Very nice and clean facility. Very much enjoyed the firepit table area! An excellent place to unwind and enjoy one of your fine beverages offered. Family enjoyed the pool, etc. while I was absent during the day.

After I returned home I found a $17.00 charge on my credit card for parking AT THE HOTEL'S PARKING LOT - which was the only place to park. I was told nothing about this extra charge and it was not obvious on any hotel information I saw while booking the reservation. It felt like total deception!!! I don't care about the money, it was the deception! This will honestly cause me to book elsewhere!

A beautiful, new Courtyard looking over the downtown area of Jefferson City with a view of the Capitol at night. The facility was clean and well-appointed. We purchased breakfast in the dining area and it was delicious. The staff on Thanksgiving day were welcoming and friendly. A wonderful addition to Jefferson City. We were a bit surprised to be charged for daily parking when we were just parked outside the building.

It was extremely well located next to the Capitol and the State office buildings that I was needing to have business with. The parking garage was easily located next to the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My motel room was very welcoming after a long day of meetings!

Not worth the price. The indoor pool was so cold, the road noise could be heard through out the night and the breakfast was NOT FREE. Disappointed and not sure why they are charging so much more than the other hotels around the area.

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived, there was long black hair on the floor in our room. The deadbolt lock didn't work in our room and teanagers ran up and down at hallway knocking on doors unitil after 10:00 PM. We will not be stayin here in the future.

The smoke alarm went off while we were sleeping. It was a false alarm, thank heavens. This place is always clean and comfortable. The whole floor was open and they placed us right next to the only person on the floor. Not very happy about that but the overall experience was good. We will definitely return.

The staff were amazing. They truly understand how to be hospitable. The room was nicely done and comfortable. The design took advantage of the space, making the room feel larger. There were extra outlets in the small hall and bathroom, making it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time.

The room was nice, the hotel decor is modern. I liked how big the room and bathroom was. My only complaint was the bed. It was not comfortable, definitely a firm mattress and the pillows needed something as well. One pillow made it feel like your head was flat against the mattress and two pillows felt like you head was too high. The pillows are fluffy but not very supportive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean facility. Very much enjoyed the firepit table area! An excellent place to unwind and enjoy one of your fine beverages offered. Family enjoyed the pool, etc. while I was absent during the day.

A beautiful, new Courtyard looking over the downtown area of Jefferson City with a view of the Capitol at night. The facility was clean and well-appointed. We purchased breakfast in the dining area and it was delicious. The staff on Thanksgiving day were welcoming and friendly. A wonderful addition to Jefferson City. We were a bit surprised to be charged for daily parking when we were just parked outside the building.

Not worth the price. The indoor pool was so cold, the road noise could be heard through out the night and the breakfast was NOT FREE. Disappointed and not sure why they are charging so much more than the other hotels around the area.

Do not stay here. The first room we were put in the TV did not work and the toilet was stopped up. They sent someone to fix TB and they said there was nothing they could do must be internet. We called again and they moved us to a different room. The second room the air condition g did not work. It was hot all night. The beds extremely hard and caused back aches for both my husband and Inas week as sweating all night. We were too tired to be moved a third time. I will not stay here again.

Staff was amazing. We enjoyed a drink from the bar. Our suite was clean and quiet. This hotel never disappoints. I would highly recommend.
