Our stay here was perfect. It felt like we were in a rain forest and close to nature. The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were very friendly. We had some rain during our stay so we were able to enjoy the spa, suna, and gym. The village has many dining options, but it would be helpful to have a rental car.

Hotel é maravilhoso, estrutura linda, bem cuidado, ótimas piscina e instalações. Quanto é ótimo, confortável, chuveiro bom e tem aquecedor no banheiro. Poderiam trocar as toalhas mesmo sem pedirmos. Do restante, tudo ótimo!

Pelo nome da rede e valores cobrados esperava mais. Cama auxiliar muito ruim e barulhenta. Piscina externa gelada, mesmo no verão. Piscina interna e sauna muito pequena e só pode usar com hora marcada. O bar é muito pequeno também para um hotel desse porte. Restaurante ruim e pequeno almoço a lá carte. Não apreciamos!

Un excelente espacio para relajar y hacer senderismo. Ten en cuenta que en temporada vacacional hay muchas familias con niños y bebés (en la piscina). A nosotros no nos ha molestado para nada y ellos lo disfrutan a tope. El restaurante es bueno pero el servicio a la carta se mezcla con el bufet. Como el restaurante estaba bastante lleno, el servicio es algo más lento. El desayuno es espectacular.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, porém há pontos a melhorar, principalmente pq o recepcionista me informou que se tornou um 5 estrelas, o que não acho que mereça. É um hotel que precisa se adequar as necessidades dos hóspedes. Nessa época de frio, possui clientes que passam o dia na neve e se molham bastante. Senti falta de um espaço para secar roupa, seja dentro do quarto com varais no banheiro ou ganchos para pendurar casacos e roupas molhadas no quarto. Poderia ter serviço de secagem de roupa tmb. Ficamos com roupas molhadas que não foram secas para o dia seguinte. Outro ponto que senti falta foi uma banheira. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas, seria interessante ter uma banheira para relaxar após um dia de neve. Achei estranho a necessidade ter ter que comprar uma touca de tecido por $4 para entrar em uma piscina. Ponto positivo é que não cobram estacionamento.

Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. Serra de Estrela is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to go back. Their jacuzzi was out of order and their spa pool has only one waterfall working, hence the 4 stars on the condition. Breakfast is quite good. One of our dinners was superb, the second dinner was so so. Service was nice. All in all I would consider staying there again. You can’t beat the location.

Toda a equipa foi incrível — dedicada, genuinamente simpática e com um sentido humano que faz toda a diferença, especialmente no cuidado e carinho demonstrado para com a nossa filha. O quarto era excelente: limpo, acolhedor e com uma vista maravilhosa. A comida, deliciosa. E o hotel em si, irrepreensivelmente limpo e organizado. Já estivemos em muitos hotéis, sobretudo em contexto de trabalho, mas nunca tínhamos sentido um acolhimento tão caloroso, humano e verdadeiro. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir e um hotel que recomendaremos a todos os que conhecemos.

Mooi modern hotel. Schoon en prima staat van onderhoud. Vriendelijk personeel en erg service gericht. Eigenlijk alles top, enige minpunt was WiFi in de kamer. Heb hierover melding gemaakt bij de receptie maar dat heeft niet voor verbetering geleid. Wifi signaal was sterk, alleen internet werdt steeds onderbroken. WiFi / internet verbinding in de lobby was prima.

L’hôtel est très beau dans son ensemble. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis à la réception était chaleureux et accueillant. Nos 2 chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles. La piscine extérieure est dans un très beau cadre, vue sur la montagne. Nous avons mangé un soir au buffet (beaucoup de choix). Le deuxième soir, nous avons mangé à Queijaria Manteigas où nous avons été très bien reçus. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est sous forme de buffet. La vue depuis la terrasse du restaurant de l’hôtel est incroyable. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci à tous

Trevligt hotell, toppenläge, rent och fint. Förvånande att städningen av rummet missades en av dagarna. Inte vad man förväntar sig av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Totalt ändå en väldigt trevlig och positiv upplevelse. Katia i receptionen var bäst, jättetrevlig, kunnig och hjälpte oss med allt!👍😁

Rien à dire, c’était excellent de A à Z ! Petit déjeuner vraiment bon, l’un des meilleurs qu’on a eu, emplacement au calme et dans la nature, être au cœur de la nature depuis la piscine c’est vraiment excellent. Seul point negatif en été, la climatisation qui a du mal à se régler et qui souffle trop vers le lit donc inconfortable pour dormir, si vous y séjournez en été je vous conseille de la mettre à fond pour rafraîchir la pièce puis avant de se coucher il faut la régler à 25 voire 26 degrés et ventilateur au minimum, croyez moi il fera bien frais au réveil quand même Je recommande fortement, qui plus est l’hôtel reste à un très bon prix !

Gorgeous hotel in stunning surroundings in the Sera Estrela mountains. Lovely, really helpful staff, comfortable room with stunning view of the mountains and the pool. We only stayed one night en route to Porto so were unable use all the hotel's facilities but it was so nice we almost decided to rearrange our holiday to stay for extra nights.

Já estivemos em muitos hotéis, sobretudo em contexto de trabalho, mas nunca tínhamos sentido um acolhimento tão caloroso, humano e verdadeiro. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir e um hotel que recomendaremos a todos os que conhecemos.

Le séjour a été très perturbé par les incendies qui ont entouré l’hôtel et ravagé cette belle région mais malgré les souffrances visibles de l’équipe hôtelière tout a été fait pour que les touristes soient traités comme il se doit au standing attendu. Beaucoup de courage malgré la détresse visible sur les visages. Pas de wifi pas de cash mais beaucoup d’attentions, n’est-ce pas l’essentiel ? Merci

Un excelente espacio para relajar y hacer senderismo. Ten en cuenta que en temporada vacacional hay muchas familias con niños y bebés (en la piscina). A nosotros no nos ha molestado para nada y ellos lo disfrutan a tope. El restaurante es bueno pero el servicio a la carta se mezcla con el bufet. Como el restaurante estaba bastante lleno, el servicio es algo más lento. El desayuno es espectacular.

Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. Serra de Estrela is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to go back. Their jacuzzi was out of order and their spa pool has only one waterfall working, hence the 4 stars on the condition. Breakfast is quite good. One of our dinners was superb, the second dinner was so so. Service was nice. All in all I would consider staying there again. You can’t beat the location.

L’hôtel est très beau dans son ensemble. Le monsieur qui nous a accueillis à la réception était chaleureux et accueillant. Nos 2 chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles. La piscine extérieure est dans un très beau cadre, vue sur la montagne. Nous avons mangé un soir au buffet (beaucoup de choix). Le deuxième soir, nous avons mangé à Queijaria Manteigas où nous avons été très bien reçus. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est sous forme de buffet. La vue depuis la terrasse du restaurant de l’hôtel est incroyable. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci à tous

Trevligt hotell, toppenläge, rent och fint. Förvånande att städningen av rummet missades en av dagarna. Inte vad man förväntar sig av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Totalt ändå en väldigt trevlig och positiv upplevelse. Katia i receptionen var bäst, jättetrevlig, kunnig och hjälpte oss med allt!👍😁

We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location.

Beautiful property near Belmonte but unless you are going there on your way elsewhere this is not near anything else really. It's more of a destination resort. Lovely, dining was good, breakfast excellent but high in the hills. We stayed one night between Evora and Duoro. Would stay again, but maybe longer to enjoy the resort.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location.

Gorgeous hotel in stunning surroundings in the Sera Estrela mountains. Lovely, really helpful staff, comfortable room with stunning view of the mountains and the pool. We only stayed one night en route to Porto so were unable use all the hotel's facilities but it was so nice we almost decided to rearrange our holiday to stay for extra nights.
