Well located in small town of Pine Bush with shops, eateries close by. There were wild deer grazing in the Hotel grounds when I visited. Small Hotel with all the facilities expected and has an elivator to the first floor. Very clean, friendly staff, and continental breakfast good quality. Very comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and a must see for all Jehovah’s Witnesses visiting the Watchtower offices in Warwick, Wallkill, and Patterson. Even includes a store to purchase a variety of tools for kingdom evangelizers!

Each room has a good sized half-height fridge and microwave. There is a Hannaford full grocery store that is walkable across the street (on a side street) If you need it there are coin operated washers/dryers. A small coffee kiosk is available. There are no hot options for the breakfast but it is do-able and a diner across the street if you really want a big breakfast. I'm a regular, highly recommend! (rooms have been updated but no USB outlets bring a charger)

This was a very accessible and clean little place. Great quiet location, but close to restaurants snd other local attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice little pool and patio areas, ample parking. Will stay again!

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Very close to great dining eg Classic diner and Pine Bush Chinese . It’s positioned in a lovely area and has a very nice outdoor seating area where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun sets . I removed one star as the air conditioner in our room was very noisy with a musty smell but everything else was perfect .

This was a very nice, clean place to stay. The staff were amazing. Extra towels/blankets in the room. Plenty of parking. We had a short stay for business but if in the area again I would definitely book a stay with them.

All areas were very clean and well kept, our room , front lobby , gift store and hallways. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. I had a hot waffle with a boiled egg and my husband cold cereal. The coffee was great. We traveled for a wedding just a few miles from the hotel. I would stay there again. Only thing I didn't care for was a 4 pm check in as that is the latest I've ever booked.

I can not explain how amazing this hotel was. It isn’t anything to big or extravagant but it’s so cute and cozy and actually cozy cause those sheets where amazing and the cleanest I’ve ever slept in. I loved the cleaners of this room and the location couldn’t be any better. So amazing I loved it. Would choose to stay there every time.

The staff were very sweet, pleasant to talk to and honest. I left a charging port adapter behind and they called me immediately to let me know. Rooms were very clean and well kept up. The AC unit left a musty smell, but once turned off and the windows was opened, it quickly left the room fresh.

Stayed in the Harvest Inn for 2 nights. Room was clean and smelled good when we arrived. There was no noise and staff was nice. The only draw back for me was the $200 deposit other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Others were not professional or courteous, if a guest has questions about the hotel & you dont know the answer I dont know is not sufficient. It would be best to offer to find out & assist your guests. The rooms were neat & clean, that staff did a wonderful job.

I ended up not staying here. There was an emergency. I planned to take my friend away for a nice getaway weekend as she lost her fiance a week and a few days before their wedding day. I wanted to do something kind for her and take her mind off of it. This looked like a nice choice! Unfortunately, we were unable to make it up as she is an au pair for a 2 year old whose parents had an emergency and did not come home as planned. The only time when I was able to call was at 11:30PM on Friday 8/18, the day of the 1st night we booked. I spoke with Dominique who informed me that we may be charged the 1st nights stay as it's their policy. She asked if we were still coming, I explained, no we cannot make it. After speaking to the manager she confirmed that, no we cannot waive the no show policy they have. I accepted it. She said it would be $179.87. Fine. I look in my account to see the 2 nights stay charge $359.74 PLUS the refunded amount $179.87. That's $539.61. I was told I could speak to the manager, called & he was out. I was told he would be in in an hour, received a call again from Sonya, he was not in. I reached out to several representatives on hotel.com to ask them to reach out and was told I'd get an email about status, no email. I had to drive to Chase Bank in the middle of a work day for proof of transactions, never speaking to the manager, not receiving status updates through email and dealing with an unkind representative. I will never recommend this hotel.

Very clean and cute accommodations in the area. If you’re visiting Watchtower properties, it’s an ideal location. Only about 20 minutes to Warwick and about an hour to Patterson and Wallkill. The only downside is there’s not much in the way of dining in the area.

Getting locked out at 6:45 am because I forgot my key. Breakfast/coffee not starting until 7 is a joke, and it’s really bad as well. A complimentary bottle of water for each guest would be appreciated.

It was nice and clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the outside because of our schedule. The only thing we weren't too pleased with was breakfast. Even though it was continental, there just wasn't enough choices.
