The pool has been closed for over a month. They dont tell you that when you book or check in for your stay. We found out when walking to the pool and there is a sign on the door. I asked about it and they just said oh ya sorry for the inconvenience we have an issue with a part on order. So if you want a hotel with a pool call them first to see if it is fixed first. It was a big let down for my family when we came into town and couldn’t swim or go in hot tub.

My husband and I stayed there for one night, checked out, and both of us had insect bites on our bodies after we left the hotel! It was mentioned by my daughter that she had seen a bedbug and had taken a picture of it! As you can see from the picture, it shows the location just in case the hotel denies it ! I have called them several times but they have not answered!

We really liked our stay. Most comfortable bed EVER! We were in a handicap mobility accessible room and everything was new and well-maintained. Only two suggestions: 1. Walk through room before checking in a guest (there was a baby gecko in our bathroom which we are used to -having lived in a tropical area- but after several hours discovered he was dead.) 2. Use Clorox bleach on the towels and wash rags (ours were very stained and I read a review from another guest before we booked that mentioned same.) Otherwise, clean, spotless kitchen and dining area, friendly hosts, and a good stay!

The facility was hard to find given its off of frontage on Keller Parkway and behind Tom Thumb. No more refined address than 200 Keller Town Center. The Facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The only problem with room was evidence of spraying for ants and a few ants noticed over the 2 nights we stayed. We will likely stay there again.

Everyone was very very nice. I just didnt like that there were no drawers in the room and the door for the bathroom did not really close so if you are staying with your family and anyone has to poop we all had to step outside to give them some privacy. I loved loved loved that you had coffee and tea out all the time.

The hotel, overall, was great! Checkin was quick and friendly. Maybe it was just our room, but immediately upon entering the room, it slightly smelled of a pet odor. Maybe my expectations are too high, but the little details stood out to me very profoundly…chipped nightstand, burnt/torn hole in the ironing board, dried “liquid” spots on the entrance floor…all added up to a lower rating from me…not to mention the room assigned to me was immediately to the right and across from the elevator! The walls also seemed a bit thin because we could hear walking/foot steps above us and sounds throughout the night…even though the overall ambiance of the facility is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was nice, although based on other reviews, I was expecting more…but was tasty and satisfying. I didn’t expect it to be so far out of the way from where we would be though. Probably for these reasons stated above, we won’t be revisiting in the foreseeable future.

The pillows were very flat and unsupportive. There was only one chair in the room and no real drawers. The beds were comfortable. Sadly, we had to wait 15 minutes to check with because the desk person was on the phone with someone trying to book a stay. We weren't even acknowledged

We made reservations over a month ago and drove for 12hours only to find they sold our room to someone else. We are not happy. When you make reservations and they are confirmed, people expect to be staying in that room. We booked a room with a couch and got a small chair and the room was small. Also, the lighting was bad!

Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. We attempted to call the hotel but the phones were “down” for several days. Hilton reservation could not even contact them. We originally had reservations for four nights. We arrived at the hotel the next day and were told we were considered “no shows” and our reservation was cancelled. We were also told the phones were still down. We were able to book three nights but at a higher rate.

Air conditioning in our room and toilet were both broken. After trying to call the front desk multiple times and leaving a message I finally went down to the lobby. There was no option to fix the room that night so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night and ended up in a smaller room.

Marci was out concierge at night and her service, promptness and attention to our needs was excellent. She was a Godsend to us. The whole property was clean, refreshing, and had a wonderful breakfast selection. Could not recommend this hotel enough. We'll definitely be back.

We were in town for a dive meet, originally across the street but moved about 10 minutes down the street. The hotel was still a great location. There was plenty of dining within walking distance and even a movie theater. Much more was in an easy drive. The area felt super safe. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. We were able to get both an early checkin and late check out. Granted, it was only an hour each way, but still beyond helpful for us. Breakfast was ok. Typical hote breakfast. And even with hundreds of kids around, everything was quiet and respectful. Completely opposite of my experiences when staying at other hotels that have youth groups staying. I credit not only the families, but the staff for controlling it. Often at other hotels when kids are out of control staff is just ignoring bad behavior. Not here

I stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year. It’s going downhill. One employee on site in evening. Needed assistance last night and no one at desk for 10 minutes until we left. Called and got voicemail to front desk with no return call. Just a lack of service

Safe location. Convenient location to the nearby Nuvia Dental Clinic. Everything else you need from a hotel was very good, including friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel purchasing a couple of those beach type foldout reclining lounge chairs for around $100 each that they could rent (or loan) to their customers who go through dental implant surgery and are required to sleep in a recliner ( or upright position) for one or even two nights after surgery as part of the procedure protocol. This would have helped us greatly, but it’s not a negative against the hotel because they were great, it’s just that the hotel is the perfect location for Nuvia Dental patients who will need a recliner. Also there are multiple restaurants of all types all within from 2 to 15 minutes away from this hotel and two full sized grocery stores like a few hundred yards away as well which are handy. It turned out to be the perfect location for our Nuvia Dental Clinic visit, and I would highly recommend folks to check it out. Again, the location is in a clean and safe area of town if you’ve never been there like before like us.

Extremely Clean, tucked back in a quiet corner, the employees were extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. I had left some clothes in the closet and when I called backed the evening that I checked out, the front desk went & checked and called me back instantly to let me know that they had already found my things in Lost & Found from housekeeping. It was greatly appreciated, and I had family picked them up. The only thing that I would give a not a 5 star to is breakfast & that is honestly not the employees fault. The eggs & sausage are really terrible. But, it is what you get in free breakfast everywhere. I still would highly recomend this hotel to anyone as the place to stay.
