Other than the grid lock traffic, it s a nice place.

Beautiful spot and really enjoyed watching whales through the windows! The house was quite clean and we really appreciated having access to the washer and dryer. The driveway is a bit steep but we had no issues in a small SUV. The neighborhood does have some signs up that are critical of short term rentals, but we didn't have any negative experiences and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Marbella Lane owned home. The street into the home is very steep. The driveway entry is also VERY steep, at an angle too! The neighbors are aware of this being a rental property and have signs indicating their disapproval of having one in this nice and quiet neighborhood. There are noties in the home to be off the patio/deck area by 9:30 pm. There are signs of wildlife, mainly coyotes, being in the area as well. So be careful. As mentioned in another review, I also disliked the check in process. You have to provide copies of your license and method of payment more than once! It felt very intrusive. Be aware of the extra fee charged for your stay. On the good side, the company was very responsive to all our questions and inquiries. Loved the views and the workout from going up the street to the home. There are shops, grocery stores and good places to eat within walking distance (again, workout). There are 3 bedrooms in the main home. The 4th bedroom (and 2nd bathroom) is in a separate building off a steep deck. Once you overlook the check in process, you will enjoy your stay.

This was a great vacation home for our family vacation in Pacifica. The view of the ocean and hot tub were some of the highlights of this home. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us. We enjoyed walking to the beach, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. However, the grade is VERY steep and the walk back up to the house was a workout. Please note there were no beach towels and we wished we would have brought some. Overall, we were very happy staying here.
