Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. Nonetheless the rest was ok.

The room was very clean! All employees are extremely friendly and outstanding customer service! Laundry was very reasonable price. I will definitely come back!
