No kitchen utensils at all. This place was disgusting in every way. It should be shut down.

Stayed 2 nights

Front door was broken, hotel room was filthy, there was a chunk of someone's hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door, mouse traps in the room, dirty prints all over the mirror, no hot water & hallways smelt like we*d, there was someone across the hall selling drugs, someone was walking the halls asking people if they worked there and following them around, had to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room cause it was filthy, says there's a pool and hot tub on Expedia but they haven't had their pool or hot tub open since before covid. Staff was rude. Refused to give any type of compensation for the horrible stay.

Room was clean but got upgraded without asking I ended up in a single king with a jacuzzi with my wife’s friend we knew her thoughts were good but it made the night weird and I didn’t get a wink of sleep as there was a dog barking In the room across from us as well

There is a sign directly next to the door stating “POLICE PARKING ONLY”. We should have left at that point. The lobby is very misleading- nice with a fireplace and chairs. Rooms were likely nice 20+ years ago but are very run-down and dirty now. There were holes, patched and unpatched. There were water marks on the ceiling. The door lock appeared to have been kicked in at some point. There is an inch or so gap under the door to the hallway so light pours in at night and makes you feel very exposed. We had let the property know we needed linens for the sofa bed but there were none. The desk is unstaffed for most hours but there was a security guard who was able to provide us with bedding. However, the mattress was filthy and stained. A spring fell out of the sofa bed when we opened it and the sheets we were given had large stains. This property seems to be a bait-and-switch. The rooms are not-at-all like the pictures and this seems to be more of a place for unhoused people to stay, rather than for travelers. The woman who happened to be at the counter (staffed until 3pm) was friendly but forgot my drivers license in the copier so I needed to return. She had left but the guard helped me. The lobby was nice but had a strong aroma of rotting garbage dumpster which permeated throughout the hotel. We were glad to leave as quickly as possible, unable to check out as there was no one at the front desk.

Stayed 7 nights

The floors where dirty, the door handle kept malfunctioning hard to get into the room and than got accused of braking the door handle, ran out of coffee in the morning. This room has 2 full beds and 1 broken office chair. I had to ask for a Roku control and than spent the next hour trying to get SOMETHING to watch only to get kicked off for no internet.
