Everything was fine except that the parking is exposed to the outside, but there is a gate separating the parking from the common area. So you need to park your car outside a gate and then use a code to get inside a walk in gate and a separate code for your hotel door, which makes check in and shopping a bit laborious.

I loved this hidden gem less than 5 minutes from downtown Ft. Lauderdale. I booked the hotel for work but will be back for fun. Everything was well kept and the staff was wonderful. I loved the outdoor patio and tiki bar for sitting outside in the courtyard. The room had everything we needed--warm water in the shower, great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Plus there are a ton of restaurants and stores in walking distance--including a Whole Foods less than a block away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: We liked the uniqueness of the room & private entry. Not a fan of the shower door because water splash on the floor. It was definitely worth the cost. We would stay there again. The Cons: Parking is only for 1 car. I don’t like you have to pay $39 for an additional car & late checkout for an extra hour there’s a charge.

Excellent property. Spacious room. Great location. I just wish they had a luggage storage area. We arrived a couple of hours before check in so we had to take our luggage with us to a restaurant.

I was in Ft Laud on family business and this place was perfect for me. The room was clean and comfortable. I did enjoy my breakfast outside at one of the tables, it was wonderful. Dunkin’ Donuts and Whole Foods were very close by. I will warn you that the check in process is different and you must prepare. I did not get the codes the day before my arrival, so I had to call to get them. They sent them right away. The were only two towels in the room, but I had to use one on the floor because of the design of the shower (it could be a safety hazard with a wet bathroom floor.). If I stay there again, I will make sure I bring other bath linen. I felt safe with all the lighting, but one of the lights shone directly on my window at night and it lit up my room all night. I had read the reviews about the noise and was ready, but not a problem this stay.The only disappointment was that the ice machine was not working.

I loved staying at this property so much I booked a second time. I felt it was such a well located, safe yet central area. The feel was more of a long term apartment; it felt spacious and safe, they offer vending machines with various kinds of products not just food. The room was clean, spacious and peaceful. I had to take away stars due to the state of the laundry room, there was literally mold in some of the detergent slots and the machines had that mildew smell. I think that’s odd for such a clean beautiful space but I couldn’t wash clothes which was an inconvenience…. I feel the same was towards the check in process that I do about the laundry. They were so kind and communicative- they instantly helped resolve the issue so I WOULD RETURN. However the fact NO ONE is on property to help with last minute bookings … it isn’t helpful when you book same day and are advised you’ll get the code to enter your hotel and suite 3 days from then.. I felt that for same day bookings an instant code should be provided - aswell as making sure the numbers posted on the gates were accurate and in service —— all in all even with those issues they were quick to help, kind in their responses and had me in my hotel in less than 30 minutes of arriving and encountering these issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, if you’re booking on the fly let them know I’m sure they would be happy to provide those codes as ahead of time as possible - all this being said I CANT WAIT FOR MY NEXT STAY

Super cute, quaint hotel. Comfy beds and very nice showers with lots of features. In room coffee was good but no creamer & I can’t do black coffee. Parking was close to rooms & easy to haul luggage since it is all ground floor. Our room key did not work at 1:30 AM when we arrived so we had to call to reset. They answered the phone & did it right away. Tried to stay again in a 2 bedroom but they were booked up. Convenient to cruise port but this day several events were going on & it took 2 hours to get to the cruise port even though it is close. Watch your phones for those events & traffic!

This place has a ton of potential but overall it was just ok. The mini Mart is 3 vending machines, one broken, and a broken ice machine. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything, and I mean everything going on in the room next to us.

I’m not a bot or scammer . A lot of the comments discouraged me from booking but took a chance . To track down the code to the gate and the room was a hassle but once I got that information everything was fine . It was quiet and clean . I stayed for 4 days and it served its purpose. I used the laundry service and it was free . Would stay again

Bodily fluids and hair stuck on bed cover, blinds did not close all the way allowing direct view into bed, overall dirty and unsafe. Had to leave and find another room. No manager on site to speak to, had to email and still waiting on refund!!! AVOID.

The room and bathroom was spotless. The sheets were clean and smelled fresh out the dryer. The room looked just like the photo. I only slept for one night but I slept better there than I do at home.

Awful. We walked out within 45 mins. Disgusting. Food strewn across the floor, crumbs and dirt IN the bed. Someone left their poop in the toilet.....disgusting. refund is expected

Arrived late in the evening and had not received any information on how to enter the property, no codes or anything. Took over an hour to receive anything which then turned out to be the wrong code. Was after midnight by the time I got into the room. The toilet was very dirty full of stains from the previous guest. The drink machine outside the room was out of order. Very very disappointed with my stay and feel I should be accommodated for the inconvenience

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, perfect for introverts. The thoughtful touch of providing umbrellas for rainy days was a delightful surprise. Parking was convenient, and entry was seamless. Plus, the shower was top notch! Highly recommend!

Loved that it was gated. Wish the "self check-in" was advertised on the site itself as I was unaware and ended up in the rain for about an hour. Of course, this was no fault of the hotel, just wish it was advertised more conspicuously for dummies like me. Everything has been newly refurbished and BEAUTIFUL!! We will definitely be staying here again!! P.s. coffee pot in 14B isn't working 😅

Absolute garbage. Super dirty. Shower doesn\'t even have a proper enclosure and water gets everywhere. Walls are paper thin and can hear EVERYTHING from the people next door. Worst "hotel" experience I\'ve ever had.

Cute property. Loved the mango tree in the enclosed backyard. Host was not accessible and did not address my issue. No blankets provided for sofa bed. Shower spills out to bathroom floor. Suited are connected and the walls are very thin, could clearly hear the neighbour plugging a charger into the wall and conversations.

The hotel was quaint and the room was large. My A/C didn’t work well and my tv could not connect to the dish network so i had no tv for the 2 days. It was a reasonably priced hotel so it’s to be expected it will not be plush. Location was very good for my needs.

This is a great little hotel, very safe and quiet. The rooms are upgraded with comfy beds, great kitchenettes and bathrooms. We even had an amazing mango tree providing fruit!

The condo itself was adorable, cozy and had just about everything we needed. Great kitchen. Could have used some dish towels or a drying rack. The tiny couch in the living room needs replacement. Extremely uncomfortable and old. We couldn’t sit in it. The place is very musty and needs a dehumidifier. The shower has a terrible design; has no door, so the floor gets flooded. The railing was falling apart. Although, modern looking, it was missing polls and the bottom railing was wobbly. Very thin walls. We could hear every word from the neighbors, leaving us feeling without privacy. Also, they really need to allow for one guest parking space for visitors. They charge $35 for a parking pass, just to even visit once. It’s ridiculous! Wouldn’t stay here again. On a positive note we loved the art figurines on the wall! The owners/managers were very responsive to our messages.

Parking isn’t abundant. Our biggest issue was trying to get into the unit with the door code provided. We were locked out for awhile waiting for the girl on the phone to try numerous door codes to get the door to unlock. There is no office on the property so if you don’t get a hold of someone you are screwed. Pushing the ring doorbell as directed for assistance did not work. Cameras everywhere outside watching us struggle to get into the unit with inclement weather approaching. Besides that the room was spacious and clean.

After I booked and paid for the room, I received a notification from the hotel that I had to have a background check! It required extremely intrusive questions. While I have had many background checks in my life because I work with children, I have NEVER been background checked in order to check into a hotel. Once I submitted the too personal data I was told I would receive an email from the property with codes to enter the property and my room. It did not come. I called the "emergency number" and was assured it would come. It doesn't d not. I called again. When it did come, it had access codes but no room number. I had to call again. Getting into the room was the next difficulty. The code did not work. The light outside the room was on a timer and kept shutting off, leaving me in the dark. I had to call the emergency number again. I was given a new access code. It worked. Do NOT book this hotel. It was pure aggrevation for a very basic place to stay.

The checkin was a disaster. Did not receive any correspondence regarding getting into our room or even accessing the property. Had to call a phone number and leave a message once we were standing outside the property. There was no onsite staff. Fortunately we got a call back within 5 mins and went through 25 mins of emailing photo ID and accessing websites for checkin. THEN, we were informed of the ‘cleaning’ fee. This was unpleasant as we were not expecting this.(spoke to many other couples there that also had the unexpected cleaning fee. So, there you go. 3 stars.

I had a friend pay for me for 2 days and then I paid the day before for a 3rd night but they never sent me a code and looked me out. I'm demanding a refund of the 3rd day since I was locked out more than 12 hours. They claimed that they didn't have a receipt even though they confirmed receiving the receipt and seeing it earlier that morning. I tried to add photos but your app isn't letting me. This was a great place to stay for 3 nights pre cruise. Room was clean and check in and out easy. We would have appreciate dry towels daily and they would not dry in the humid Florida air. Location was good to airport-cruise port and tourist attractions. Whole foods near by The ceiling vents need to redirected as the cold air blew directly on the bed and sofa. I now have a cold. Also, the electronic lock worked fine but it would have felt safer with a secondary manual lock as we had no idea how many other people had the same code as we used. All in all good place to stay—just a few things that would have made it much better.

The issue was the area did not seem safe for women coming and going at night. Also the code did not always work so I had to wait for someone to come and open the gate at night this was not okay and scary. The property was clean, I am not sure how often room service came because they did not clean my room once when I was there. I would not recommend this to friends.

The are wasn’t too far from the beach or other things in town. The room was nice and my girls loved it! We never had to run into staff, and we maybe bumped into two people while there for five days!

The Lauderdale Boutique was just what we were looking for! It had a very relaxing vibe to it and was conveniently located with a short drive to the airport and port. There is a dunkin close by that we walked to in the morning for a coffee. There is also a Whole foods that is close by. We also walked to Kubo Asian Fusion restaurant which was so delicious! Overall we were satisfied with our short stay!

When we arrived it was dark and I was scared to stay the night. I was looking for other options. Then the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, fan was moments away from falling out the ceiling. All communication said they would send gate and room code the day before, I needed to hunt it down, never sent until I called their emergency line and someone told me how to get in touch with the hotel. I got it and no additional locks on the door so I just hoped all night no one else walked into our room. This meant we also never saw an employee- we may have in the morning there was a friendly man asking about our uber- maybe he was staff, no way to know. He was friendly whoever he was. They say they give breakfast, where?! We couldn’t even find a place to buy water. My issue was how dishonest and no one to help.

Very nice and clean. Close to Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Wing Stop, Mc Donald's, Burger King and Dunkin Donuts. All within 2 blocks. Nice coffee machine in room. Shower need a hand held shower held replaced it was broken and missing. The conditioner dispenser seemed to be clogged. Just minor things that did not effect the stay.

Super cute, quaint hotel. Comfy beds and very nice showers with lots of features. In room coffee was good but no creamer & I can’t do black coffee. Parking was close to rooms & easy to haul luggage since it is all ground floor. Our room key did not work at 1:30 AM when we arrived so we had to call to reset. They answered the phone & did it right away. Tried to stay again in a 2 bedroom but they were booked up. Convenient to cruise port but this day several events were going on & it took 2 hours to get to the cruise port even though it is close. Watch your phones for those events & traffic!

The room was disgusting and I wrote them about this not even 5 hours into my stay. They chose to not accommodate or even move me to a different room (there were some vacant) the only highlight of this trip was the tub. I have every single last receipt of what went on. 1. Bug infested 2. Smoke detector constantly goes off at night 3. Water stains on the walls everywhere 4. Sticky sticky floors 5. Hair was on the bathroom floors prior to check in 6. This was not a very good experience. There is no onsite staff and the app you have to use to check in etc. is a little difficult to maneuver. The first two links they sent me took me to sign up for an account as a host for the service, but I was finally able to get to the customer interface. Upon arrival, the room was quite hot and muggy and smelled terrible! Very musty, like mildew. That got better once I got the A/C going for a couple of hours. The room was very small and could really use some updated decor and fixtures. The parking is ok if you are in a mid-sized car or small truck, but not good for large trucks (not that big of a deal). The water got luke warm at best so showers were quite unpleasant. The toilet and shower drain were backed up too. I reported the toilet, shower drain and water temp situation and they sent someone to check it out the next day. The backup in the toilet and shower drain were fixed but nothing changed on the water temp. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have had in a hotel. I was there for two weeks for work and that was a long terrible two weeks! Also, this room was advertised for $75/night in Hotels.com, but after I booked it, the rate actually fluctuates from $56-$109/night and did not average out to the advertised rate, it was $105/night. (TOTAL $1,467.75 for 14 days) For the money, you can find much better accommodations elsewhere. Total was I do NOT recommend this hotel unless maybe you try some of their higher priced suites.
