I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with the only exception being the parking arrangement. If the management could improve the parking situation, making it more convenient and easier to access, I would have given an excellent rating. We loved the property & location but our very first interaction with the front desk was TERRIBLE. We had a high roof cargo van and did not realize that there was NO parking for us (it’s all parking garage and we were too tall). She tried to charge us DOUBLE ($50/day) for an unofficial parking spot. It was where people unload right in front of the hotel. I booked it about 2 hours earlier and when we found out about the parking we asked for a cancellation. They refused to refund us and told us that would take a nights stay (about $200!!). THANKFULLY springhill suites saved us with parking! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPRINGHILL SUITES!!! AMAZING STAFF AND GREAT ACCOMADATIONS!

We had a great experience here! quiet and peaceful area but close to the action! Easy to get to Truist park, so close to lenox square! we traveled with two small dogs and had plenty of areas to walk around with them. pool area was clean and the water wasn’t freezing. small kitchen area in the room was very helpful as well. We will be staying here again very soon!

Loved our stay. Deducted a star due to HVAC. There was NO way to shut off the blast coming from the vent. Even when we turned off the heat or AC, air would still blow. It was loud & annoying as it faced the bed so it blew in my face all night. I also couldn’t give 5 stars as the bedding was wrinkled. Clean but not pressed. In hindsight I got concerned that it wasn’t changed. Looked clean tho. All else was great. The rooms are soundproof!! Room layout was great. Room had everything we needed. Like a little studio apt. Chairs & bed super comfortable. Lighting perfect. Blackout shades perfect. Gym, perfect. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Bright and airy spaces. For the price point, it’s a gem. Clean, smells good and feels good. Very well maintained spaces. Breakfast area is perfect. Omelet w/avocado, greek yogurt & fresh berries made me happy. All included. Great coffee too. The lady who made our omelets was super sweet. Nice little bar/bar food with an outside seating area too. Great for warmer weather. Piedmont is very busy road so we were happy our room wasn’t street facing. Check in staff and bar staff were very pleasant. Checkout staff should learn to ask guests about their stay and say thank you. Additionally, general staff needs to be more hospitable during random encounters. Only person who was such was an obvious manager. General staff should do the same vs sour faces. Tacos, CVS, markets & sauna in walking distance. Will be back for sure. Element for the win.

Stay clear of this hotel! The room is ok (the mini fridge in my room leaked and no one fixed it) and the surrounding area is nice, but the management is awful. The female concierge was disrespectful to me and my friend who was trying to pay for parking but told her to go away because she was busy. My friend was confused and try to pay anyway and the concierge snatched the ticket, scanned it, gave it back, and told her there I helped you now you can leave. We were confused and tried to ask her what the issue was but she got visibly frustrated and rushed us out by saying “omg I’m really busy, can you leave?”. I told my friend forget it and to just leave. As we were walking out she kept yelling bye! Later, I talked to another worker about her behavior and the person summed it up by saying “she’s usually not like this, she’s just having an off day, I’m sure you’ve had those before”. I say again to everyone, don’t stay here!

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staffs. They were not only rude but also displayed behavior that felt discriminatory. One staff member was looking at their phone and completely ignored me while I was speaking. This lack of basic courtesy and respect is unacceptable. The place is nice and comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay was very good! We rested well and enjoyed all of the things we came to see which were close to this location. The Element location in Buckhead, Georgia had a very nice staff. One in particular was R.J. He was friendly and very helpful during our 2 night stay. We would recommend and stay again.

The Element in Buckhead offers an incredible stay. The hotel feels brand new. The rooms are beautifully appointed, but nothing ostentatious. The staff is friendly and responsive—especially RJ, who made us feel welcome and valuable patrons. Oh! And the elevators appear to be new—even they made a great impression!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Element Atlanta. The hotel was clean, the neighbourhood was clean and quiet. The breakfast was tasty too (lots of options available). The hotel was near the mall (Lenox Mall) which is really nice (the mall is pretty big and has a lot of stores).

My room was not very clean. The bathroom floor and the entrance floor was absolutely disgusting. Went to the pool with my daughter and the water was so dingy and nasty looking. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned or kept up with. Breakfast the next day was just not a good experience. There was mold in the berries at the yogurt station, and the lady that was making the omelettes was not friendly at all. She was friendly to all the regulars that was in there, but when it came to my daughter and myself, she was just not friendly at all. Also, don’t forget to bring your parking slip in with you because if you don’t, you’ll have to walk all the way out to your car with all your stuff and then come back with it just to be able to get your car out of the parking garage. Wish I would’ve been informed of this beforehand. Not sure I’ll stay here again.

Everything was perfect, however the kitchen staff could not get foot out fast enough in the mornings and continued to run out of all the items on the hot bar. They would ask everyone to be patient as they prepared more food; so many people with children had to wait on hot food.

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but I was disappointed with my experience with the breakfast. I tried to order an egg dish at 9:25 and was told I couldn’t get it because 5 people were ahead of me and she closed at 9:30. I then tried to get cereal muffin or juice but the staff was putting everything away. I should have come down earlier but wasn’t informed of the schedule
