Quality Inn & Suites West Helena

The sink was stopped up. The swimming pool was out of service, and the sheets were dirty. The phones did not work. The carpet was wet like someone like someone hurriedly wanted to clean the carpet before the guests arrived. Overall there was a lack of Quality.

I was told that they had an open pool to swim in. I had to kids really wanting to swim. They do have a pool but it has not worked in 4 years. The beds was not bad. I did order a cot to sleep on for the kids when I booked the room. i got three old couch cushions not a roll away bed. If someone just needs a room to stay in this hotel would be ok

City water problems caused low water pressure and no hot water for showers. First room at checkin didn’t have a working shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had problems getting Wash towels. Water coming from the sink never got hot. It took a long time for the water in the shower to get hot. This was in room two twenty six.

The appearance of the building was concerning but it was overlooked due to the buildings age. Thankfully the inside was clean and up to par. The ac unit worked exceptionally well and moreover the staff was courteous and helpful. While the pool was closed, the continental breakfast was inviting. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because their continental breakfast was meatless thus prompting me to seek breakfast elsewhere. I look forward to utilizing their accommodations in the future. It's no Hilton or grandiose hotel but for the price, it was worth it especially being close to restaurants and shopping.

When I arrived I interrupted the receptionist & a fellow who were talking outside. They gave me such a dirty look that it shocked me. She got me checked in, I noticed a bunch of work trucks so fellows must stay here that are working on outside jobs? The brown carpets couldn't hide the dirt & dead spiders (at least they were dead). The carpet was so dirty that I noticed that the bottom of my feet were getting soiled so I had to wash then wear my shoes inside. The pool was drained and breakfast had some choices but nothing to rave about. This hotel needs a complete cleaning & paint job. Decent local, just outside of town.

Drove 7 hours to this hotel because we wanted a swimming pool. Upon arrival the pool was closed for the season. Clerk said it needed to be painted but it looked fine to me. The mirrors in the room and the tv screen were filthy. Not only were they filthy someone had wet their finger to put crosses on the mirrors. The tv had internet problems that went in and out often. We called the front desk and the desk clerk complained that the smart tv's were a stupid addition to the hotel. He preferred the old analog tv's! There were no cell phone/USB hookups. The bathtub was very slippery and had no rails. To continue my shower I had to grab a bath towels from the rock and put it in the tub to keep from falling. The ice machine in our building didn't work. Had to go to another building to get ice. The washing machine was $2.50 and the machine kept asking for more quarters. The quarters were kept getting stuck and the clerk was not able to help us. The smoke alarm in the laundry room (2 doors down from our hotel room) kept beeping. The staff were unprofessional. The night clerk complained about his low wages and how bad things were there. The day clerk didn't even speak to me or acknowledge my complaint about the mirrors. Unfortunately, due to a car problem we had to stay for 2 nights. Needless to say, we didn't eat breakfast there!

Ice machine broke and no heat in 122 room. Directv wasn't working properly in 232 room 😒

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were organized very well but the maintenance was not good at all. Entrance door to the room, the lock was loose and one of the sinks in the room was broken. It was supposed to be a handicapped room but no removal shower head or grab bars so it wasnt really a handicapped room. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The TV remote was missing and the clerk at the desk had problems finding one that worked with batteries. Did have a nice entry and breakfast area. Housekeeping was great. It was hotel management that was bad.

The room reaked with cigarette smoke, carpet was filthy, the furniture was old and worn and needed replacing.I never stay there again

The property needs a serious upgrade. Lighting bad in bathroom.

I couldn’t watch TV they told me it would come back on and it never did I asked for a discount and he said all the TV’s were having issues but that didn’t make sense

Door was hard to open. Bed was hard as a rock and they didnot replace used towels with clean ones. Otherwise would have been very nice.

Needs to be updated. It shows its age.

The only issue was the AC unit wasn't working properly. Had to keep thermostat set at 60 for continuous comfort. This place could use some upgrades.

I was definitely about 30 minutes from my event but so happy we was here as the Leath welcome us the surroundings we're clean nice. Omg those pillow and bed was so comfortable. Definitely gotta what I payed for.

I was able to change my room from smoking to non-smoking without any difficulty up arrival

Travelled to West Helena, AR for a funeral. Manager was awesome. Allowed an early check-in and provided amazing customer service for entire stay though short staffed.

Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice.

Limited food options no comforters on bed just sheets and one blanket really. breakfast was supposed to be provided but not available staff was great but that doesn't help my stomach
