We booked this hotel specifically because itvhad a restaurant and bar. They were both closed during our stay. The other reason we chose this hotel was for air conditioning, it barely cooled the room at all it was very hot. We would not recommend.

An der Reception erschien erst nach 2mal klingel jemand, die Dachterasse gehört zu den oberen Zimmern und ist für andere Gäste nicht zugänglich, neben dem Eingang - etwas versteckt - hängt die Tapete herunter. Beim Auschecken wurden wir hingegen sehr freundlich empfangen, die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle ist sehr gut und die Parkplätze sind kostenlos.

Bin nicht das erste Mal hier. Ich habe dieses Hotel den anderen günstigen Hotelketten vorgezogen, weil ich das Restaurant schätzte. Habe abends gerne noch etwas gegessen ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Im Moment hat das Restaurant leider geschlossen. Hoffe die finden eine Lösung.

Uncomfortable pillows and bed. We stayed 4 nights, they didn’t change the bedsheet and the towels. Lack of cleaning service, no cooling.

Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible given language barrier. Very clean property. Breakfast was reasonable price but the food and coffee are not replenished so if you arrive toward the end of the service time, you only get what is left, which was not much. The best feature is the river that is within walking distance. Very nice ... otherwise, not a tourist area. VERY close to bus stop. Again, language barrier was an issue but the driver was friendly and kind. There is a coffee shop just beyond the bus kiosk and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Hotellet er slidt og kortet til værelsesdøren virkede ikke, så vi skulle ned i receptionen igen. Der var en gennemtrængende lugt af røg på hele hotellet. Som om det sad fast i vægge og gulve og kom ud af aircondition. Vi kommer desværre ikke igen.

We stayed here one night for a long layover. Only thing I will say it is it not soundproof. You can literally hear people using the restrooms. We were only here for a night and it served it’s purpose. The staff was amazing and they made our stay!

The room was really hot so I asked the front desk if it was broken. He came up and looked at it and said that the government wouldn’t let guests cool the room more than 10° less than the outside temperature. Fine. We set it as low as it would go thinking it would keep up with falling temperatures during the night. We woke up in the morning after being hot and uncomfortable all night and walked outside to a cool morning. What he said may be true but things didn’t work that way for us during the night. He left us feeling as though we shouldn’t be asking for such things. As though we are spoiled Americans. I feel like what we were asking for was nothing unusual and would have been a no brainer in most civilized countries around the world. Climate control is not new technology. I don’t think the A/C was working the way it was supposed to work and I don’t think he really cared.

It’s a good place to stay specially if you’re traveling with family only thing that’s holding me from giving a five star review is the air-conditioning. It’s just not good as it should be and they keep making an excuse that governmental requirement with the temperature in the room cannot be below than 3° of outside, I hope they can get their AC fixed or provide an alternative such as fan besides that it’s a very good place to stay

My main concern is the room: carpet not hygienic and bed quilt made from down. My wife is asthmatic and she didn't appreciate the hotel at all. Add the fact that at checkout the man wanted to make me pay again my (pre-paid) reservation, I would not go back to this hotel.
