This apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location, right on the town square. The gastropub downstairs is lovely, with delicious apple wine and tasty regional specialties. The payment and check in process was not typical for VRBO - it was run by a third party agency for the owner, and you had to check a confirmation email sent by them at time of booking to get the owner's contact info and arrange payment. I didn't have the confirmation email sent six months prior handy when I tried to check in through VRBO, and called the agency, and they were unpleasant, blaming me for not having carefully saved their confirmation email from six months prior. Would be much better if owner just listed it directly, allowing payment and sending instructions through VRBO rather than in separate process. He was helpful and kind, once I figured out how to reach him. The kitchen is not very well stocked for folks wanting to do their own fancy cooking, but is fine for non-cooking guests or just basic heating of food (missing sharp knives though). Furnishings are comfortable and decor generally pleasant, though there is an abundance of plastic plants.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich sehr schwierig. Ich brauchte mehrere Anläufe/Anrufe, um die entsprechende Check-In- Information zu erhalten. DerVorgeang selbst, war dann sehr einfach.Der Zugang liegt hinter dem Haus und ist nur über mehrere Treppen zu erreichen. Die FeWo soll für 8 Pers. zun nutzen sein. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten wenig Platz am Esstisch (siehe Bild) Ein größerer Esstisch wäre wünschenswert. Leider fanden wir keine Teelöffel vor und das Geschirr ist ein Sammelsurium unterscheidlichster Teile - teilweise charmant, aber teilweise auch nicht so schön am tisch. Große Tassen gibt es nur 2 - eine richtige Pfanne ist nicht vorhanden. Nur eine Wok-Pfanne. Absolut perfekt ist die Lage - mitten in der historischen Altstadt mit Blick auf den Marktplatz. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Michelsatdt verbracht. Insgesamt kann man die FeWo weiterempfehlen, der Vermieter wird sicher die kleinen Mängel im Anschluss beseitigen. :)W
