The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just outside of Florence tourist area and is quiet but with easy access by bus (10-15 min ride in). It has a nice laundrymat about a block away. It has a nice pool but the decking is in need of repair. The included breakfast is very nice. However we were not impressed with the dinner service. They seemed to be understaffed and the food we could get was expensive and not impressive. What has soured the experience is the billing. The front desk double charged us for two items. The attendant said they would do an immediate refund as we had to leave. It has now been a month and no refund has been made. I have emailed them and they did respond quickly but only to say that it is still in the works. It is a long time for something that should have been processed the moment it was pointed out at the front desk.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Le parking gratuit est un véritable atout, en particulier en Italie, où les parkings sont souvent payants et onéreux. L’hôtel dispose de son propre restaurant. Les plats sont de qualité, notamment les pizzas, même si les prix sont un peu élevés. Les extérieurs sont superbes, très bien entretenus, et offrent un cadre particulièrement reposant. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet, était très bon, varié et copieux. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant, attentionné et très aimable tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour agréable, reposant et bien situé. Attention selon votre destination dans Florence, il peut y avoir jusqu’à 40 minutes de route. De plus, il est très difficile de se garer en centre-ville, surtout le week-end. Nous avons finalement renoncé à visiter, car la foule était trop importante le samedi et le dimanche.

Ótimo hotel, tudo novo e muito limpo. Café da manhã impecável e mesmo sendo um pouco distante do centro histórico, possui facilidade de transfer grátis e muito próximo a rede de ônibus, que também é super tranquilo de utilizar. Possui academia e estacionamento. EXCELENTE!

Rent og pent hotell litt utenfor sentrum av Pisa. Det har et lite basseng som var helt perfekt nå når det var varmt. Veldig hyggelig personale som jobber på hotellet. Det er lett å komme seg inn til sentrum av Firenze med buss og taxi om man vil det. Ellers er det vaskeri,butikker og kiosker i nærheten. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Ett jättetrevligt hotell på ett mycket bekvämt avstånd till centrum med allt Florens har att erbjuda. Rent snyggt, fräscht men en ok frukost (man kunde lyft denna ett snäpp till ganska enkelt). Shuttle till och från stan finns till en mycket rimlig peng. Lätt att hitta, bra med parkering som även är gratis. Naturligykan jag inte göra denna recension utan att nämna personalen i reseptionen och deras service. Sen har vi Gabriel. Oj vilken service. Oj vilken vilja att vara behjälplig!! Den här killen/mannen är i en helt egen liga och då jämför jag med alla mina 65 nätter per år. Bara att få träffa och och göra denna bekantskapen, få den servicen var värt varenda krona....och boendet var prisvärt!!!

A hotel that could be a high 4 with just a bit of work. Once again a room key needs to be inserted and left in the wall to make everything work. We luckily got a second key. The 15 minute shuttle ride to the river was convenient. Found a couple of make do eating places a close walk away. Nothing is available after brekkie finishes til 7:30 pm. Free brekkie is quite good. Court yard sitting nice. 2 teas cost ud 10 euros at the bar during the day! The shower is basically a 30 x 30 box that is hard to turn around in. No English tv without signing in to a Samsung account. The pool was freezing. No one went in the 3 days we were there. Shame. Jets last for 3 minutes then shut off. A nice hotel that could be much better.

My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again.

My stay at JOIVY Together Urban Resort was wonderful! The staff were incredibly helpful with getting around and made everything so easy. They were also very accommodating when I arrived late for dinner—allowing me to dine in their restaurant even though they were close to closing and I didn’t have a reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they provided convenient transportation to the city center. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

The property itself was incredible for the value. A few pain points during my experience made this tough. 1) the air conditioning system was down during the entire stay. My wife and I being very hot in general had an extremely difficult time doing anything other than swim in the pool since the room was 35 degrees Celsius. 2) the restaurant experience was really really poor. While the waitress was exceptional, she was the ONLY person serving food to the dozens of guests in the restaurant and open courtyard but also running food to rooms. She had to have been serving 50 people. And they only have 1 chef. It took my wife and I 2.5 hours to complete our meal. The vast majority of that time was sitting and waiting.

It’s a great staff and very helpful. The room they gave us at first had a broken AC, and when we complained, they gave us another room which was bigger. The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s design was unique.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is just outside of Florence tourist area and is quiet but with easy access by bus (10-15 min ride in). It has a nice laundrymat about a block away. It has a nice pool but the decking is in need of repair. The included breakfast is very nice. However we were not impressed with the dinner service. They seemed to be understaffed and the food we could get was expensive and not impressive. What has soured the experience is the billing. The front desk double charged us for two items. The attendant said they would do an immediate refund as we had to leave. It has now been a month and no refund has been made. I have emailed them and they did respond quickly but only to say that it is still in the works. It is a long time for something that should have been processed the moment it was pointed out at the front desk.

My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again.

Ett jättetrevligt hotell på ett mycket bekvämt avstånd till centrum med allt Florens har att erbjuda. Rent snyggt, fräscht men en ok frukost (man kunde lyft denna ett snäpp till ganska enkelt). Shuttle till och från stan finns till en mycket rimlig peng. Lätt att hitta, bra med parkering som även är gratis. Naturligykan jag inte göra denna recension utan att nämna personalen i reseptionen och deras service. Sen har vi Gabriel. Oj vilken service. Oj vilken vilja att vara behjälplig!! Den här killen/mannen är i en helt egen liga och då jämför jag med alla mina 65 nätter per år. Bara att få träffa och och göra denna bekantskapen, få den servicen var värt varenda krona....och boendet var prisvärt!!!

The night staff takes top honors at this hotel. The single restaurant host was very attentive and made our day even after a horrible day at the airport with lost luggage, the chef was very accommodating and the night front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

My stay at JOIVY Together Urban Resort was wonderful! The staff were incredibly helpful with getting around and made everything so easy. They were also very accommodating when I arrived late for dinner—allowing me to dine in their restaurant even though they were close to closing and I didn’t have a reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated that they provided convenient transportation to the city center. O local me surpreendeu muito positivamente. O quarto era muito confortável, limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã tinha várias opções e era tudo muito gostoso. A recepção prestou um ótimo atendimento. Só coisas positivas sobre o local. Ele é mais afastado do centro turístico, mas a poucos minutos de carro, o que achei ótimo porque nossa ideia mesmo era descansar um pouco. Valeu muito a pena!

Ótimo hotel, tudo novo e muito limpo. Café da manhã impecável e mesmo sendo um pouco distante do centro histórico, possui facilidade de transfer grátis e muito próximo a rede de ônibus, que também é super tranquilo de utilizar. Possui academia e estacionamento. EXCELENTE!

A hotel that could be a high 4 with just a bit of work. Once again a room key needs to be inserted and left in the wall to make everything work. We luckily got a second key. The 15 minute shuttle ride to the river was convenient. Found a couple of make do eating places a close walk away. Nothing is available after brekkie finishes til 7:30 pm. Free brekkie is quite good. Court yard sitting nice. 2 teas cost ud 10 euros at the bar during the day! The shower is basically a 30 x 30 box that is hard to turn around in. No English tv without signing in to a Samsung account. The pool was freezing. No one went in the 3 days we were there. Shame. Jets last for 3 minutes then shut off. A nice hotel that could be much better.

Rekommenderar verkligen!! Super trevlig personal, fräscha rum, trevlig pool med solläge. Personalen ordnade med skjuts in till stan vilket var otroligt bra då det ligger lite utanför Florens. Otroligt god frukost, kommer boka detta hotell nästa gång jag är i Florens!

Overall the hotel is nice. It's clean and modern. Rooms are comfortable but the shower is tiny, lol. Staff are helpful and friendly, but I primarily picked this hotel due to two things. It had a pool and it offered gluten free food in the restaurant. The pool areas was nice, if small, but tricky to get sun all day as it's surrounded on all sides by the two stories of the hotel. It didn't seem to be used that much while we stayed so we were free to move the loungers around but this may not always be the case. Gluten free was where I was disappointed the most. We arrived late on the first day and the restaurant was still open, but my GF partner's only option was a bit of beef and some roast potatoes. We gave it another go a couple of days later to see if having a relaxing day just at the hotel was an option, but again the selection was very limited, so we stayed later in town than we would usually have done. Probably the biggest downfall is the hotel's location. It states it's only a few kilometers outside the centre of Florence but it takes 45 minutes each way due to the one way system and the current roadworks. The shuttle bus is free but it doesn't take you into the city centre but this was more of an issue for me as I have mobility issues. Buses are hit an miss. They say they come every 20 minutes but this is wishful thinking. We waited an hour at the stop and then three number 23 buses pulled up one behind the other. Not the hotel's fault but just a heads up.
