This is a very safe place to stay. You cannot use the elevators without your room key *excellent move! The pool wasnt heated, felt more like 72 degrees instead of 80 for winter time. Beware they use feather comforters and pillows (I'm highly allergic). Was able to swap out pillows but slept with sheets only. Fire pit goes all night. We used the outdoor grill to cook. Stocked kitchen for us but my son's room was missing glasses and cookware. Nice shampoo and body wash provided. the staff was so very nice! My son has a ton of food allergies and at breakfast I spoke with the gentleman who cooked the eggs. He immediately said he would cook him some special eggs! That was so sweet of him to do because that was literally the only thing he could eat out of the many great breakfast options provided. Rooms are very very quiet. Pet friendly as well.

Everything was fantastic at this property except the pool area. While there was a large pool, there was no hot tub, which surprised me. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the pool water was freezing and the incredibly high level of chlorine was so caustic, it burned my eyes, throat and skin. I even had difficulty breathing, so after five minutes or so, my family and I left the pool and went to shower off all of the chemicals.

We got in really late and the front desk service was great. Easy check in. The room we reserved online was not the room that they had available upon check in. We had reserved a king and got a two queen accessible room. The room was decently clean, there was one chair in the corner that was covered in stains and the floors in the entry didn’t seem very clean but the bed linens were clean and the carpet seemed vacuumed. The bathroom was okay, there was a towel rod that was coming off the wall but overall it seemed clean and the shower was decent.

Outside, entry, and path to room very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was less than clean, found areas of what looked to be blood droplets in the kitchen and bathroom floor and countertop. A positive: the dwellings are roomy and comfortable. A negative: not very sound resistant. To add, the breakfast was not ready until an hour plus after it's descibed opening.

Lovely big clean rooms to accommodate up to 6ppl. Area was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I’m use to the pancake or waffle maker machine being available at continental breakfast but it’s ok. The nice rooms make up for that. The only thing I didn’t like is the parking fee of $15 per day.

Hotel was very clean, but I was there for 5 days and never once had my room freshened up. I know I could have asked, but it would have been nice to at least been offered fresh towels or something. Very eco-friendly sometimes at the expense of comfort. All of the lights in the room are based on a motion detector, so if you sit still for more than a couple minutes all the lights turn off. Shower didn't have a ton of pressure, but was adequate. Bathroom sink, however, was barely more than a trickle.

So many things were wrong with our room. Luckily, we were only staying the one night before heading to the airport. The room's microwave did not work, so the front desk clerk kindly heated our food in the lobby kitchen. The light above the food prep area did not work, the vent blew air directly on me at night before I turned the fan off. I had a sneezing fit and my wife had a coughing fit (don't know what set these off), the pillow was too soft, as was the mattress. The light in the closet would go on and off by itself in the middle of the night. As for breakfast, the sign says "made to order," -- NOT SO. I ordered two pancakes but they came ready made out of a covered pan -- cold! My wife ordered some egg & potato meal, same story -- cold! The view outside our picture window was a quarter-mile of bare land. With no barrier of any kind, passers-by could walk directly up to the window and look in, so we had the shades drawn most of the time. The complimentary ride to the airport was good.

We chose this hotel so we could be close to the airport for an early flight. This might have been the nicest chain hotel room I've ever stayed in. The ceiling was high and the room was huge. The bed and the linens were so comfortable and the room was really nice with a work area and little kitchen area. Wish we could have stayed and enjoyed it longer.

This hotel was beautiful and nice. The reason for the lower review is due to the noise. We could hear people in the hall, we heard people above us, and the sound carries. We wanted a bathroom fan to drown out the noise, but there wasn’t one. We tried to set the room fan to stay on to also drown noise and that didn’t either. Great proximity to airport/rental car dropoff - just super loud! If I needed a place to stay to get to the airport quickly again, I would consider it but have to realize the noise issue is legit.

I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. I had chosen it for its proximity to the Denver airport and complementary parking but was very happily surprised by how nice the rooms were and how helpful the staff members were. The person who checked me in gave me a terrific recommendation for getting dinner within walking distance.

They process payment before check- in using the card that is on file with Expedia. If you ask for a different card to be used instead, they will say, “sure no problem” but not carry out that simple instruction. This hotel is very clean and nice! The breakfast selection is phenomenal. Guest laundry service is a tad pricey at $2 a load and $2 for drying however, both washer and dryer run for 45 minutes. It's a 4 minute drive to the airport and they offer a shuttlebus. It's about a 5-7 minute drive to the car rental return. We had to ask twicefor pool towels. The swimming area was nice. They had outdoor dining seating as well that the chairs were so comfy! We'd definitely stay there again.
