Great location, check in was easy & parking was available close by. The apartment was very clean and styled nicely. Minutes walk to all we needed, golf courses, beach, shopping and pubs & restaurants.

The properly is very well located to walk e erywhere and there is parking available on door step. The room was new, spacious and clean including a new bathroom. We only had a face towel for the 2 of us and I would suggest to have at least one face towel for guest. There a Vetuo nespresso machine in the room which is a very nice touch. However, I would have liked a kettle in the communal area for tea. The downside is that the property is very noisy, guests are coming and going at any time slamming doors (sleeping not the best) and the seagulls never shut up ( but not much anyone could do about that). Check in and check out super easy. I recommend for a short stay

Lovely cosy warm room, comfortable bed ideal location with easy parking options. Great service too as I requested a kettle and was delivered to me quickly. Much appreciated considering its mostly unmanned. Would recommend

The location was perfect, very central. There is free parking in the lot just outside (if you can get a spot). Check-in was unattended but excellent instructions for the door code were received as promised the day before. What was not as great was that the building was noisy with people lugging golf bags up the stairs at all times (no elevator) and leaving very early in the morning. While it had a nice shower, the room was very small. The breakfast was some packaged croissants and dry cereal boxes left on a counter in a small sitting room on the main floor. It was expensive, at over $350 Canadian for one night.

The location was excellent - right in the heart of St Andrews. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quiet. I would have liked a kettle in the room and tea rather than just the coffee pods. The 'grab and go' breakfast was a nice idea but some juice or other cold drinks would have been appreciated.

Stop using cheap and toxic air freshers - Febreeze which trigger asthma and are heavily scented in linens, pillows, etc. really tired property. Shower Soap dispenser feel apart, carpet stained, flat pillows, toilet and shower dan running continually, no good teas, etc Worst of all was noisy post bar scene alleyway out the window which kept us up for hours.

Really easy to access. Rooms are lovely and comfortable with everything you need. Bathroom is small but recently refurbished and is very luxurious. Loved the soap products too.

The room was insanely expensive for what you got. The bathroom was basically a cupboard. Golfers up and down the stairs speaking loudly. No kitchen and no microwave in the room. The tv didnt work well and the wifi was glitchy. Overall just a rip off really.

Small rooms with a good shower. Guest house is unmanned and had to go to nearby hotel to pay for the stay. The grap-and-go breakfast was a few bars, but there are plenty of great places nearby serving breakfast.

Spacious room, clean and warm, and situated in a very good location. The old course was very easy to walk to. Price is good as well! The check-in counter is just quite far, but as its not really a "hotel" in the strict sense, that was fine. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Fantastic location, especially if you're in town for the golfing experience. Price was incredible for the location and amenities. Super comfortable bed and nicely furnished room/bathroom. The bathroom itself was also quite big! Wifi was extremely quick and easy to connect to. One downside was our shower didn't drain at all really, we had to have low pressure water to avoid flooding the shower, but a staff member told us the showers will be replaced soon so I reckon that issue will go away once that happens

Stayed for a golf trip. Was in EASY walking distance from the Old Course and downtown areas. One issue with the shower and called the staff who immediately came to check and were able to send a plumber the following day. In the meantime we were given access to the adjacent unoccupied room to use the shower. Although the room was a little small for two people, it was very clean and comfortable. We did not use the room much more than shower and sleep. Cannot stress enough how perfect the location is; close to golf, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc.

No email confirmation so had to google number, Only to call an unmonitored voicemail. Eventually got into property to find its a tiny box room with a bathroom in a cupboard. The heating was faulty, the lamp and tv broken, no wardrobe for clothes, but they know this, if you look at other reviews, they all say the same thing about faulty lamps, heating and tv. Don't be fooled by robes and slippers in the add, its not whats advertised. Ive stayed in other guest houses in that area and the standard is way ahead. The room rate reflects the area, not the room, so best find somewhere else unless its all that's left.

I had stayed at Clevedon House several years ago when it was a B and B. I had not realised that there would be no contact with staff and no breakfast offered (paying for bed only usually means you pay additionally for breakfast not that there is none and in fact the welcome booklet for guests states that breakfast is offered!). Not being .able to book in until after 3pm was extremely inconvenient and the whole experience was stressful.

I had stayed at Clevedon House several years ago when it was a B and B. Loved the property but couldn’t get inside ! Self check in notice on the door - had to call another property to get a code. It’s not a big deal just at the end of a long busy day I wanted to be inside. Lovely place though .. Needed extra milk and nobody available to offer

First time staying here,for a Scottish Woman’s Rugby party before going to the World Cup.Good luck ladies.We will recommend this stay to friends and family,good nights sleep,bed very comfy,right next to free parking car park,central for all amenities,thanks to Lindsay who was very helpful.We will be back.

The location was excellent - right in the heart of St Andrews. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was quiet. I would have liked a kettle in the room and tea rather than just the coffee pods. The 'grab and go' breakfast was a nice idea but some juice or other cold drinks would have been appreciated.

Small rooms with a good shower. Guest house is unmanned and had to go to nearby hotel to pay for the stay. The grap-and-go breakfast was a few bars, but there are plenty of great places nearby serving breakfast.

Easy to find property,used the code given to enter,found our room at the top,. I wasn’t totally enamoured with the room.,could have done with a refresh,apart from that it was fine,the beds were comfy and everything was clean. I think it could be better in the morning where the cereal bars and porridge was could have done with a kettle rather than having to go back up to your room,and maybe even a cooked breakfast on offer would have been nice

The properly is very well located to walk e erywhere and there is parking available on door step. The room was new, spacious and clean including a new bathroom. We only had a face towel for the 2 of us and I would suggest to have at least one face towel for guest. There a Vetuo nespresso machine in the room which is a very nice touch. However, I would have liked a kettle in the communal area for tea. The downside is that the property is very noisy, guests are coming and going at any time slamming doors (sleeping not the best) and the seagulls never shut up ( but not much anyone could do about that). Check in and check out super easy. I recommend for a short stay

I had stayed at Clevedon House several years ago when it was a B and B. I had not realised that there would be no contact with staff and no breakfast offered (paying for bed only usually means you pay additionally for breakfast not that there is none and in fact the welcome booklet for guests states that breakfast is offered!). Not being .able to book in until after 3pm was extremely inconvenient and the whole experience was stressful.

I really liked its proximity to The Old Golf Course. The number of quality restaurants in the area was also a plus. I was a little confused about info I found in the hotel summary book. It said there was breakfast daily, but there was nothing anywhere to be found in the hotel! Other than that, it was a good place to stay for a few nights.

The location was perfect, very central. There is free parking in the lot just outside (if you can get a spot). Check-in was unattended but excellent instructions for the door code were received as promised the day before. What was not as great was that the building was noisy with people lugging golf bags up the stairs at all times (no elevator) and leaving very early in the morning. While it had a nice shower, the room was very small. The breakfast was some packaged croissants and dry cereal boxes left on a counter in a small sitting room on the main floor. It was expensive, at over $350 Canadian for one night.

Breakfast was advertised. Not sure I would call a few bars and some oatmeal breakfast. Was expecting a little more and some coffee in the breakfast nook as well. However, overall it was a great location for what we needed and was very clean

Ideal as room only basis No cooked breakfast and what was on offer is basic. Kettle in room but no tea bags in but plenty of coffee. Expensive for what you get but that is St Andrews. Good night sleep and that’s the main thing

Excellent location in the middle of everything but quiet. Property shows its age but was kept very clean. Appreciated the light breakfast items available in the lounge. Very easy check in.

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous stay here. The room was perfect, location was lovely - right by the beach. Special thanks to the cleaning crew - Zoe was so helpful and kind, she gave us some great recommendations for our stay. Thank you!

Very tidy and clean. Small room and small beds. Parking on Murray Place was available, which was nice. Shower is awesome!

It was cute and the bathroom and sheets etc were clean. The rug was not clean (my shoes picked up several hairballs.). Great location with easy access to everything. Amenities in the room were limited without hairdryer or mini fridge or hooks to hang wet towels. But there were a coffee set up and water for two people (on check in only.)
