Coldharbour Suites

We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did not respond to complaints about clogged sink, sent multiple messages and only received automatic response about check out process. First impression good, but bed uncomfortable and pillows smell not good, fridge dirty, sofa under cushions needs a good clean, no pillow protectors, or mattress protectors
