If you are arriving from the train station, the location is fabulous - less than ten. And five minutes to old town. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was good - not sure how small the other was. Be aware that the shower and toilet are separate but face the bed separated by a frosted glass door. We did not find this an issue but others might. No fridge and no jug. You can make coffee in the common area. Did not try breakfast there, so no comment. Rooftop bar was satisfactory, nothing special but allowed you to get out of your room.

Fabulous hotel, 2 blocks from bus station, 3 blocks from riverside. Guests are older folks like me, in a regular hotel room, and backpackers, in capsule rooms. Great breakfast (costs extra), rooftop bar with nice view of the castle. Laundry, luggage storage. We’ll be back!

Open concept type hotel. If you’re shy and traveling with someone, maybe not the best fit. The toilet and shower have sliding glass and a curtain that serves as a wall to separate from the bedroom. There is a hostel on the top floor with a great young social environment. One washer and one dryer upstairs to share with the young backpackers if you need to do laundry.

Had a really good central location. Good breakfast, nice range of foods. Staff were helpful. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor, as was our room and it had a view of the castle. Bed was comfy and room was a good temperature. Downside? The lack of an explicit bathroom, instead two cubicles for a shower and a toilet... it felt off.

Clean hotel. Parking is difficult to understand at first, it's 35 EUR per day or 80EUR for 7 days. No brainer. It's not related to the hotel and you must pay cash at the desk, when the guy is working (8-5 ish?) Reception is on the 7th floor, which is kind of annoying. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. No complaints there.

I found a 2 cm large cockroach in my room. The management was ready to change the room. Access to rooms was only available via small lifts. That led to jams in front of the 2 small lifts. Hairdryer was available but not in the bathroom and close to the power plug was no mirror. No sufficient space for luggage in my room. This hotel can’t be recommended for business travelers. It might be okay for backpackers with a large wallet. The price per night of 150 Euros without breakfast was also not in line with the offer. It was a very disappointing experience.

The staff was very friendly, and the location was great, with just a couple of minutes to walk to the bus station. The room was unfortunately not very clean. I had to wash a brown stain of my toiletseat, the trims around the toilet and showerarea had a lot of dirt, hair and old soap residue on them. The showerdoors also had old soap residue, and the floors didn't look like they had been either vaccumed or cleaned. The sheets were clean, luckily... I'm really uncomfortable with making complaints when I'm at hotels, so I didn't...

Room and staff were great. Room faced the street and it was so loud. It sounded like there was a skateboard park outside. Plus constant beeping from trucks backing up. Really unfortunate to get no sleep, because it was an otherwise comfortable bed.

Room has defective thermostat acknowledged by the hotel staff but instrad of transferring us to another room, they advised us to wait for the repairman the next day. Had to walk out because the room temp was unbearable and no one at the reception desk by midnight. In short our stay did not materialize.

Natasa was there to welcome me when I checked in and also for my checking out. She is very helpful and super professional. In the hospitality industry, we cannot emphasise enough how service is vital if we want guests to come back. The rest of the team did a great job too and thank you for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. The deco is just amazing and I will definitely come back.

Excellent location. Short walk to Old Town and to vibrant central square. Staff is welcoming friendly and speak English well. Rooms are clean and efficient. Everything works. Reception is on the 7th floor, so very private. Bedding comfortable. Television has limited English speaking channels. Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location at a fair price.

The property is only 5 minutes away from the central station on foot. There are a lot of shopping and is close to the old town where most attractions and restaurants are found. Great hotel in an ideal location for exploring old town Ljubljana, while being within walking distance of the bus and train stations. The double room was on the smaller side for 2 people sharing, but it had everything we required for a couple of days stay. Bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Stay were lovely and the hotel bar with rooftop terrace was a massive bonus.

Es war ok. Man muss eben bedenken, dass es im gleichen Gebäude das Hostel dazu gibt. Das Frühstück war demnach sehr auf der Basis eines Hostels - sehr sehr einfach gehalten. Für uns war es deshalb nichts, aber für junge Menschen definitiv super!
