Omni Frisco at The Star

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

I had an amazing stay this past weekend at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of The Star, with so many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. It made the entire experience so convenient and fun, especially with everything going on for the NFL Draft weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which is always a big plus after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and that level of service does not go unnoticed. The amenities were also top-notch. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale yet still very inviting. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you’re visiting for an event at The Star, a Cowboys fan experience, or just a weekend getaway, I highly recommend the Omni Frisco Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. The food at the hotel restaurant was better than at some of the places we had eaten in the area. The atmosphere, customer service, and rooms were all top-notch. That is now one of our best places to stay when we're in the Frisco area.
