We stayed for 2 nights, the beds were clean comfortable and the TV had many streaming and live options. Breakfast was good so was Sangria happy hour on Friday evening. There was even a washer and dryer if needed. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Best hurricane evacuation hotel, my go to stop every hurricane. Very pet friendly which is great and everyone that had dogs, there were lots, all the dogs were well behaved. Last year they waived the pet fee for evacuating, this year they didn’t, but they instead had an awesome spread of food in the lobby during the day. They were well staffed and the Hilton app makes check in and out so easy, I will return with my dogs next time I have evacuations. Thanks

Although I am happy to know that Hilton hotels are pet friendly, the smell of urine in the carpet was hard to ignore. Replacing it with tile or another hard surface would be very helpful. The housekeeping staff are doing the best that they can.

I had a room that had a connecting door to another room. On the door hinges there were nails popping outward. I came out the bathroom & got scratched really bad on my arm. I'm glad it was me and not one of my children's arm or an eye. Spoke to the front desk and they removed the nails immediately but a night on them or a gift would've been nice for the pain.

A major plus is that hot coffee was always available. The staff was very courteous and the check-in process was smooth. I lived in Florida for 10 years prior to visiting and there was a "wet" odor in the room that was reminiscent of my daily bath towel when I was a resident. Maybe that\'s just the smell of Florida. I would stay again.

Entire staff was friendly. The welcome treats everyday at 4pm was nice especially the warm cookies. But with the allergies I have I specifically requested a pet free room twice by phone and upon check-in, which they said they had, my room smelled of dirty dog on the mattress, both upholsteted chairs and probably the carpet too. For that reason, I will NOT go there again.

This was an unexpectedly great stay! My first time at this property, but would definitely come back. The rooms (although there was no view, except the parking lot or..the parking lot) were quiet with comfortable beds. And for those of us that work, great wifi. The staff were really helpful with requests big and small. And a good hot breakfast, starting at 6 am, so you can eat before that early zoom meeting…

There is nothing except the pool to look at other than the parking lot. The view from the window at the Holiday Inn Express down the street is beautiful and so serene just to sit out there. Hampton Inn should make it similar.

The fire alarm was beeping and the battery was replaced but it most of been an used battery because the alarm went off again around 4 am and never stopped. When I checked out in the morning I told the attendant and all she said was I'm sorry.

The staff was very attentive. Crystal checked in on us after we got into our room to be sure it was comfortable and if we have any questions. Also, my brother requested to get a cup of milk to go with an item he bought there at the snack area at the hotel and the host was really helpful in getting this item for him. It was very nice to do. Also the breakfasts were great and a lot of choices!
