I do not leave reviews normally and understand that I chose a cheap hotel while I was in the area, but I chose it by the reviews that had been left. This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. My feet got dirty on the laminate flooring in the main room after showering. When I got the bathroom floor wet after my shower I attempted to wipe up the water and made mud!! The kind gentleman who is running the place claimed he had staffing issues recently… the nasty had been building over a long period of time. I suggested a spring cleaning to go with the excuses that were offered. Please if you do decide to stay, check the room before you pay! Good luck

Price and location were right. The room needs a dehumidifier. The clean towels felt damp. My jacket as well when I put it on in the morning.

No housekeeping for the entire week of stay, no blankets changes, no floor cleaning.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Absolute garbage fire of a stay. Booked same day because our travel plans changed and we needed somewhere cheap. We weren’t able to arrive until 10pm. It’s my acct but I don’t have a debit card currently, so my mother came inside to pay with hers. First the jerk at check in gave us soooo much trouble. Rolling his eyes, scoffing and saying he wishes he could’ve canceled our reservation before we got there!! He tried to talk us out of the booking even!! He kept pressing the question about if we had pets with us, which we didn’t… just because I had a “dog mom” shirt on. He kept snidely saying that we’d “better tell him now or he will charge us for everything he can”. It’s 1030pm and I just want to sleep!! Finally we got to the room and were shocked… the door is a residential lock and key and the A/C unit didn’t work properly. The whole room was dirty and grimy. Then as I’m taking a shower, TWO ROACHES came up thru the drain!!!! Awful and disgusting… please pay the extra $15-20 to stay somewhere else!!!

Inexpensive. Clean room. No hair dryer. Fridge and microwave in the room. Good value.

Felt safe and you had a variety of places to eat and it was clean with fresh towels every day

Other than the fixtures in the shower having no guards and literally just coming out of holes in the walls and the front door not sealing on the bottom (found ants in the room though not many) it wasn't that bad, out of habit i walked around in my socks inside the room and they ended up getting much darker grey due to the floors not really being cleaned. But the beds were soft, got extra pillows with no issue because the ones these places have are thin, ac cooled off the room eventually, and the water was warm. The picture in the add is taken behind a locked door you cant get through, you only can speak with the people who run it through a window.

Bed was very comfortable.

Our room had a wonderful bed, king size, soft and just right firmness. The refrigerator was great to put our drinks in for the next day. Unfortunately, while they have been working on upgrading a few fixtures, the room badly needed a coat of paint. The floor had recently been redone and was good too. We weren't there for amenities or luxury so it did the job. Staff on check in was friendly and efficient. It looked like a great place for bikers on the AT a they had several things in the office for them.

- Needs room instructions on TV/Remote easy use and gain. (A+) Excellent front desk and excellent comfortable bed. * pillow cases need to be as soft as the excellent sheets. ** A few less important room details (loss/degrade/missing), needs addressing. Thanks

A budget hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Refrigerator. Needs more outlets and poor wifi.

Convenient location, but pretty dilapitated and out dated. Noisy neighbors upstairs stomping around and didn't sleep well. Sheets were pretty ratty but i guess you get what you pay for

Their website says pets welcome but doesn't state there is an additional fee of $10 dollars per pet per day. The toilet was not secured to the floor. It rocked when sat on. There was no extra toilet paper in the room. Had to ask for it.

Manager was very helpful, very considerate, but this hotel is really long in the tooth. The air conditioner didn’t work old fashion keys, which make locking the door difficult no room coffee pot. Everything was in very tough shape. Surprisingly the bedding was an excellent condition but that was the only redeeming factor.

I could not check in. I called the number at the window, and it kept going to a busy signal. I knocked. Waited 5 minutes and kept calling, same busy signal. It wasn't fun having to find a different hotel at 10:45PM. I hope I don't get charged.

At check-in, they charged me almost $7 more than the hotels.com app had said. When I complained, she seemed angry and told me that the app doesn’t put in tax, so they add that in. I later pulled up the email that detailed the room cost plus tax, and showed it to her. She refunded the extra money, but the whole experience seemed sketchy. I won’t be back.

The owners are fantastic!! Smiles and hospitable in every way. Perfect size property and location. Room smells awesome. Water is hot and water pressure is fantastic! A true surprise for its location and last minute booking.

This is an amazing place to stay,the owners are super friendly and we had a light out in our room and they came right away and fixed it.I would highly recommend a stay here if your in the area!!

The only issues we had was the lady that checked us in was extremely rude, like we were bothering her. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

I was in Franklin for a couple nights in between travel. It’s a beautiful little town. Location was super convenient to highways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Updates on the horizon but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I will stay again if I find my way in this neck of the woods again.

Close to serval places to eat and shop rooms where very clean

Good news it is inexpensive and good location. However very dated and time for a remodel makeover.
