by 7am. Because of the wooden flooring one can hear the aound clearly. Should carpet it to reduce the sound.

Hotel La Belle Vue is so lovely. The service I have received from Andrea and Lucia has been outstanding! I also received information about hikes in the area from Noa, which has been very helpful. I had lunch in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Everyone is very attentive, and I can’t say enough about the entire staff: Andra, Lucia, Noa n Jon make it a very welcoming atmosphere.

The lady working there was very busy, but still very welcoming and friendly, she gave me a free drink on arrival and offered me a bottle of water on departure, and the room was cosy and comfortable. And the view from the balcony really was incredible - they're not lying when they say they have the best view in Spiez!

La Bellevue is such a lovely hotel. I arrived yesterday and was warmly greeted by Lucia and Andrea. They both were extremely helpful, and their customer service is truly outstanding. Andrea made dinner reservations for me, and the food was amazing. The view from the hotel is lovely, and they have a rooftop bar. Lucia brought me a welcome drink. I am so happy at this lovely hotel.

I was disappointed in this hotel. The staff was grumpy and forgot a couple of requests. I booked 3 days, but the room very hot without air conditioning even with the windows open. It was very small and loud so I ended up changing hotels midway through my stay. For some, if you need an inexpensive option for a night, this might be fine, but I wasn't really impressed personally.

We stayed four nights here and loved every minute. It is a short walk downhill from the train station, located just off the main street of the town, so it's lovely and quiet. It's close to Migros and Coop as well as restaurants. We were warmly welcomed upon check in, our room was ready early, but we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy our complimentary local wine. The rooms are well appointed, no air con though, and a coffee maker, kettle and bar fridge are on each floor for your use. The rear of the hotel has spectacular views to Lake Thun and the castle. Breakfast is amazing: Berry smoothie or apple juice, yoghurt with fresh fruit, granola and mixed berries, lovely fresh breads or croissants with jamon and a different cheese each day, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The hotel itself was excellent. It gave us amazing scenary from the hotel, within walking distance to the lake. The only but big problem was when checking in. I arrived shortly after 6pm, and the reception, entrance door was closed. The note at the door sent they have sent a password to me by email, to unlock the entrance door. However, I have not received it and needed to call the number indicated in the note to get a guidance on how to unlock. It was stressful and as I am from outside EU, it cost me not a cheap amount as it was an international telephone call.

Great location for the property with the train station connecting to Interlaken, Bern and Thun. The town of Spiez is incredibly beautiful too. Ferry port just a few minutes walk away as well with a picturesque cruise over lake Thun. As for the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, with advice on sights to experience in the area. Very nice clean rooms too, also love that the bottles of water at the end of the hall was free to people staying. Price for this time of year considering the location was reasonable too, I would definitely recommend to anybody think to stay here

Great location, around lots to do in walking distance. The room and hotel was very cute, however, this could have been a better experience. There was an annual festival happening the night we stayed and the hotel didn't bother to inform us until the day of. I confirmed parking when booking 3 months prior, but when we arrived, there was no direct parking due to the festival. It was also very loud until almost 2am and we didn't get much sleep. This could have been handled better and a heads up or some ear plugs would have been nice.

Wir hätten uns mehr Fleisch, Milchprodukte, Eier und Gemüse gewünscht. Davon gab es nur Spuren. Das Frühstück basiert auf einem Brotkorb und Müesli. Mag den Geschmack von manchen treffen. Für uns war es etwas enttäuschend.
