La télé ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avions toujours les mêmes paroles lorsqu'on changeait les chaines. Le problème a été résolu...on nous a changé de chambre. Au petit déjeuner à 7h30, il n’y avait plus de viennoiseries, pas de multifruit...meme apres reclamation. Manque de bol a café... Ce n’est pas du niveau d’un ibis. Le soir pas de restaurant un vendredi. Ca laisse a désirer

Leider war zum Check-In noch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer gemacht und mein Freund und ich mussten noch über eine Dreiviertelstunde warten bis wir ins Hotelzimmer konnten. Auf den Duschtüchern habe ich leider nach dem Benutzen erst Dreckflecken entdeckt. Das Frühstück war ganz nett - do h wer bestimmte Sachen nicht essen konnte oder nicht mochte, hatte nur eine sehr kleine begrenzte Auswahl an Essen. Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass auf der Hotelseite mehrere Sprachen angegeben worden sind aber der Service sich fast nur auf Französisch mit uns unterhalten konnte. Englischkenntnisse waren eher dürftig und Deutsch konnte wohl keiner Servicekräfte sprechen, obwohl das angegeben war. Das hat den Check-In und Check-Out sowie Fragen zu bestimmten Sachen sehr erschwert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig (Tram). Das Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, was grundsätzlich okay ist. Es gab ausschliesslich französische TV-Sender, keine englischen o.a. Große Rostflecken an der Badewanne und Flecken auf dem Bettbezug gehen überhaupt nicht.

Très bon accueil, les personnels sont super agréable et serviable. Par contre, déçu de l’état des chambres, lavabo bouché dans la première chambre et mauvaise odeur. On nous a changé de chambre pour une chambre qui n’existe pas !!! Et ensuite une vrai troisième chambre mais prise électrique cassée, plinthe qui tombe… et tout ça pour la modique somme de 168 euros sans petit dej ! Heureusement que les salariés relèvent le niveau, les patrons peuvent les remercier !!

La chambre était poussiéreuse, ils ont oublié de passer l’aspirateur. De plus j’ai trouvé des insectes et avec cette température, négative, impossible de régler le chauffage. Bref, on attend pas une prestation d’un 5 étoiles mais un minimum tout de même.

It was advertised that the rooms would have tea/coffee making and free bottled water in the rooms, and there was nothing. When I complained I was told that they were unaware this was advertised. I was offered tap water and a tea from the bar just that night. The rooms were also cold. The heating is capped at 22 degrees and turns itself off at night, but at the same time there was only a medium duvet on the bed and no extra blankets in the room. It was very cold out that weekend and we were cold. I ended up using my coat as an extra blanket! There was no phone in the room to contact reception. This hotel is advertised as a 3 stars but it’s more like a hostel!

We stayed for 2 nights and the AC did not work while outside temperature was >34 degrees celsius. Because we were staying on the ground floor we did not want to sleep with the window open. Avoid room 4. On the 2nd day the staff kindly proposed to relocate us but only if we could pack before 12, which was not possible for us because we had workshops to attend so we stayed in our hot room. On sunday at 9.45am there was barely anything left for breakfast while it closes at 10am, the reason was "the hotel is full".... you knew the hotel was full why did you not plan accordingly ? Not ok to leave us hungry (and angry). It s an industrial area and there is no decent food options. Deliveries are your best option. Positive: the rooms were clean and practical. 5min walk to tram and dance center. Staff was kind but often not helpful (although im not sure what was in their responsibility vs not, like the lack of food)

It is a good budget hotel in terms of comfort, breakfast is decent and wifi worked well. But it has a major flaw- sound insulation is non-existent. There was noise on the floor till 2 am the night we stayed there. Also while there is AC it is controlled centrally, for example it did not turn on all night when we were there.

Simply motel, relatively clean, but not well thought out in terms of the room: odd lighting, no proper shower curtain or door, so easy to wet the floor. Not particularly comfortable bed. Couldn’t change the temperature in what was quite a hot room. There was also only one member of staff on duty; poor guy had to serve and make food and drinks, while checking everyone in. He was running around like crazy, working very hard. Maybe they had a second member off sick, but it was a lot to ask if this poor chap.

The room had a good size and it was clean and very proper but it was a cold day and the thermostat would not go above 22 doesn’t matter what I’d set. There’s no intercom in the room so I had to go downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk and I’ve learned this is a known problem. They gave me a portable heater but I hope they address that problem soon. Location is good if your intent is staying close to the airport, as you can easily move to the city and to the airport from there. Returning to the hotel at night by bus seemed a bit sketchy if you’re a lady traveling alone as the streets leading to the hotel are not illuminated, but overall felt safe.

Leider war zum Check-In noch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer gemacht und mein Freund und ich mussten noch über eine Dreiviertelstunde warten bis wir ins Hotelzimmer konnten. Auf den Duschtüchern habe ich leider nach dem Benutzen erst Dreckflecken entdeckt. Das Frühstück war ganz nett - do h wer bestimmte Sachen nicht essen konnte oder nicht mochte, hatte nur eine sehr kleine begrenzte Auswahl an Essen. Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass auf der Hotelseite mehrere Sprachen angegeben worden sind aber der Service sich fast nur auf Französisch mit uns unterhalten konnte. Englischkenntnisse waren eher dürftig und Deutsch konnte wohl keiner Servicekräfte sprechen, obwohl das angegeben war. Das hat den Check-In und Check-Out sowie Fragen zu bestimmten Sachen sehr erschwert.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous avions toujours les mêmes paroles lorsqu'on changeait les chaines. Le problème a été résolu...on nous a changé de chambre. Au petit déjeuner à 7h30, il n’y avait plus de viennoiseries, pas de multifruit...meme apres reclamation. Manque de bol a café... Ce n’est pas du niveau d’un ibis. Le soir pas de restaurant un vendredi. Ca laisse a désirer

Overall bad experience. Unhelpful personal. No service. Tried to change us double price of the room to have our three year old sleep in the bed with us. Ants all over the room. Noice from street car race. Overall creapy area and to top it up a horrible breakfast experience with almost everything being out an hour before breakfast was over. And “scrample egg soup” etc. Would not reccomend unless last resort.

It was advertised that the rooms would have tea/coffee making and free bottled water in the rooms, and there was nothing. When I complained I was told that they were unaware this was advertised. I was offered tap water and a tea from the bar just that night. The rooms were also cold. The heating is capped at 22 degrees and turns itself off at night, but at the same time there was only a medium duvet on the bed and no extra blankets in the room. It was very cold out that weekend and we were cold. I ended up using my coat as an extra blanket! There was no phone in the room to contact reception. This hotel is advertised as a 3 stars but it’s more like a hostel!
