One of the two dryers was out of order. Elevator was slow and needs care.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful, only thing I wish there was a pool.

My room was large, clean, and quiet. I was very comfortable during my stay! I also appreciated the well lit parking lot and location right next to an outdoor shopping mall and Wegman’s.

Clean. Attractive. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Quiet. Bathroom was small, but functional. Only complaint, their was no ahower gel in the shower, so i had to get out and take the bar soap off the counter. Small inconvenience. Thanks for using pumps instead of tiny plastic bottles.

Trey, the night staff, was super friendly and helped us check-in quickly. Our room was clean and comfy. There were a pair of washer and dryer on 4th floor accross from the elevator, which were super convenient since we were doing a road trip and running low on clean clothes.

The water new got hot in the shower just warm. They need more front desk staff. Gym was nice.

Coffee was okay (the packets in the room were better than the stuff in the lobby). They do have a workout room with 3 cardio machines, very little else as far as weights. Nice outdoor sitting area by a fireplace. Staff was friendly. Close to grocery store and countless places to eat. Overall good value for the money.

Seemed nice until we got into our room and the bathroom door had a huge hole from somebody punched it. Room #217, complained about it and they did not offer another room. Next morning we found out about 10 cars were broken into. Hotel has no security or security cameras.

Dog friendly hotel. Love that is walkable to the shopping center next to the hotel. We recommend it for other guests. Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Room was filthy Bail movement on toilet washcloth has pubic hair tub, and shower had hair everywhere. Carpet was dirty pieces of paper bad smell. It was terrible.

Extremely clean, quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff. Why stay anywhere else?

The staff were very courteous and pleasant. Although the room was very clean, the carpet needs to be steam-cleaned.

I stay here frequently but this time I was very disappointed. I found dirty underwear in the room by the window seat and the towels and wash clothes had pubic hairs in them. This was very concerning to me because I really thought this hotel was a clean space…

Very clean rooms and exceptional staff

I would give negative stars if I could. This property has BEDBUGS!!! The property looks clean and new from a distance, but I tell you it is not clean. The location is nice right next to a large shopping area. But BEDBUGS and dirty tubs is unacceptable!

Sheets had mysterious spots on them. Have to go to the front desk to get a change of sheets.

Never again. What a dump! There were holes in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom and the place was in much need of a renovation.

Our stay at Microtel was everything we needed. The building is new so everything is crisp and clean - not papered over renovation but just new. The room was comfortable with what we needed - in room coffee, microwave, fridge. It was the kind of clean where it felt good to walk around barefoot in the room - not always the case everywhere. We were also traveling with our dog and that was taken in stride NBD. One of the breakfast staff even went out of her way to greet him and make friends. Overall could not have asked for more from a value priced hotel.

I did like the cleanliness of the property. I did not like that the desk in the room was right under the TV.

Room needs more light. Hard to read a book because only light between beds wasn’t very bright.

Loved staying here. We were in a king suite and it was very spacious. The hotel was very clean and service from desk staff and housekeeping was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was super small, hard to get around. Just one desk chair to sit in. Breakfast bagels seemed very stale. Our room was next to the lobby and the lobby tv was going all night, and was annoyingly loud. People (staff?) could be heard at 2 in the morning being very loud.

The mattress was too soft for my husband. He didn't sleep well, so we had to cut short our stay in the Odenton area. The whole purpose of the trip was so we could visit family which we weren't able to do.

Everything about our stay was pretty typical. The location is pretty good with a couple close by stores and restaurants. The room was incredibly hot and humid. We turned the thermostat to 65 when we got there and it never got close to cold.

A room key to my room was giving to someone else ! So not cool

Our king suite was very spacious and clean upon arrival. The bed and bedding were comfortable and of high quality. All of the staff is excellent, from front desk to continental breakfast service to housekeeping. Bring back the Bob Evans microwaveable breakfast sandwich please!

No one was at the front desk to check me on at 8:30 pm. He was across the street getting dinner! And when I called the manager he didn’t think that was a problem. Otherwise the room was pretty good. Although if you need to work the desk was directly below the TV with no task light. The room and lobby were very clean. Breakfast was very sparse.

One of the worst staff experiences ever at any hotel I’ve been at. I was checked in for a two day stay. When I get there, received my keys and went to my room. Neither key card worked in opening the door. I go back downstairs to let the person at the front desk know. She does what she needs to and the keys worked. The next night at 3am, someone attempts to enter the room I was given. IRATE… I call downstairs asking the front desk how this is possible and in doing so I receive someone with a very nasty attitude. Before the call ends I asked for the managers name, I’m told it’s Diana and I get hung up on. Completely unprofessional! So I kindly made my way downstairs to see why I’m the one getting hung up on and why I’m the one getting an attitude since some tried to come in my too at 3am. The attitude continued and she even threatened to call the cops on ME because she didn’t like the questions I was asking her. I give her my name and in the system I was listed as a no show. How is that possible if I checked in Friday evening? I go back to the room and the keys were deactivated so I had to go down there again. She then activated the keys but as im approaching the desk she talking about the situation with another guest. Again, completely unprofessional! I will in no way shape or form be staying at or recommending this hotel to ANYONE!

Elijah, the desk clerk, went above and beyond to help me find MARC schedules. He made our family feel at home with a warm welcome each afternoon he was at the desk.

The desk personnel were great. They were very friendly courteous and helpful. Channing was especially helpful with checking in. I had requested a handicapped shower but the room I reserved had a tub. Channing got together with Housekeeping and found me a room with all my needs. I had to wait for it to be cleaned but the staff was so nice and helpful I did not mind waiting. When you have courteous staff it makes a big difference.

The front desk staff member named Suzanne was unprofessional, belligerent and biased. She has a problem with being empathetic to disabled people and as I stated to her myself, I will deal with her later by filing a complaint with the Wyndham Corporate office. I told her that on the telephone and she lied and told her manager that I threatened her. Then she called the police on me as if I was a criminal. I am a professional woman who has served my country all my adult life in the military and public service. I protect people, I do not threaten them. Anyway the manager believed her but I have a video recording of the conversation. I’m also gonna file a complaint with the ADA in reference to this incident. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else just because someone wants to pull a little power stunt as a front desk clerk. I went to her to explain a medical situation as I was having panic attacks and she went full Karen on me.

I left very early before breakfast service and the front staff graciously offered to get me food. He genuinely seemed interested that I would be taken care of. I was impressed.

Property was convenient on and off of interstate for our venue. Many dining options nearby, some very walkable.

Great stay ! Great location with almost anything you can eat nearby! And lots of stores to do slight shopping at. Would say that you’d have to find things to do activity wise but overall excellent location.

This property is in an excellent location. Close to restaurants and shopping. You could easily walk to everything. The breakfast here was just ok. Pretty much breads, pastries, juice, waffles.

The location was great for us because it was near family, but it also was walkable to many stores and restaurants.

The property is in close proximity to restaurants plus an excellent shopping center. We enjoyed our visit.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly from when I walked into the door up until I checked out, the hotel was clean, very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean, loved the room I stayed in. However, since they advertised that breakfast was a buffet breakfast… it’s not. It’s continental. I didnt mind it too much, but if I were gonna change something about this hotel, it would be the breakfast. I would consider staying at this location in the future.

The hotel itself is nice. The reception staff is quite a bit more concerned with their social media and phones than the customers however. The breakfast could be acceptable if they’d stock the bare shelves. I stayed 3 nights and the first morning breakfast was a Thursday. The entire breakfast area contained 2 oranges and an apple, 2 cartons of milk, 3 yogurts, 5 bagels, 4 packages of oatmeal and 1 package of cereal. No bread, no coffee. I asked the counter guy if he could stock the breakfast area and he sighed, went in the back room and brought out a couple of packaged muffins, 5 more cereal containers, and a half a pot of coffee. Two other customers came in and we made jokes about what was offered for breakfast. The next day was a bit better with 4 yogurt cups, 2 muffins and some plastic packaged danishes. This was Friday morning and there was also several Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. A customer said the sausage ones were okay, but there were only egg&cheese left. When I asked if there were any sausage muffins available I got a quick “No!” without even a look to acknowledge I was there. Saturday morning there were several sausage muffins, and even a couple of packaged waffles. I’d go back for the great shower the room had, but definitely not for the sparse breakfast choices. A vending machine has more selections.

The continental “breakfast” is all bread. Waffles, toast, bagels.. nothing healthy or fresh, or diabetic friendly. No meat, no eggs.. very very disappointed. The tiny CANS of soda are $2 a piece!!!! I’ve never paid insane prices like that in a hotel. Comfort and cleanliness was good though.

Few things in room like the lamps weren’t repaired before our stay. The breakfast was awful- zero protein options.

Nice place. New and clean. Continental breakfast is bare minimum at best. Already not a lot then they tend to run out even if you ask. Rooms are nice. Clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful

Clean property. Great, friendly staff! Location is perfect and near so many stores and restaurants that you can walk to. Breakfast was great and kept our party of 5 well fed! Will definitely be back!
