Seems this is the trend: Get the customer to pay as much as possible on top of the price of the room: breakfast for $14, parking for $16. It’s not like hotels are going broke. I know this hotel chain can afford to give its customers free parking and perhaps even a free breakfast. Other than that, this is a nice note.

My only complaint is the airport shuttle. It only runs every 30 minutes and serves numerous hotels. It took me an hour to get picked up from the airport and back to my parking at the Hyatt.

Absolutely hated the parking fee and the process, requiring payment for parking using a QR code in a freezing, wind swept parking lot is sub-human. The wide open spaces around this relatively new hotel begs the question of how greedy the owners are to increase revenue. If you must collect for parking, whyy don't uyou use an established service like ParkMobile?

Having to pay for parking at the hotel. You would think they would give hotel guests a promotional code since they HAVE to park there to access hotel. Won’t be staying there again. Hotel check in staff not helpful at all!!

Beautiful hotel, but the airport is the only thing it's near by. The pool was pretty chilly, and the Starbucks on-site was unaccountably slow.

The hotel is currently under construction. The shuttle only stops at the west terminal of the airport which was not mentioned until we were on the shuttle. The shuttle also doesn’t run to the car rental area so u either Uber back to the hotel or from the car rental drop off, u take the rental car shuttle to the airport, then find the hotel shuttle to take u to the hotel.

Pretty clean but there was a stain on the couch, faint stain on the comforter and splatter stain up under the desk that hadn’t been cleaned off. There were also faint stains on the pillows and stairs in the lobby. It wasn’t the cleanest I have ever stayed in but definitely not the dirtiest either. I am very picky about cleanliness though, so most might not even notice the stains that I noticed. The place just needs more attention to detail.

From check-in, to room assignment and cleanliness, to service. Everything about our stay was TERRIBLE! Absolutely not accommodating and atrocious cleanliness standards. Hair on pillow upon check-in, bugs on food, etc. Staff was very rude. I will never recommend this Hyatt. Such a poor representation of the brand. Utterly disgusted!

It is quiet and there is plenty of parking. However, I’m worried about the parking fee being charged twice since that happened to me in the past. I have to watch my credit card closely with this property. The room was mostly clean with some coffee stains on the coffee table, no blanket on the pullout bed, not sure if they ever changed that, and some hair in the bathroom. But overall not bad for Tower road hotels.

There were old dried contacts stuck to the alarm clock between the beds, a granola bar wrapper on the floor of the bathroom, and evidence that the body lotion at the sink had already been used. This left us with the feeling that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, which was unsettling. Also, there was constant, loud wind tunnel noise that came from under the door to the room as well as from the vent in the bathroom - this really prevented a good night's sleep, which was unfortunate given we had to be up for a very early morning flight. The hotel otherwise seemed clean in good condition and offered very timely and convenient shuttle service to the airport.

The room was exceptionally clean. The facility was extremely clean. The only thing that was wrong with our room was that the coffee maker had all the ground where the water was and I was unable to call the front desk. Their phone system isn’t the best but other than that, the room the area everything else was perfect.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but the parking fees were not clear and the maintenance staff was MIA. They put us in a room that had no power to any plugs or light and the AC thermostat was out and the AC was on full blast and couldn’t be adjusted the room would have been great for a family of penguins.

A very reasonably priced almost new facility. Stylish interior w restaurant and bar. Room only lacks a microwave. However. When we went to bed, we noticed a constant noise coming from what we thought must be a nearby duct or even the elevator. It was not, it was air rushing under our door. It ranged between a moan and a roar. This was solved at 0400 by placing a damp towel against the bottom of the door. There is a large air vent in the corridor blowing out, and this presumably leads to air rushing into ours, and I will assume, others rooms. Disturbed night's sleep not welcome. Otherwise a nice place. But.

Didn’t know that construction was going on at the time of our stay. The wind seemed like it was howling through open ductwork or something. Our room was fair, but the sliding bathroom door was slightly off track and wouldn’t open completely. Water pressure in this building left a a lot to be reside and I lot of shampoo in my hair. Not worth the $300 per night.

It was ok. The staff was quite reserved. I felt invisible. At check in I was given zero info about the hotel and amenities. The shuttle was disappointing. The nice Hyatt shuttles are used only for flight crews. I opted to use the RTD A train instead of waiting 30 mins for a shuttle from the airport. I was able to get a shuttle back to the airport. It had marriott and aloft on the sides and was filthy. This was my first experience with Hyatt and I wasnt impressed at all, nor were they really trying to. Ive seen more enthusiastic employees at walmart and McDonald's and thats hard to find. Ill probably stay somewhere eles my next visit to Denver and gladly pay a little more.

We almost missed our flight because of the shuttle service. The shuttle driver very disrespectful and the front desk agent was little to no help. A couple in the lobby over saw what happened and offer us a ride to the airport. The shuttle driver had 7 seats a family of 6 boarded first, he said he can only take one more. Meaning me and my wife could not take the shuttle. Very disappointed with his and the front person lack of empathy or concern that we might miss iur flight

The person who checked us in could have been slightly warmer/friendlier. The bartender where we got drinks and dinner was excellent! Everything else was great but the fact that we had to pay almost $20 extra to park on top of almost $200 for one night was a bit overkill. Parking should be free.

Stayed here for one night for a work trip in Denver. The room I booked was a king suite, upon entering room there was two double beds instead. at this point I had traveled so much I let it go. Then I tried turning on the tv and it didn’t work. Again I gave up, tried to pull the curtain down, curtains were broken did not go down. Again counted my losses and then went to bed as I had scheduled a 5am shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. The receptionist told me the night before that I was to arrive a couple minutes before 5am to get on the shuttle. The next morning I wake up at 4:30am head down by 4:50 and then the receptionist proceeds to tell me that the 5 am shuttle has already left! It was 4:53 at this point. She said she would call to see if they could come back and she left me outside. She didn’t come back out (the outside doors are locked) to come get me or try to remedy the solution. Again I gave up and told her I would call an Uber. Overall not a great stay

Extremely disappointed in my stay at Hyatt Place Pena Station. Course the brand specifically because I needed comfortable, clean place with no problems. Staff gave me very little info at check in. Only 1 soap to share between sink and shower, no body wash, outlets and lights not working, loud rattle from AC, coffee maker dusty. Told staff of my frustration at check out and she practically laughed at me.

The staff was absolutely amazing. After a rough day at the airport dealing with an overnight delay, the staff were welcoming and sympathetic to our situation. With no baggage at all, they made sure we had the necessities for self care. Hyatt came through for my daughter and I when we needed them. Thank you Hyatt family. You’ve just earned a life long customer.

This place is dangerous!! The location is right next to the train station. I had a drugged out woman follow me after seeing me outside. She came into the hotel to stalk me and I had to ask the hotel to kick her out. Not 10 mins later she was back in the hotel following me and looking at me and say what what to me. So so scary. I cried at the front desk, asked them to call the cops. They said no point the cops would take forever and do nothing. I waited till she was escorted out again and then went to my room and hid all night. The manager said it’s a problem with the area. This place is DANGEROUS. I would never ever stay here again with random druggist circling the property and the managment not in control of people coming in and out

The location was ideal as the 1st stop from the A line from the Denver airport. Hotel was just a short walk away. The hotel and room were clean. Check in was quick and easy. Would recommend this for travelers.

Came in late, room was spotless clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed. Best night’s sleep ever. Breakfast was amazing, NOT your average premade crap, real eggs, bacon, sausage and of the sides. Definitely impressive. Will stay there again!

The lobby and the rooms are all great. Bar and restaurant is as well and very handy not to mention a Starbucks. Overall very positive stay. A couple of notes that may come in handy. It’s right by the train station, I did both the shuttle and the train at various points during my stay and train was much faster. Walk is about 2 mins from 61st and pena. Other note is that breakfast is not included, in case you just assume like we did. Totally on us though
