Pool On Summit Point - Four Bedroom Cabin

We have stayed in this cabin 2 yrs in a row for our grandkids birthdays. We stay here for the pool so the kids can have fun and enjoy the pool. This year the heat for the pool was not working so the kids did not get to swim. This was disappointing but the thing that was really disappointing was the fact they knew the pool was not working and did not let us know. We will not be staying again. It is a beautiful home and convenient to Pigeon Forge but I feel like I can’t trust that I will know what I am getting when I get there.

We had a wonderful experience. We were traveling with 5 children under the age of 9. The kids did not want to leave the cabin. The pool, game room and theatre room were a big hit!

The fireplace didn’t work call message the owners they sent me a link still couldn’t get it on the theater room doesn’t work The toilet in the kitchen does not flush The fifth The fifth bedroom is in the game room and it’s cold. There’s no insulation. It’s actually a garage game room bedroom.Only three full bars and 2/2 one is in the pool room which I got closed off to the house. You have to walk around outside to get into the pool room. The pool is a joke because it’s so Small and the heater Did not Heat it up. Oh, and there’s no cure coffee pot like the description said I got up there with pods and couldn’t make coffee the next morning

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was beyond beautiful and incredibly clean. The views while having morning coffee and evening cocktails were spectacular! The pool was amazing and we appreciated how you had to enter, they took extra safety precautions which was much appreciated! Can’t say enough nice things about dealing with Justin. He was completely on top of responding efficiently. We will absolutely be returning this amazing place!!!

Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home it was so peaceful will be visiting again soon it was amazing.
