We loved our stay at Helen Cave Suites! Everything was perfect there and we would highly recommend staying there when visiting Kapadokya. The view from the terrace of the bar is breathtaking and definitely one of the very best places to relax and take in the beauty of landscape in the day and the town at night. Staying at Helen Cave Suites in a cave room was easily one of the most special memories of our travels across Turkey. There was very convenient parking just outside the hotel and everything was just a short walk down the hill into town. Enjoying the Turkish breakfast every morning on the terrace was also one of the highlights of our stay. The thing about Helen Cave Suites that really made it special was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and we can easily say we received 5 star service during our whole stay. Nihat especially made our stay a very special and memorable one. His help and generosity will never be forgotten. He is definitely the person that stands out as the warmest, friendliest and most helpful person during our travels in Turkey and we are very happy to have met him. Property was up high near one of the sunset lookout spots so it had a great view of the city at night. There were numerous chairs, benches, and other seating areas outside to look out at the city during the day and at night. Breakfast was great, had hot eggs and fresh fruit along with an ensemble of other local cuisine. The terrace for breakfast had a great view of the city as well. The room was a great size and was in a nice cave. The bathroom was large and had a nice big shower. Was nice and quiet at night as well. Reception staff helped us book an atv tour and gave us a rundown of other tours in the area which was very helpful. They also provided water and ice when needed. Overall great place and would stay again.

Amazing location and hotel rooms and parking free

The staff were so welcoming and polite. The hotel room we stayed in was beautiful and the terrace has a good view of the balloons and it is not far from another lookout with even better views. Their dogs lucky and chippa were also extremely friendly and made the hotel feel like home.

Great location, very beautiful property and really neat to stay in a carved out room. Breakfast was very good (a lot of food) that satifies either the meat eater or plant based diet. Very nice terrace/bar on the rooftop with great views. I will mention that our room does require some renovations (e.g. floor lighting popping out, tub/whirlpool encasement seperating from the tub) as things are starting to wear and break down. Attention to these items would have garnered a 5 star but otherwise a great experience.

It’s a great property with a rooftop. Owners are super nice and helpful. We were able to walk to city center in. Plenty of dedicated parking. Overall great stay!

Helen Cave Suites was everything we expected and more. The room was nice and comfortable. Very clean (except for some dust that somtimes falls from the cave ceiling in the bathroom, but that's normal since it is in a cave). The grounds are beautiful, and the views are exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful property, and all the staff were so wonderful and always willing to help. Very spacious and clean rooms, with a great breakfast and what a view! We had the family suite for three and more than enough space with a huge shower. The room came with an oscillating fan and that’s all we needed to stay cool (it’s a natural cave after all). WiFi was great too. Short walk up or down to town center. A very unique cave experience and highly recommended!!

Very nice and spacious for my wife and me. The room and customer service were stellar. Definitely a good three-star option. Only complaint was that the water was a bit muddy for a few days - possibly due to maintenance.

We really wanted to give Helen Cave a high score, but there were several issues that affected our stay. Upon arrival, it took three hours for our room to be prepared. Unfortunately, our sink leaked water the entire time despite multiple attempts to "fix" it. We also found spiders in our room, and the maid service left much to be desired. Despite asking her three times, she never changed the sheets or took out the dirty dishes. The shower flow was okay, but the Wi-Fi was mediocre. However, the breakfast was great, and the service overall was awesome. We loved the easy access to food options and the central location of the hotel. The view from the rooftop was spectacular, and the on-site dog, Lucky, was adorable. Kemal was very helpful and made our stay more pleasant. Our biggest gripe was with the room itself. If room quality is important to you and you want to avoid mold on the ceiling, ensure your phones work, have fans or AC, and have an actual closet, you might want to consider a different hotel or opt for a much larger suite than the one we had. Helen Cave has some wonderful aspects, but the room issues were significant enough that they affected our overall experience.

Great location and terrace for viewing the balloons if you don’t want to walk up the hill to Sunrise Point. Generous, varied and good breakfast but it doesn’t start till 8:30am so you might miss out if you have a morning flight. Friendly staff. I stayed in the largest room, the so-called honeymoon suite, but the bed wasn’t very good, quite creaky, and the sheet was torn and poor quality. I had to ask twice to have it changed. Lovely restaurant next door - Pal’s Kitchen, highly recommend!

Having real cave rooms is a very unique experience and was very fun. At the same time u must consider that the room only has 1 small window and when it is very hot, and you have no air con. it could be uncomfortable for people. The rooms are showing some wear, and they are in need of some maintenance and upgrading. The staff was extremely nice and helpful

Perfect location. Amazing breakfast. Attentive and kind staff. We stayed in the family suite, which was spacious and cool due to it literally being in a cave. The king bed was very comfortable however the twin beds were not, but it was okay for the duration of our stay. Staying in a cave room was a very unique experience, but it was reminiscent of our homes in villages in the Middle East. Metin the manager helped us so much with planning our trip and truly did his best to make us feel at home. We highly recommend the hot air balloon ride (life changing), ATV tour, Highlights of Cappadocia tour, and safari tour (great for younger kids). Overall we had a great stay and we’d love to come back again.

このホテルには並々ではない思い入れがあるので、長文を書かせてもらいます。 カッパドキアに行ったら、石造りの洞窟風ホテルではなく、絶対に本物の洞窟ホテルに泊まりたいと思っていました。それも、観光客向けに作られた角ばった人工的な洞窟部屋ではなく、妖精の煙突と呼ばれる岩を掘り、かつて鳩の巣として使われていたお部屋に是が非でも泊まりたいと思っていました。それを叶えてくれたのがアンバーです。 私はギョレメの殆どのホテルを1ヶ月程かけて研究しました。「素朴な本物の洞窟に泊まりたい」という要望を持っている方には、このホテルをお勧めできる理由を語る自信が多少あります。笑 ホテルの敷地は花々で綺麗に装飾されており、高台にあるので眺めもいいです。気球もよく見えます。 (よくある映えテラスみたいなものとはちょっと違うので、気球映えを求める人にはミスマッチになるかもしれません。ただ、映えを求める騒がしいツアリストが少ないので、静かで落ち着いた環境です。) レセプションまで妖精の煙突でできています。ワンちゃん達が寛いでいて、癒やされます笑 全部屋それぞれ個性があるので、3日間全て別のお部屋に泊まらせていただきました。嫌な顔1つせず対応していただき本当に嬉しかったです。2日以上の宿泊が求められるホテルが多い中、アンバーは1泊から泊まれますし、殆どのお部屋を宿泊時に指定することができます。 お部屋の様子は公式ホームページから、360度カメラで確認することができます。 まず、1日目はPigeonルームに泊まりました。2フロア構成のとても特徴のある構造です。妖精の煙突の1番てっぺんのお部屋なので、天井がとても高かったです。2階は鳩の巣で埋め尽くされており、ホテルのお部屋とは思えないとても面白いお部屋でした。まさに秘密基地みたいです！！ 2日目はUndergroundルームです。文字通り妖精の煙突の地下部屋ですが、窓があり圧迫感は全くありません。階段で地下に潜っていくのがとてもワクワクしました。広々としたお部屋で、洞窟の岩を活かした柱がとても印象的でした。ジャグジーもあり、ハイキングで疲れた私を癒やしてくれました笑 3日目はMoonlightルームです。Pigeonとは別の妖精の煙突で、同じくてっぺんのお部屋です。こちらも壁が鳩の巣で埋め尽くされていますが、このお部屋の面白いところは、ベッドルームがその壁を掘ってできているところです。しかも、ベッドルームは窓として穴が開けられており、外から覗くことができます。これまた面白い構造ですが、不思議とエレガントさもあるお部屋です。インテリアがそうさせてくれている気がします。 PigeonルームやMoonlightルームは、200年以上の歴史があると教えてくれました。「あなたも歴史の一部になりましたね」と嬉しいお言葉をいただきました。 朝食はバイキング形式で、トルコの美味しい料理が盛り沢山でした。色とりどりで視覚も満足します。野菜は自家栽培とのことです。素敵！ スタッフの方々は皆優しかったです。家族経営のホテルで、大きなホテルとは違う温かみのある雰囲気です。 特にオーナーのMetinさんはとても親切で、出発前から色々な相談に乗ってくださいました。1つ、とても嬉しい柔軟な対応をしてくださったのですが、これを言うとホテル側に迷惑になりそうなので、私の中に留めておきます。とにかく、とてもありがたいご対応でした。 アンバーは私の夢を叶えてくれました。本当に感謝しています！またカッパドキアに行く時は絶対にここに泊まります。

It’s a great small hotel. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants yet on a somewhat secluded and very quiet street, where you feel like home at the end of the day. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. All the staff were absolutely wonderful. Definitely recommend!

洞窟のホテルに滞在したかったので、こちらのスイートルームを予約させて頂きました。 部屋は広々としていて、お風呂もジェットバスがあり、小さなベランダもありました。 壁はさすがに洞窟ホテルらしい作りで、鳩の部屋も壁にありました。 とても快適に過ごせました。 また近くに来たらこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

You live in the cave ! no windows ! and when you turn off the lights, you do not know if it is a day or night. Better do not be claustrophobic. Facility was good, parking right next to the hotel, breakfast was good.

Very nice small and cosy hotel - located very central in town, which made it easy to access everything the town has to offer. The view from the top terrace is absolutely amazing very early in the morning at sunrise with all the hot air balloons gliding by. The staff is excellent and goes the extra mile to give you best service and comfort. Especially hotel manager Kemal was a huge help for us. He was organising everything for us and was very helpful in any respect. 5 ⭐️ service from his side.

Osman from the property was proactive and helpful in getting us checked in super fast so we could catch the sunset and arranging our activities for us in a cost-effective way. They were also available 24 hours for help, which was great.

Cappadocia has a charming downtown and because this hotel is a cave hotel, it’s only a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Like everyone has said, Metin the manager of the hotel was amazing. While beautiful, I would recommend you stay at another cave hotel due to service. The front desk offers hot air balloon bookings, two companies they recommend are Turkiye ballons and Kapadokya. I requested to be booked with one of the two because of their good reputation. Helen cave suites confirmed my booking multiple times but the day before the activity they said the booking was never actually made. They managed to get us another reservation that they said would be a little lower in price but then when it came time to pay they charged us the higher amount and said “nvm things changed” but no actual reason provided. We paid for an activity of the hot air balloon that came with breakfast, champagne toast and a flight certificate which I always like to keep during my travels as a token of memory. However we never received the flight certificate, the hotel front desk promised theyd get it to us before our leave but they completely ghosted us during the rest of our stay and even the messages we sent during and after. Also as we were jetlagged, we napped in our room when we arrived and they called us at least 3 times about their error on the hot air balloon. This was frustrating as we were trying to rest and were becoming upset they fumbled the reason we came to cappadocia. They clearly just want your money but dont value the service they provide.

This hotel was so amazing that I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The reception is open 24/7 and able to answer any question you have regarding your stay. The owner Hasan and his family made the stay even more memorable with the exceptional hospitality. They happily provided prayer mats when we requested them. Osman arranged our hot air balloon flight that truly was the highlight of the trip! They were very proactive and informed us of all the activities there is to do in Goreme. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast area has stunning views of Goreme and had many delicious options. There are many sitting areas around the hotel conveniently near the rooms where we brought snacks and drinks and enjoyed relaxing there. In addition, those same sitting areas provide exceptional views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The hotel is near the center without being too noisy or busy. Truly the best hotel in Goreme. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting Goreme. Do not think twice before booking this hotel as you surely will have an amazing experience.

It felt like a home away from home. During our stay Nihat was exceptionally helpful and kindly arranged the hot air balloon ride, tours, a photoshoot for myself with dress hire and transports; and also provided recommendations of places to eat and attractions not to miss. We booked everything via the hotel and really enjoyed every activity. Nihat and all the staff at Helen Cave Suites are very dedicated and hospitable; and their kindness and helfulness is truly appreciated. Our Cave Suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel as a whole is very pretty, clean and well presented. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views morning and night. You can see the hot air balloons in the morning! A Turkish breakfast spread is included with a wonderful selection of food - always looked forward to this each morning. Location is a bonus. The hotel is in the heart of Goreme with easy access to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Close to some great spas too. My mother and I had an amazing stay at Helen Cave Suites. Beautiful hotel in a cave. We recommend room 108. Perfect terrace infront and the fee is great. Pro: clean, great service, family run, near everything Cons: you can’t get coffee before breakfast that only opens at 8:00am. Would be great if they had a coffee machine up at the breakfast room. The breakfast was ok , did the job.

Oda 3 kişilikti, cave hotelden normal otel konforu beklentimiz yoktu ama ödediğimiz fiyata göre daha konforlu olabilirdi. Ayrıca kahvaltı konsepti bence başarısız - sunulduğu serpme kahvaltısından yiyebileceğim tek yumurtaydı, geriye kalanı dokunmadan bırakıp aç kalkıyorduk. Açık büfe daha güzel bir fikir olabilirdi. Resepsiyondaki personel tur konusunda çok yardımcı oldu sağ olsunlar .
