Great setting with beautiful courtyard including pool/hot tub. Awesome happy hour, continental breakfast, and snacks all-day included in price. Super friendly and helpful owners. No detail overlooked. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed business or pleasure. Owners take great pride in providing an excellent experience. Free happy hour from 4-5 every day is quite a treat considering average drink in heart of Key west is $12-$18. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed. I would not classify rooms as luxurious but they are above average and very clean comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub are relaxing after exploring all day. Free washer dryer on site was convenient as well. If you want to be in the absolute center of Key West this is the location. 5 minute bike ride gets you to beach, southernmost point, marina district, butterfly sanctuar, etc. Duval Street is less than 1 block. Hemmingway couple blocks walk etc. No need to rent a car at this location just uber from airport $20 and rent bikes on property if needed for day. Or scooter or golf cart if that is your style. Travel to upper keys then would need a car. Highly recommend.

Key West Villas is one of the best places to stay in Key West! It’s located in a quiet area right off Duval, but is centered so it’s a 15 minute walk to either end of Duval street. It’s right in the heart of Old Town. Both the Duval Loop and Fausto’s grocery store are a block away, making everything super convenient. The Villas are cute and cozy. They have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay-from a washer and dryer on site to beach towels and chairs to mimosas in the morning and happy hour from 4-5pm. Kevin and Heather were wonderfully sweet and super accommodating, always asking if we needed anything. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. So if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Key West, this is it!

It was fantastic from the second we got to there to the moment we left. We were greeted with warm smiles and a drink. Happy hour is a fun time to mingle. The pool and hot tub were both a nice way to relax after a busy day! We were close to everything, so we never had to drive anywhere. There are bikes there to rent if you need. The room was very cozy and relaxing. We felt safe and secure too. I already told my husband we are coming back and staying here again. I highly recommend this place for your Key West vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Key West Villas. The place is just amazing--very comfortable, clean and offers everything you could want for an amazing vacation. It is located just steps from Duval Street and walkable to just about every place in old town Key West. Parking was very reasonable and easy too. We enjoyed the Shot of the Day and the free daily Happy Hour where we met so many fun people also staying at Key West Villas. Each night we all met up in to pool for a late night swim and chat. We will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual trip! Five Stars all the way around!

This was a GREAT place to stay! The proprietors were friendly and the room was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub just outside our door. Continental breakfast, free snacks and sodas all day and then a free happy hour. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely be back!! Almost forgot .. We were so impressed with our experience. We arrived early and we were able to check in and have breakfast. The owners/ hosts are so friendly and welcoming. You don’t need your car to experience ld town when you stay here and yet it’s super quiet for being a block off Duval St. Our villa was spacious and clean. Having a private outdoor space is everything.

We chose the Key West Villas over a large hotel in the area and we definitely made the right choice. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed getting to know the owners everyday during happy hour as well as chatting with other guests by the pool and on the porch. The simplicity and charm of the Key West Villas is what will bring us back next time.

Perfect location. Great room. Excellent owners. Good price. The location is just off Duval and right in the middle of Duval making walking a great option. Our room was comfortable and had the small kitchen area which was nice. The owners are super nice and hospitable. The price does not include "sneaky fees" like so many other lodging choices in the Keys do. The Happy hour is a nice touch complete with a "shot of the day."

I visited key west villas on a trip for my dad’s 81st birthday. I wanted to have a room that had the ability to give my dad and I privacy yet we were still able to hang out together. They even left my dad a small bottle of champagne and a card for his birthday! They have a breakfast in the morning with bagels and Jared boiled eggs, coffee, teas, juices and snacks that is well stocked and happy hour with a range of drinks. The villas are walking distance to Duval St, yet it is off the main strip to where it is nice and quiet. Oh wow! I had no idea how amazing this place would end up being. I booked a night here for Christmas Eve because it was my husband’s birthday. This way we could go out and celebrate for the evening and not have to worry about getting home. Prior to arriving at the Villas they had outstanding communication with us to ensure both our arrival and departure were successfully planned. The staff were friendly, inviting and professional. We were showed around the property and to our room. The keyless entry capability to get on & off the property made staying there that much easier. THEY are there WORKING which makes all the difference in the world because they care the most about their guests. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home. We were so impressed with our experience. We arrived early and we were able to check in and have breakfast. The owners/ hosts are so friendly and welcoming. You don’t need your car to experience ld town when you stay here and yet it’s super quiet for being a block off Duval St. Our villa was spacious and clean. This is an absolute hidden gem. Directly located on Duval Street you get your own oasis with perfect and very personal hosts. The pool and hot tub is great. Breakfast was good. Free happy hour from 4-5 every day is quite a treat considering average drink in heart of Key west is $12-$18. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed. I would not classify rooms as luxurious but they are above average and very clean comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub are relaxing after exploring all day. Free washer dryer on site was convenient as well. If you want to be in the absolute center of Key West this is the location. 5 minute bike ride gets you to beach, southernmost point, marina district, butterfly sanctuar, etc. Duval Street is less than 1 block. Hemmingway couple blocks walk etc. No need to rent a car at this location just uber from airport $20 and rent bikes on property if needed for day. Or scooter or golf cart if that is your style. Travel to upper keys then would need a car. Highly recommend.

The property is very quiet and nice! I would definitely stay here again. The location is also great as well, it's less than a 1/2 block away from the center of Duval st. The open breakfast area is a great touch, especially being open until 11am, as is the open bar/happy hour from 5-6pm.

This was a GREAT place to stay! The proprietors were friendly and the room was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub just outside our door. The whole stay was beyond belief. Check in very quick . Room 5 was everything we wanted. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Free bottles of coffee & water in room & outside by pool. Complimentary vino on arrival. Safe/iron etc. Heather & Kevin couldn't improve their villas. Oh and to top it off Free Happy Hour. Well worth a stay if in Key West .

Our stay at Key West Villas was perfect! The staff were helpful and accommodating the entire time. Our room was so cute. Our air conditioner worked great (important when visiting Key West in June-July!). Housekeeping did an excellent job as well, as everything was very clean and the room smelled nice. The location is perfect. It is just steps from Duval Street, but not loud at all. Our room was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were well-kept and clean. The breakfast was great. I especially liked that it was open until 11 am for us late risers. The daily happy hour was a fun surprise. Every day from 4-5 pm, they served a different shot and had a menu of cocktails to choose from. All of it was included with the price of the room! They had cans of beer & hard seltzer for $2 a can as well, which is a better deal than anywhere else. There are several coupons for restaurants and The Butterfly Conservatory in the office, so be sure to check those out. Overall, we could not be more pleased with this hotel.
