Shower pressure really low, the water fountains didn’t work, needs better breakfast options.

Overall, our stay was OK and that’s it. The Elevator was not working most of our stay and the breakfast was lacking like others have mentioned (Muffin, coffee and oakmeal “grab and go”. The positives: close to the airport, free parking and the room was decent.

The front desk staff wasn’t super friendly. We stayed here a week ago and the snack machines were out of order. They are still out of order. The hotel is plenty clean for us. The “breakfast” is severely lacking.

Surly clerk, no airport shuttle, no restaurant and no place to eat within easy walking distance. And no one at the desk to check us out in the morning.

Ice machine broken, breakfast was mediocre, no coffee cups, and homeless village out behind the property.

The breakfast it’s just a muffin and coffee. The place is comfy and clean, staff friendly but no shuttle to the airport and limited gym.

Noisy, I found long hairs everywhere on the ground and two eye contacts, which means it was not cleaned very well before being reserved. The vending machine charged me three times before releasing a bag of M&M’s. Very bad carpet smell in the hallway.

The sheets were dirty with blood stains. It was not clean… The front desk lady was very nice!!!

Location was very convenient but our room was not clean and there was glass from a beer bottle in our shower.

Everything was great, but our floor had not been mopped in quite a while. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the room. :(

Both rooms we had were dirty, the cleaning crew is obviously not cleaning well. The beds were all filthy as were the floors. Staff was decent, some were helpful some had attitudes.

I booked online months before my stay. I booked a king bed room, upon arrival I realized they gave my room away and gave me a queen bed room. Called the front desk after double checking my reservation, to be told they overbooked and gave my room away and “upgraded" me. Shower was disgusting and there was mold around the kitchen sink. Beds were hard as a rock. My husband nor myself got any sleep. The free breakfast is a joke. No juice or anything other than coffee, they had granola bars, bagged muffins, packets of oatmeal and packaged hard boiled eggs, that were awful. I would not recommend.

The room smelled of dog pee. There was a clump of gray dog hair on the lower shelf in the bathroom. I was woken at 2:30 am hearing the floor above me squeaking as someone was walking around in the room above me. Also, I was not happy that the Hotel was 6 minutes from the airport and no shuttle.

Nice hotel as it is only three years old. The staff was super. The big gripe was that the wall are soooo thin. You hear people outside in the hallways, cars on the freeway, planes flying overhead and unless you are on the fourth floor; people walking around above you. The hard laminate floors are a big part of that since it makes your room into an echo chamber. Cheap construction is the main culprit. They built this place on the cheap. Sad because the staff were nice, but I’d never stay there again.

I dealt with two employees, both were nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. It reminded me of a dorm room, which I thought was fun. I didn’t hear any neighbors through any walls, even though I happened to run into a neighbor and could hear their tv pretty loudly when they opened their door. The fridge was very cold, which I really appreciated. The AC was strong. The shower had spectacular water pressure. Better than at home. The only negative was that my reservation was for a king bed, but we got a queen and we weren’t informed at all until we got to the room. We had unpacked before I noticed then had to go to the front desk to ask about this and they said the reservation only says they’d give a king bed if available basically. It wasn’t a terrible inconvenience, but we got charged for the king. When I asked if I’d be getting a partial refund since they gave us a queen, the night shift front desk guy said I’d have to ask the manager in the morning, but that he was a really cool guy lol I inquired about it in the morning and the manager quickly told us he could give us a partial refund that was much more than I was expecting so I was very happy about that. Also, we had to wait until the morning to ask for a late check-out, and they let us check out an hour late. There were some small inconveniences, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great, the location was great for my needs, it was right off the highway, and the room was great and clean!

Our room was clean, fresh bedding, and clean bathroom. The water pressure was not very good so we did not have the best showers. It also advertised free breakfast, but it was grab and go and was just muffins or granola bars. Overall it was a good place to stay to catch our flight in the morning.

Driving from the airport we missed the turn onto Airport Commerce Dr due to a very small street sign. Once we made it, check in was easy. The hotel itself is definitely designed for youthful business singles with multiple USB devices. Lots of plugs and ports. Very spacious clean design in the modern rooms. Didn't realize that in extended stays there are no cups or dishes in the room to heat water in the microwave (they expect you to bring them or buy their housing set up packageSo I borrowed a mug and two spoons from the front desk in order to eat our cup o noodles I brought, knowing there is nothing much in the area for after 8 pm dining. Plus I used the super hot water tap in the breakfast area for the hot water instead of using the mug and microwave. I liked the room's layout and big desk area. Could use a full length mirror in the bath and grab bars in the shower. I can see why long term stayers like this place.

I wasn't thrilled with this hotel. The room was extremely bare bones. It didn't have hair conditioner. The room included a small kitchen but had no plates, cups, pans, dishes or silverware. I was able to get these items from the front desk but I had to specifically go out of my way to request them and I didn't mention it. The selection they gave me was very minimal too. No toaster, no coffee maker, etc. Overall the hotel was kind of dirty in the hallways. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely terrible water pressure! No hot water! If you are wanting a hot shower after a long hard day, this hotel is NOT for you. The water pressure is very low, and the water gets lukewarm at best. It was more cool than warm. The front desk person is pretty much non existent unless you make a lot of noise. DONT FALL FOR THE BREAKFAST AMENITY BECAUSE ITS A PLOY! Their breakfast consisted of an empty mini fridge, two carafes of coffee, plastic wrapped mini muffins, and instant oatmeal. No bowls, no spoons, just coffee stirs. The room was overall pretty clean except for the million wasps on the floor. I walked in to 5 wasps and by morning I picked up at least 15 wasps. I would not stay here again, for this price, find a Holiday Inn.

Everything seems nice and staff is helpful too. The only thing they couldn’t help is that the water pressure in the shower was really low. So if you have long hair forget about taking a shower quickly, it will take you forever!

This is a comfortable safe place to stay before a air line flight out of Austin, Texas. No problem with room or check in. The only problem was I reserved a king bedroom and they rented it to someone else. I had to take a room with queen bed. First time this has ever happened when I reserved a room. By the time I got to the hotel, all king bedrooms were rented.

Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and fast at check in. Two things to notice were that wall plugs in the restroom were not working and no full body mirror in room.

The hotel and property was well maintained I have not complaints about the hotel, but the staff that works there is very rude and unprofessional. My wife was told to get out the room because we didn’t have a reservation after having already checked in. I asked to speak with someone and the front desk staff didn’t want to speak with me, hanged the phone and told me they were going to call the police if I didn’t leave the room, I have to go to the front desk and confront the staff and make them apologize for their rudeness and mistakes.

The front desk in this hotel is almost non existent. They sit in back room and you have to call to get service. The party in oarking lotcwent tob10:30 when I had to go and request the front desk to walk out back to hear the music we were listening to in our back ground level room.

Arrived at 3 10 pm, check in begins at 3 pm, and clerk told me the king suite i reserved was gone and no king rooms were available. Never explained how a room had paid for in advance was gone, or how that many people could have shown up fir king rooms in 10 minutes

Made a reservation to stay at the Premier Suites Airport location a week or two in advance for the weekend of The Lonestar Round Up. When we arrived to check in, I was told that our room was no longer available due to flight cancellations from the storms the night before. The hotel placed stranded travelers from those cancelled flights in rooms that were already reserved by people such as me. We were told that our reservation had been transferred to a different location that was 12-15 minutes away. When we arrived at that location (which was an older location) we were told that the only room available for us was a room with one queen sized bed. The reservation was for two beds, and the hotel was out of roll-out beds. We ended up finding another hotel thankfully that was actually cheaper and closer to the event all the while being just as clean as the Premier Suites location that moved our reservation. I understand that hotels have deals with airlines for when cancelations occur, but wouldn't it make more sense to move the travelers whose flights were cancelled to the other locations instead of the travelers who spent time searching and reviewing different hotels prior to making a reservation? There were several people who had their reservations switched like that and in most cases, the rooms they were switched to were not the types of rooms they made reservations for. The hotel staff at both Extended Stay locations were nice, but I'm still waiting for my refund. SMH

Very comfortable stay, loved that it was so close to the airport.

We don't live far, but had a really early flight so we decided to stay nearby. It was a very save location, and about 5 min from the airport. It was clean, nice staff, and we slept great! Very comfortable beds and you can't beat it for the price. We will be back for our next early flight!

Clean and new. Shaky area. Many people loitering behind the building; the air was thick with marijuana. My bad, I didn’t realize that you have to pay extra for room service.

Woke up this morning went to my van my bike was chained to the rack chains were cut bike is stolen….very disappointed and angry. Should have some kind of security. Would like to be paid value of bike $750..00

The hotel was very clean and safe. Very near the airport, so expect some airplane noise. Otherwise very satisfied with the stay.

This was just an overnight stay after a late flight. Looking forward to a nice American breakfast after 14 days abroad. Got muffins and coffee. Not what I’d call”breakfast”. False advertising in my book. Budget for a Denny’s when considering this stop. The rest of the stay was great. Comfortable bed, plentiful pillows, nice desk clerk. And so on.

I thought that there was a real continental breakfast, instead it was a breakfast cereal grab and go. Other patrons had expressed the same disappointment. I think that that should be spelled out on the site to avoid confusion when travelers are on a fast paced travel plan.

The property was clean enough for me. They were able to extend my stay one more night and allow me to stay in the same room. They offer no services unless you are there for an extended stay. If I wanted new towels, I was told to bring all my dirty ones to the front desk. The breakfast is severely lacking. Vending machines out of order for more than a week (I had stayed one night the week prior). Basic and fine.
